The owner at Welltech is as honest as they come. We have used his shop for 3 vehicles. The last visit was this week. Our engine in a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe sport blew up by throwing a rod. He recommended that we go to the dealer to see if we could get a warranty as this should not happen with 75k with a 5 year old car. He did not charge us for the diagnostic or the oil he put in. We ended up getting the engine replaced by the dealer under warranty which is worth 7k. The dealer tried to add 6 other service issues that we needed to pay for. Welltech is doing the work for 1/3 the price. I ll always use Welltech!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I wouldn't recommend this shop to any of my friends. This auto repair place became really shady. They don't find the root cause of issues but instead just want replacing parts and the parts and labor charges are expensive comparing to other shops around. The owner tried to replace one part at a time until the issue goes away. No testing before and after. I don't believe them at all. They will try to rip off you adding other services. As soon as I noticed the pattern I stoped hiring them. The estimate time always took longer and promises were not kept by the store owner.

Welltech Auto Service (WAS) is a very honest and hard-working group of people. The Auto Repair Service was highly recommended to me by my son-in-law who has used them for many years. if you need your car fixed i would not go here. this guy is a lier and a cheat. dont trust anything he says. TOOK 5 MONTHS!!! to get my car. hes never was around in the office. kept charging me extra for work i had done. even had to come back 5 months later to pick up my car and still asked for more money. did work i didnt authorize. kept telling me he needed "fine tuning" thats all bogus he could of been done with the fixes much faster than 5 months. he lets cars sit on his lot and collect dust till the people finally call him out or they just leave the car there cause hes not worth dealing with one bit.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Battery, Oil change

I have been going for over 14 years they are very honest. They will tell you when to let your car go even though they could perform more maintenance. Money is not a factor in their advise, Integrity is. I am fortunate to have Welltech in my phone book as should you.

I have gone to Welltech for several years. I took my 1996 Ford Ranger into him about 5 years ago. Its in good body and interior shape but it did have around 500,000 miles. He told me that it had too many miles and would not recommend it. I had him fix it anyways and around $2500 and 5 years later, its still running like a champ. Right now the check engine light is on but its in Washington and I can't wait to get it back to David.I have taken all my cars to him now, he is honest, fair, and not overpriced for the work he does.As for the previous review, I hope your car is still running good but I put my money and trust in David and WellTech.

Honest, good people! They won't do anything they feel is unnecessary! The brothers; David and Thai, are really good human beings, (not to mention, Budhists); therefor you know they are interested in only what is good for you, and your vehicle. I've been taking my cars to them for about 9 years now, with not a single complaint.Thank you Thai and David! For running such a good business, with integrity and true care for your customers.

My Ford Fusion has a water pump problem. Other shops want more and couldn't locate the part because many cars same model have similar problems. Weltech found the parts and fixed for me at half the cost. Even though they know the estimate was much more from other shops. Honest and efficient. I take all my cars here. If you have big problem with your car, go to them. They will solve it for you like they did for me.

David helped me out by changing a burnt out headlight (not that easy in my Prius so no shaming). We were down from NorCal visiting my son who uses Welltech's services. So I felt confident we'd be treated fairly and we were. Had peace of mind driving back home in the rainy weather.

HORRRRRIBLEEEEEEE!!! I guess they see me as a "lady in distress" and tried to take advantage of the situation. I went in because my check engine light came on, and it was close to work. So I took it there after work, for them to scan the problem. They said it was one of the cylinder not working properly. They examined the car and found the actual problem, and said I need to replace the ignition coil pack and spark plugs for $450 plus $400 labor, in total $850. I showed them a print-out of the ignition coil pack from Autozone, and the price is $100. I asked DAVID if this was the correct part, and he said he "can't tell me if it is or if it is not." Total BS. So I refused their service and paid the $35 for diagnosing my car. I bought the ignition coil with LIFETIME WARRANTY and spark plugs from Autozone for $125 total. My bro-in-law replaced the parts in my car in less than an hour. How dare they charge an INSANE $400 for labor? TOTAL RIP OFF! NEVER GO HERE!

Unbelievable,this guy is wack. I took my car there to have it checked out,it was overheating,I thought I'd drop it off,but no within 5mins off looking at the water reserve Mechanic comes back to say,''Too Late,your car overheated to the point where the head gaskets (says scary part) will need to be replaced and on your car too many miles ", "I can't help you" ?? WTF,what kind of business would tell a customer,paying customer that? End of story I went to another shop,they told me my reserve tank,(plastic) needed to be replaced due to a crack because the thermastat went out,Which is what I had mentioned to Well Tech guy,Terrible I do not recommend you go here,try the shop up the street by the 76'.-Real cool guys -Real answers!

This place was the worst. Fairly nice at the beginning but they messed something fairly simple. Rotated my tires and threaded bolts when putting tires back on. Refused to fix tires and cost $700 to replace part after labor. Worst experience at shop ever

Always professional, top notch quality work, honest and nothing beats seeing Dave's smiling face to greet me at the desk. I refer Welltech any chance I get. You da best!!!

It was the worst experience of my life with a mechanic and it s not the first time they did this but it will definitely be the last time..This time they kept my car for 4months and didn t fix anything after 4 months I got it towed from there and a real mechanic shop had it ready in 3days smfh I would never go to well tech or never refer anyone else because I referred a friend and he had the same problem they are terrible And David is the worst Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic
