I was searching for auto shops that were capable of repainting the panels of a car I m working on and I came across West Coast Auto Body and Paint. I stopped by to check them out. They seemed like the real deal with how full their driveway was. I then was greeted by Marco with such manners. He was concerned upon my arrival until I mentioned to him about a repaint job on the roof and trunk lid. He was able to inspect my car and give me a suitable estimate for the time being. He also concluded to me with details of how they will proceed with the body work which I appreciate. Just three days after I dropped off my car with them I came back and seen that it already looks brand new, despite minor blemishes because of how old the car is. Outstanding ovation for this crew because just look at the results. Shoutout to Marco and Manny for taking the time to cooperate with me.

From the beginning of starting the process of getting my vehicle repaired, it was a smooth and easy process with Manny and Co at West Coast Auto. They helped me get the parts I needed for the best repair possible and communicated regularly with me along the way. Im more than happy with the final outcome, my vehicle looks like it has a brand new from the factory paint job and I couldn't be more pleased. The quality and value cant be matched and I recommend if anyone needs repairs to get a quote and let the staff here help you through it. Thanks again to Manny and all the other hard workers that made this process simple and worry free.

Manny was a joy to work with and my bumper looks fantastic! They even buffed the headlights for me without asking. Pricing was very fair/reasonable and the team was extremely professional in getting back to me in terms of picking up the vehicle as well (they only had it for a day!) You will not worry when getting body work here... I would definitely come back.

Marco and his team took really good care of my car. Made my car look brand new as if it came out of the factory in 1991. It was garaged for over 10 years collecting dust and it was shocking after I picked her up. Took almost a month for the work I requested to be completed, but totally worth the wait. Went to 4 other shops previously in San Diego for quotes and they had the best prices and truly did an awesome job! Upgraded my stock spoiler and had a new updated rear bumper and rear valence installed as well as repaired my cracked front bumper. Thank you for your hard work and for making my car look brand new again. Highly recommended shop here in the San Diego area. ^_^

I wish I could give 0 stars. I live near by so as I was going by to check on my truck I noticed it was just parked on the street for 2 weeks. I stayed patient trying to be understanding. 3 weeks go by. Radio silence from the shop. I call for an update and I'm told I'll be receiving a call later that afternoon for an update...needless to say I didn't receive any call. The next day I call again and am told the same thing..."you'll get a call by 2pm"... NO CALL! Again...I go there and am told it's getting finished and I'll be able to pick it up at 5 .. at 455 I'm called saying it's not done and needs to be picked up in the morning...that morning is today. My truck is still damaged very specifically it's part of the damage that was the agreed upon work I am beside myself with how poor the customer service is and how poor of a job was done to my truck. I will never use this place again... I'm now trying to get information to contact the owner and the person who I've been dealing with this entire time is now ignoring me and not responding to any communication. I do not recommend this place they are unprofessional non communicative and they didn't do the job .... I now have to figure out what to doMost important they didn't do the job...and now are ignoring any communication

Very disappointed with the quality of this service. Poor alignment of the rear of my car frame, there are mismatches in some parts of the bumper and rear lights. The trunk lock lid was missing. The trunk does not close well, you need to use power to close it. To my comments about this, I received a response that this is normal. I really hope that the leaders of this service will fix it.

dropped the car off to correct some cracks on my Carbon Fiber Hood, to repair some clear coat and also fix a few dents. Manny and his team did a AWESOME JOB! paint looks great price was good and over all i am happy with the results.

I decided to go with this place to have my car repainted based on the reviews. If it was just an issue with some overspray, or a few spots not as good, I would have given this place a 4 but wouldn t have left a review. But it wasn t just overspray, and the few spots they missed. First, it was the drip molding above the drives door. I noticed that it looked to be epoxied on. When I confronted them about it, they said that the clips break due to age. I understand but also told them when I dropped it off to let me know if there are any problems. Clips breaking and not having them on hand and not ordering them is a problem. They also said that the glue they used should come off should I want to fix it. I took a plastic putty knife to it, no budging. I m going to need to order new drip moldings and carefully remove the residue with probably a Dremel. The next issue I noticed was my antenna had a silver ring around it from where the took vice grips to remove it. Just left it messed up. This leads me into another issue. Because they took vice grips and twisted it around, the antenna cable became twisted and taut around the base. Thanks guys. There is also a piece of trim on the interior drives door that was broken somehow. Now I m trying to find a leak probably caused by them messing up a different piece of trim of gasket. I wish I was still in San Diego so I could have them properly fix this, but I wouldn t recommend them to anyone at all.

I, very much recommend this place, I brought in my Nissan Maxima to get repairs done and have the paint match with the repairs. Its looks good and brand new from when I got the vehicle new. Overall the service is good and the customer service is good!

So I had a broken mirror and went to get that fixed. Checked the reviews and felt good about this place. Sure enough it did not disappoint. They were quick with it and professional. I recommend this place.

I stopped in on a recommendation from my favorite car wash place. Everyone here is incredibly professional. My service was quick and at a reasonable price. I absolutely will be going again if I need any more work done on my car.

This place is awesome!!! they fixed my mirror for free after it had gotten swiped off. Really was a relief getting it for free compared to the other places I called who were gonna charge me upwards of 150 dollars. The guys were really nice too, I 100% recommend this place.

Nicest people ever! It's tough trusting someone to paint your entire car since the California sun worked it's magic and destroyed your clear coat. Knock on wood but car runs great so decided a few grand repainting a car was a worthwhile investment vs buying a new car now-a-days. Especially considering cars are $40K plus. My car had a Manufacturers Paint defect. Paint just started peeling off out of the blue. (Kia Sorento) Kia refused coverage even though its common with the White Pearl paint. Anyway West Coast took great care of me. Got me in and out in a couple days and the car looks great. They are simply the best. I walked in without an appointment and had a quote to repair my crumpled rear door in 15 minutes. After a week of seeking additional quotes (none compared), I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up in the evening the next day. Professional, honest and friendly; all the things you want from a local auto body shop. Great service, quality work and competitively priced. Manny and Abel are easy to work with! Our new teenage driver smashed the front of our car and needless to say, emotions were running high and they put us right at ease. Gave us a fair quote and timeline. The repair turned out perfect. I was referred here to get my bumper put back on. There were two places where the screw holes had broken and another place told me I'd have to buy a whole new bumper. I went to this place and Manny quickly told me they could fix the broken pieces and put it back on quickly! (Thank goodness because a new bumper would've been around $800...no thanks. haha.) Plus, he was open to a tiny bit of negotiation on price, which I know people really appreciate! I even got them to fix my door lock since it was not working properly. Great, great guys and super quick!!I highly suggest these guys, at least for the quick turn around body work items.Service: Body & Trim

After my insurance brought my car to a different auto shop, they told us the car was unrepairable and needed to be totalled. I called up Manny and his team and he said they could fix the car, no problem. A few weeks later I got the car back looking as good as new. Highly recommend this place if you have an older car with parts that are hard to find.
