Victor has been one of the best people to do business with in my entire life! He's taken care of all the vehicles for my family for about 15 years or so. Not once have I had any issues with his services and he's always gone the extra mile to take care of me.I love my 2007 Dodge Charger like a pet, she s basically part of the family, and my 12 year old son has already put in his claim for it when he turns 16 lol. Took a last minute road trip from San Diego to Los Angeles, and my car basically had a heart attack, it kept overheating and spewing all kinds of hot fluid. Had to be towed back to SD. Dropped the car where I have been servicing it over the last few years in Poway. Long story short, they told me to make funeral arrangemtns, the engine is dead. This was very bad news. I knew that rebuilding or replacing the engine was going to be pricey. Logically, it made sense to begin looking for another car "(BUT FIRST, I CALLED MY GUY ViCTOR. He found me an engine and gave me quote at an amazing price, WOW!Still driving my Dodge and turning heads.On top of all this, he's just a hell of a guy and I always have a good time talking with him! Working with him has given me a lot of peace of mind and has been a very enjoyable experience over the years. I was looking for a shop to help me with oil change using my own lube and filter. Called up Victor shortly before lunch. Victor accepted what I offered for the labor and asked me to stop by over lunch. Within 20 min, not only he had engine oil changed, but also did a quick check up for lights and brakes. Highly recommend!

Absolutely exceptional customer service. Labor is always honest and priced fairly. Definitely a mechanic you need to build a relationship with and can trust. It's a rarity to come across mechanics like this nowadays and I've been going to Victor since I was a teenager. He has always provided consistent, efficient and reliable honest work.

Victor is a good and honest man. I had brakes done. Rotors and pads, also a CV Boot replaced. Very affordable. And he got the job done quicker than he said he would. He is NOW my go to mechanic.

You can trust this mechanic!!!He served our country as a US Marine Looooong time ago and now serving as a mechanic. You can trust our Marines and you can trust Victor!!!For the last 10 years, I have fixed my 3 cars with him for various reasons... from brake job, transmission and water pumps to engine head gasket problems.He is professional mechanic with a LOT of experience.Victor will charge you less than any other place around and do a great job.He is busy as a result of the above description so you need schedule ahead, in case of emergency you can leave your car with him - no worries./Rufato.

This shop is a joke victor always over sells his fleet work to his customers and also ripped off a customer for their car telling them that they needed a motor because the oil light was turning on which was caused by the vvt solenoid..
