Stay away from this so-called company. Almost a month after my purchase and they haven t ship my order. Communication is close to cero, e-mail after email and not answers. Then I get one telling me it is shipping in two days, a week passed and nothing. Seriously after seeing all this bad reviews I don t know how they still in business. My order is 7173 btw.Shame on VW for letting this COMPANY ruing their brand.

Told me they would provide an Uber up to 10miles and when dropping off the car told me it was only 3miles. Seems small but knowing I'm going to be paying them $500+ and can't get my $20 uber bill is not a great start.

Well organized and friendly staff , seating salon is hospitable with free snacks and coffee , hard working folks ,Here the thing : needs days before your car can be looked at ! I think VW company should ease the pressure on this location via creating more VOLKS Wagon dealers in Dan Diego .

This is for parts department .. they have the parts but they don t have what called COMMUNICATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE or SUPPORT. I order part and left it on my bag to check other dealer, I receiver an e-mail shortly about a discount code and a 2nd e-mail and next day a 3rd e-mail with coupon code for 20% off shipping and 10% of parts, the code did not work and says expired , so I contacted the part department and the rep said he spoke with his manager (after left the call on hold ) and the manager will honor the coupon but only on shipping or parts , so I decided to go with 10% parts, he asked my for my phone number and name and said after you place the order we will apply the discount. I checked the bag and pay for parts , received confirmation e-mail and got charge full price , received the parts in couple days and called the dealer 3 times , the 1st time the guy said it s online part department and they are at lunch and will let them know , 2nd time the guy said i will transfer you and I left msg asking to call me back but no call back and 3rd time ,which is 3rd day also , same thing JUST KEEP IN KIND ONCE YOU PAY FOR IT , ITS DONE, YOU CAN NOT TALK TO ANYBODY FOR ANY SUPPORT , and also the number include on the e-mail is wrong phone number .

Ordered a part from here on February 9th and paid for expedited shipping to receive it February 12th. On February 22nd I called to see why it was taking so long and I was told I would receive the part by Friday the 26th or Monday March 1st the absolute latest. When I called back on March 1st I was told that the part hasn t even been shipped yet and it would be shipped within the next two days. There s still no tracking that has been provided or anything and it s extremely frustrating to pay for expedited shipping and still not have a part nearly a month after it was ordered.

We were amazed at how much we liked the food! You order food at the counter and they deliver it to your table. Price was very, reasonable, but the food far surpassed our expectations.

Danny and Gustavo put people first -- both team members and customers alike. Customer service on parts department is really disorganized. Really disappointed that VW is being represented by employees that they don t enjoy what they do that, as a result, their customer service awful.
