I got swiped by a driver about a month back and we settled on taking it care without going trough insurance. My car was in good hands Ryan took care of me and he made sure my car looked even better than new. I went to another place that quoted much higher and I was unsure about them but when I spoke to the team over at West Coast Specialties they made me feel welcomed and took time to made sure the car came out as if nothing even happened. I m very pleased with the the work and it s no wonder they handle all sorts of high end luxury and exotic cars. Your in good hands with these guys 10 stars!! Pictures before and after

By far the best body shop I've ever used..I had both my Range Rover and Maserati repaired here. Their quality of work is outstanding! I had both insurance work and custom work done. The quality of paint and repairs turned out extremely good. They go above and beyond to make sure it's done right .I'm very happy with the work performed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ryan owner of WCS i ve gotten to know for the past 3 years. his team is superb and im not at all nervous about anything when I bring my carrera to him. they beyond any expectations I d say the best in San Diego in terms of modifying my Porsche.

Over the years I have had West Coast Specialties repair several of my high end autos. Ryan Hernandez and his staff do an excellent job when it comes to Porsche's. The quality and expertise of their work is second to none. I am especially impressed by his ability to solve issues unique to each project he takes on and will only use OEM parts in the repairs. Ryan is not satisfied until you are satisfied with the results. He is also excellent in any follow up assistance you may need. I would highly recommend WCS.Service: Painting

These guys are great!They took care of my BMW M3 much better than the body shop I used before. So much so I regret not going with them for previous work.I came in with a dent/scrape on the left part of my rear bumper. It was bad enough for me to wonder if I needed to replace the whole bumper cover. Which would have been pretty expensive.When I came to pick the car up, the bumper was like new. Flawless and beautiful. David was very attentive to my concerns as well as giving me a very accurate initial estimate for the repairs. No surprises upon payment. Which is always nice. They even detailed my car too.Turn around time was about 5 business days with plenty of communication from David via email and text.I felt like a friend was taking care of me even though I was a new customer. Which is the best feeling anyone can ask for when dealing with car repairs.

Porsche San Diego recommend West Coast Specialties saying they had been doing business with them for more than 25 years. I got several bids for the repairs I needed as a result of being struck by another driver. By far, WCS was the most organized about giving a bid and following up. My car looks great. There is no evidence at all of the accident. I highly recommend this family business.

Certified for Porsche. Take your Porsche here if it needs work. There's only one other certified place in san diego, but WCS is better. Still family owned and run. Decades of experience. Winner.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Wouldn t count on them for quality. I had my car repaired here and within a year the door they replaced is cracking. They are also refusing to honor the warranty.

Great job repairing my new car so it still looks new. Lindley was very responsive to all my calls. Javier took great care with final detailing, giving pointers on care for the finish. Bumps worth a brand new car are no fun, but they took great care of me and my car.

Hands down the best in class for restoring your car to factory or aftermarket. Ryan and the crew worked with me for two months on restoring the paint of my black Porsche 911S, adding aftermarket body kits and making the whole package look factory. Pricing was reasonable and expected as you pay for "real talent" here. They turn cars into art. Thanks again Ryan and Patrick. Oh, by the way, the whole office is so nice and I love the little dogs - makes the whole place seem like an extension of family.

Ryan did an amazing job on restoring my 1978 911 Porsche hood.He put more time in it to guarantee a great job, knowing State Farm would NOT agree to pay. I canceled State Farm as result, even though I'm paying a 100% more in premium.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Above and beyond expectations! Not only provided a quote for 5 inch stretch on the front grill, but also gave me free solid advice on how to take care of the leased car so that I wouldn't pay penalties when the lease is up. And As a female, seeing women working at this family-run business helped me feel more comfortable in the male-dominated auto service industry: I would be quoted a fair price. Was refreshing to see father and daughter running the office, they really understand what it means to connect with your customer.

WCS performed a very challenging fiberglass repair on my Lotus, and the results are impeccable. Flawless paint match (with a metallic pearl color- not easy), smooth surface finish at the repair, and a thorough and nearly invisible replacement of the paint protection film. It's worth mentioning that because they are so careful, repairs here do take longer than elsewhere, but for me it was unquestionably worth the wait (and they gave me regular updates on the status of the work). I would absolutely do business with them again (although I hope I won't need to, hah).

A big THANK YOU to Lindley and the entire west coast specialties crew! They did a fantastic job on my 2022 X5M. Lindley was patient with me and kept me updated through the entire process. Lots of missing parts and supply chain issues due to covid since the car was so new but these guys got it figured out and back together like fresh from the factory!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

They are simply the best... specializing in high end autos, they pay a lot of attention to detail. Pat, one of the owners is a personal and family friend and always takes great care of us but you wouldn't be able to tell who is or isn't one of his closest out of a lobby full of customers as he treats everyone the same. I'd never consider going anywhere else for body work, sometimes you truly get what you pay for... don't skimp on your vehicle!!

I appraise vehicles for diminished value and have inspected several vehicles that have been repaired by West Coast Specialities. Their repairs are the highest quality that I have inspected. Attention to the smallest detail is evident throughout. I would recommend this shop even if you have to transport your vehicle a great distance to take advantage of their services.

I drove 3 hrs to meet with Jimmy For my Porsche 911 who said he d have an estimate ready within a few hours. to-date I ve never received an estimate for body work. This was months ago! I called him twice and was told his BOSS had to get involved because of the complexity ... no one has reached out to me. This body shop was recommended by two friends, one has a Porsche, the other a Ferrari! I am surprised at the lack of response & professionalism. Needless to say, I would not recommend nor would I use this body shop.

I have to say, this is an outstanding origination. I pick up my Atlas the first week of August and I was happy that WCS was able to get me my car before I went on vacation. David worked extremely hard in getting it done. Thank You David! About a few weeks later it was brought to my attention that the grill was not lined up correctly. The lines were not matching up. Took many pictures of a new Atlas and showed them to David. David was not sure either, so he went to the dealer and looked at the same color Atlas that I had and he acknowledge that the grill was not on correctly. WCS and David took the bull by the horns and did me right. Even thought severely weeks had gone by, WCS stood up and took care of me. I got my Atlas back yesterday and it looks like it never got into a fender bender. I would give them a 10 start if I could. They prove to me that Customer Service still does excite with a company that really cares about quality then quantity. Thank you WCS!

I was recommended WCS by the service manager at Porsche San Diego. I had a damaged/cracked front bumper replaced. The result was showroom worthy. WCS did a great job.

This place is a total rip off. They are not honest and they charge you the highest prices or billing your insurance crazy money for the auto parts that dont have to be replaced, only have to be fixed.
