Don't do business w/ these folks. This person in a smart 2 car thats bronze car was going into the business decided to hold up the whole street and wasn't even aware of the surrounding when I honk. He decided to flip me me off. But you anything its the owner too. You guys been warned!! Take your business somewhere else!

West Coast Autoglass is AMAZING. I drove up to ask if they could replace my cracked windshield for an older model car. They had an opening that day and parts on hand as well. They were able to do the work within 2 hours and it was a great job. I highly recommend them!

Replaced windshield on my Toyota Tacoma 2 weeks ago and it look good. Solid work. No leaks after good rain and multiple car wash. Service was friendly and kind a don't ask to much we know our trade, and they do know. Will go back to change my wife's car windshield soon.

they sent an installer over to replace my windshield and it was done quickly and cleanly . he was willing to show me and explain the process as well as he did it which was nice

Was driving down the freeway and a big rock cracks my windshield. Was pretty bummed out and started calling different glass shops. Out of all of them Manny was the most affordable option! Came in same day and was able to get it replaced. Staff is very nice and overall experience was smooth!

WestCoast Glass (Mani) ask for (mani)This place is great, I called other places for my windshield replaced and westcoast beat everyone else's prices, took it in on a Saturday and it was ready in less than 2 hours, honest people, great service, good prices and quick, I'd give them 10 stars if I could, want your windows or mirrors replaced then take your auto to Westcoast glass...Timothy approved!!

Unfortunately someone broke into my car and shattered my window. This was the first glass repair I seen and came in. I was helped immediately and Manny was able to order my window and get it on in no time at all! I was really impressed by not only their work, but their professionalism as well! Very friendly people, I highly recommend them, they'll have my business for any glass need!

Fixed a chip in my windshield. Took about 10 minutes and they were 10 dollars cheaper than anyone else. I highly recommend using them.

Quick, easy, and efficient. The repair man, Manny, came to my house to replace my windshield. He was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. Booking an appointment required a simple phone call, and the service was completed the next day. Pricing was fair, and competitive compared to other auto-repair businesses in the San Diego area. Highly recommended West Coast Auto Glass!

Had my F350, crew cab, dully front windshield replaced because the old rubber seal failed. The owner I think is 3rd generation running the business and is fun to work with. Workmanship is the best and price was very fair.

Very dismissive and rude. I made arrangements to have them do mobile work. We agreed on price and the time. I gave them all the information and they said because I missed their call they went to another job and had no interest in rescheduling. Total waste of time.I'm going elsewhere and I would recommend you do the same.

I was looking for a windshield to be replaced after waking up to a vandalized vehicle. I called almost every repair shop in the yellow-pages. To my amazement, West Coast beat the lowest quote by 15%. When I arrived they had my windshield on site (didn't have to wait for it to be delivered), they did an excellent job and treated me as if they really appreciated my business. They really made me feel comfortable doing what they do, they have impeccable customer service. It really helped me to reduce my stress from that morning. Loved it! Keep doing what you do, don't change a thing!

Manny is a professional who understands that getting your windshield replaced is not the most desirable thing in the world, so he cuts to the chase and offers the absolute best price anywhere.The team had me out of there with a new windshield in a little more than an hour, and their work and products are guaranteed. Needed windshield replaced on my X3. Called West Coast and they beat everyone's price! They scheduled me for same day service. Great Staff. Technician was friendly and efficient. Hopefully I won't need another windshield anytime soon but I would definitely call West Coast again.

Small but nicely professional service. Got my windshield replaced. In addition they installed my back mirror for free. Thank you. Check-out could be potentially bit faster. But work was done right on time.

I needed my windshield replaced in order to start driving for uber and lyft . I called around and received the best deal in town from west coast auto glass. I called and was able to take my car right in . They were incredibly friendly, and professional. I will definitely be referring family and friends to this business for any of there auto glass and tinting needs . I was extremely satisfied and felt like I got a great deal .

So I experienced car vandalism on my Lexus. Tried to avoid paying my deducticle so someone referred me to West Coast Auto. First the worker that came to my home named Ruben was rude and not Customer friendly. He was rude to my neighbor because he had to move to let someone out their parking space. When Ruben was done there was still alot of glass and now the switch didnt work to roll my windows down. I called the owner Manny back to complain he assured me he would take care of it and send his worker back. Called the next day he said Ruben will be out today. Here it is another day I havent heard from anyone at WestCoast. As Ruben drove off from my complex he leaked out all the broken glass. I do not recommend them to no one. I wish I would have just paid my deducticle and took it to a Lexus dealer. Tryna be cheap. Manny is not a man of his word. Even if it got busy at work he was suppose to call and make other arrangements. I told him i would give him a good review if he came back and he never did. I wish i would have looked at the reviews before I let his worker touch my Lexus. Now I have to get my switch fixed to allow my windows to roll down. I may even file a lawsuit because this is bad business. Thanks for nothing Manning. I see all your horrible reviews and u should be ashamed. You live and u learn. This is unbelievable. Now I see why he told me he only took cash cause his card machine was not working.Damn Crook

I contacted West Coast Auto Glass late on a Saturday for a windshield replacement on a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour. Manny took the call and personally assisted me with booking the appointment for Monday morning. I made mention of a 149.95 windshield replacement coupon I had found in a free advertising publication and he said he would honor it.I wish to state my extreme satisfaction with their service. When I contacted Manny on Monday morning to confirm the appointment he informed me the windshield for the Crosstour was substantially higher than the one for the Accord, which he had initially found in his reference materials to quote the service. He told me he would still honor the coupon price and proceeded to confirm the appointment. He saved me over 100.00 dollars in comparison with all the other outfits I had contacted to get quotes. This was of great value to me since lease on the Crosstour was expiring in under a month, I did not have to spend a lot of money on a repair for a vehicle I would not own any longer.His techinician was polite and properly attired and he showed up right on time. He was courteous and his demeanor was excellent. He finished the job in under an hour.I would definitely recommend West Coast Auto Glass to anyone. I will make sure I hold on to that coupon in case I ever need his services again.

Manny and crew really work to make sure you are happy with the job. I purchased an FJ Cruiser from out of town and I found a couple chips on the winshield. This car has a tricky and expensive windshield to replace. The dealer and Manny coordinated this and all I did was take the car in and it was taken care of. Manny was upfront an honest about how to approach tThe estimated time was accurate despite being busy. When it was done it looked like new. You can hang out in the lounge or go to a nearby eatery in the College Area. Manny even offered to help me replace the whether strips on my cruiser. It really sucks when you have to go to these type of places, but it's nice when you know people like Manny and his crew at West Coast Auto Glass treat you right and do quality work. I hope I don't have any more window issues, but if I do I will definately go back to WEST COAST AUTO GLASS!!!
