My car got hit pretty bad in an accident by a man who has a seizure a while back. I called West Coast Auto Collision and had an amazing experience from the time I first called until the time I picked my car up. They sent a tow truck to pick up my car and kept me informed every step of the way. I m very thankful for their company and they had my car looking brand new and driving smooth in no time. Miquel and team were awesome. They replaced and repaired the bumper on my SUV on time. They were informed about the parts and worked with insurance directly for payment. Would recommend to all.

West coast is the place to go for insurance claims or classic car restoration. Angel and his son Miguel have painted my Monte Carlo Ss and 69 Camaro . Quick and easy! Car looks great, no question of their integrity and trusted them from the start with thier excellent customer service. I couldn t get to my car the day it was done and picked it up Monday morning and they were so nice and accommodating to me. Fair prices and super quick.Will go back here if I ever need to repair my car again

It has become a joke to say something nice about an auto repair shop, BUT. West Coast Auto Collision is honest, competent and easy to work with. They gave me an estimate and a schedule to bring the car in and pick it up. They were exactly on schedule and they held to their estimate. BRAVO.

I received several estimates which were all very similar price wise, but I m so happy I decided to go with West Coast Auto Collision. The repair is perfect, my car is clean and they even dropped it off for me when they realized I couldn t be there before they left for the weekend (I don t live far so this isn t necessarily something they always offer). They warned me ahead that there could be some unknown issues once they started the repairs, but the estimate was the same as the final amount. It was reasonable for what it entailed.Parking is limited, as it is everywhere around here, but if you just park in the driveway and Ck in you ll be taken care of quickly, respectfully and professionally. Front bumper repair on Tesla beautifully done and on time. Nearby abrasions on hood from road debris also incidentally repaired without charge. Will recommend to other Tesla owners.

Ended up taking my car here from an accident after multiple collision centers took a long time to get back to me or didn t return my calls. Miguel answered right away, was prompt throughout the entire experience and always filled me in on updates. These dudes know what they re doing and I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Dealing with West Coast Collision for auto body repairs for a car accident on my Mercedes took all the stress out of a stressful situation. Miguel's communication skills are top-notch. I got my car back in perfect shape. Never would you know it was ever damaged. I could not be happier with the quality, level of service, and timeliness provided by West Coast Auto Collision. Miguel Felix was outstanding to work with. I was given a cost estimate and estimated completion date and both were exactly as presented. My car looks brand new and they even fixed welded an interior part that was rusted out. I appreciate also the fact that Miguel gave me a ride to and from the business. I will use this company again and would not hesitated to recommend to my friends and family. Miguel was awesome! He took my sons car in right away, got the parts ordered, did a tear down and worked with my insurance for the supplemental parts. Other reviews have reported words that match my experience - this family business is great!!! Absolutely above & beyond. I sincerely plan on having them install all the customizations of my dreams because they did an excellent job with the collision repair. Thanks so much for the great work!P.S. I had a damaged area on my Telsa S rear door and quarter panel from scraping a parking lot pole. West Coast Auto gave me an estimate to repair not replacing them, which Tesla would have required at a price at least 3X higher. The fix and paint job are excellent and no one could now tell where any damage occurred. Miguel finished early and delivered the car to my residence. Very satisfied.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have a 2019 Ford pick up which I dented misjudging my closeness to a parked auto creasing the right side. The estimate by WCAC was more complete than the insurance estimate and the truck is like new. Trust them they are good.

Needed a bumper cover reinstalled on an older vehicle. Was difficult to find a shop to perform this, but Miguel and his crew took care of it at a reasonable price. Quoted me one price, and that's what was paid. No surprise charges. Work was done in a timely manner and the results are great! Would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Someone side swiped my car and I had to get it fixed. I shopped around and some body shops needed a month to fix it. West Coast Auto got it done in less than a week and did a really good job. Some one waterboarded into me during the atmospheric rains and dented driver door and front panel. They pulled frame out on door hinged area, replaced door panel and front panel and painted. We had a great experience here!!! The price was the best out of 4 different estimates. It being the least expensive we were a bit concerned with quality. But they did not disappoint!!! Brought my 2011 Porsche Panamera to West Coast Collision to repair 10 years of scratches and dents. Not only was West Coast the most cost effective they completed all the repairs in record time and handed back the Porsche to me in immaculate condition. If I didn't know better I'd think the car was brand new. West Coast Auto Collision did a magnificent job and I highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

RUN don't walk! My husband has been going to Angel for over 15+ years and supported this mans business. He would send his Mother, her friends, and recommended colleagues. So when our cars bumpers needed repainted we took it to Angel. What we got back was overspray all over the car! When we tried to have them clean/fix their mistake they tried to charge us $150 dollars?! Angel (owner) initially admitted being at fault, and agreed to clean the car. When we called 2 days later on the status, he said we would be responsible for the cleaning charge?! So now we have to pay for your blunder?Now that his business is turning a profit his attitude has completely changed. Customers are the reason you have a business at all. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Save your money and the drama.
