they broke the button in the glove compartment of my car, that is, these idiots were rummaging through my things DO NOT COME HERE!!!otherwise you will lose 2-3 hours!!!! the people working here are unprofessional, the manager should find a replacement for them, when I arrived the time was 05:00pm, there were 3 cars in front of me for an oil change, so you understand the oil change of one car in any car service takes no more than 30 minutes. considering that they had 3 replacement sites. and 4 cars in line, I was supposed to get my car within an hour, BUT THEY INTENTIONALLY DELAYED THEIR WORK SO AS TO SERVE AS FEW CARS POSSIBLE, I stood waiting for 2.5 hours, the people who arrived after me were denied service, that s another absurdity that they already closed two sites at 6 pm so as not to accept anyone after me, although they could have easily accepted. In a word, they took their time so much that I had to wait for almost 3 hours although there were only 3 cars in front of me when I arrived at 5 pm

Took my car to replace battery. Everyone was friendly and the mechanic was knowledgeable. Granted, there are no coffee shops around to sit and wait, I found the outdoor furniture area in the garden center to be comfortable. Grabbed a book in the books section and read.And of course, I saved $30. Thanks everyone at the auto center!

At 3:50 pm daughter turned away for tire purchases/installation. Store closes at 7pm. She is a walk in but only two cars at that time waiting.she was willing tonwait until closing even but denied and not offered to wait.

Slow as Molasses.I arrived 20min late for a tire change appointment, and they gave my slot to a walk-in, which is fine. My fault for being late.I told them I d take the tires.It took them 30 minutes just to dispense the tires. They were moving so slowly that I walked into the garage, grabbed the tires, and put them in the trunk myself. By the time they i left, 50 minutes after my appointment time, they still has not moved the walk-in guy s car into the bay.Went to a tire shop oh El Cajon. They had the wheels balanced and installed in 40min.

Got there early at 6:45am before they opened at 7am and luckily there was only one car ahead of me. They got to me pretty quickly after opening and finished my oil change and tire rotation within an hour. Since I had bought my tires at Walmart, they did my tire rotation for free which I didn t even know could be free. Overall beats the price of any oil changes around, the free tire rotation was a huge plus, and the service speed was great!

Auto Care Center Employees have minimal customer service skills & they are grumpy most of the time. The work super slow at turtle speed! Maybe the Corporate makes them work hard and not pay them a decent living wage. Price for service is good and you get what you pay for! If you want the cheapest place for oil change this is the place to go. If you are okay with paying $90-$110 for a full synthetic oil change, expect speedy & good customer service then go elsewhereService: Oil change

Absolutely the worst place I've ever been 400lbs dude took 1and a half hours to change the tires in front of me slowest people ever..so I'm going to have to wait that long NO got my keys back and left so dysfunctional can't believe there even employable

Bought tires there s, paid extra for tires insurance. You have free rotation but they don t do it unless you ask and they don t tell you that, you have to read the paper(receipt)after you already bought.Got one tired damaged, they create all the reasons to don t fix it.Took my car to next place to fix and they did it.They trick you there. Be careful.

I purchased new tires on line and made a noon appointment to get them installed. When I arrived, it was difficult to find the auto center. The installation took 1 1/2 hours. My rating is based on the lack of customer service. I wish that the center was more welcoming. Joe came to help me after I was left there by another tech. The work itself was good. I did have to go elsewhere for a wheel alignment. Make sure you do the math New Tires = price of tires + sales tax + installation cost + alignment / it took total of 3 hours to get tires installed and alignment. Plus drivng time.

Needed all 4 tires replaced. Ordered my tires online and said the earliest appointment was a week out because tires were not in stock. I showed up to appointment at 11 and they said the tires weren't there and they didn't know when they would be there (I had received an email and text confirmation of the appointment so I was assuming they had my tires). Since I ordered them online, I had already paid for these tires so I asked to cancel the order because I was leaving for a road trip in 2 days and was going to go somewhere else. They told me to cancel online. Once I got ahold of someone on the phone to help me, they told me I had to call the auto center to cancel the order. I called the auto center and they said they found the tires. However, it was already 2 hours later and my car had been serviced elsewhere. I lost out on a good deal and ended up having to pay way more because of their lack of care. The management and customer service of this place is terrible. They weren't even that busy when I was there. Glad I was able to get my car in somewhere else as I'm not sure I fully trust these guys to get the job done correctly.

Just a few cars in front of mine, but simple oil change took 3 hours from arrival. A dozen customers watched with me while staff stood around vaping and laughing at us. They never lifted my hood, and did not check or fill any other fluids, so I wonder if they actually changed the oil. Go somewhere else.

I got new tires and the installation was on time and went great. I had some concerns going in about my battery and they were willing to test it for me. The battery was bad and I ended up installing a new one myself in the parking lot. I had engine issues immediately after installing so two techs came out and took a look figured out the issue (Toyotas have temporary issues with low idle after new battery installs) and identified a few other things that I should take care of. It was stressful at first but they walked me through it and I was on my way again in no time. Super thankful for their help

Had a 4pm appointment 90min later car hasn t even been pulled inside to be worked on. Joe was great but as for the technician they just talk and chill instead of getting it done. Only until I asked about having a 4 o clock appointment and showing up 15min early they finally started on my car. If I didn t ask who knows how long it would be more. Don t like to be writing reviews but why set a appointment if it means nothing and it s not even busy. I would understand if it was busy that longer wait times makes sense but it s not busy at all. If you get work done here would just say prepare for a LONG wait time.

Dropped my car off for an oil change that took 3 hours and got the text message saying it was ready 4 minutes before closing. Had to get a ride to work the next morning. Staff doesn t really know what they re doing.

The tire and lube staff do good work and are fairly fast and efficient getting tires and other work completed. However, the front desk is desperately understaffed, and cannot keep up with the phone calls and the people waiting to be served. Lots of wasted time waiting for the manager to fix even the smallest problem.

AWFUL!!! Waited in line in the oil change line for 10 mins. The check in guy never made eye contact or anything. Noticed a very rotund dirty looking mechanic come out and tell some lady their busy, wait is 3 hours. Didn't apologize, wasn't friendly.... just awful!! I decided to go to Qwik Lube and they got me right in. And were very nice!

Horrible customer service! After waiting in car for 30 minutes, no check in, a rep approaches car to inform me it will be an hour wait. Complains of being short staffed. This is my 2nd attempt in a week. I watched same rep walk around doing nothing the whole time. While I waited, I watched them turn several customers away by telling them it's a long wait. By the way, there was only 1 car in front of me... long line inside auto section of customers complaining. Noone at register, phone ringing off the hook. I found supervisor, expressed my concerns and left. Will never go again. I'd rather pay a higher price somewhere else!

Called before and no one picked up so i drove 30 mins for a battery test. I showed up at 530 and they said they dont have time for a bttery test from the manager. They dont close til 7. And then 3 of them stood around. Techs wrre nice but needs new management. They lost my business. Can go to any auto parts shop for simple battery test. Takes 5 mins

People are telling you not to waste your time in this place! I've been coming every day since Monday! they can not change two spheres! shame I come here at all times this week not having a competent people to effect the repair! just to make it clear I missed a whole week coming here and being poorly attended and not resolving my problem! My advice to you is not to come in this place, just ask for your time!

I got 4 tires changed and I had no problem with that. But I saw an employee flooring a customers car in the parking lot and I did NOT like that at all. It was a white 4 door lexus sedan just in case the owner reads this. Serviced sunday 5.7.2023 at around noon.

I think some of y'all (the ones leaving bad reviews) have trash energy, you should work on yourself, stop taking it out on these people. I had a wonderful experience here. Joe helped me with intake, he is so informative. There was a wait, NBD, I was expecting it. They replaced my battery, and filled up my tires (thank you) I've been in customer service my whole life, and our jobs suck most days because of craptastic customers. Understand that we can't always get things done right this second. Treat us like human beings, be polite, and understanding. I had a wait time of nearly 2 hour's, guess who's car was done and ready in 35 minutes? MINE. Tysm 4 your outstanding service, and I hope y'all have a wonderful rest of the year, y'all deserve it

I purchased tires for my son's Van and they were a good price of 232.02 for 4 tires and 108.00 for installation at 27$ per tire for the best coverage. They have other great tire deals and charge from 17-27 dollars per tire for installation and the alignment is included.

Got my car battery replaced here. They are always busy here, so patience will win the day. Once I got checked in, the process was easy--I got a text alert when it started and when it was done.
