Honest, straight to the point, professional and all in all a really great shop! I have been looking for a auto center to service my Toyota Tacoma and was incredibly fortunate to find Victor's automotive center. Hands down the moment I came in I felt like I was dropping off my Truck to my Uncle's house. It's apparent that there are deep family connection with Victor's shop and that it transcends outward to the customers that come in. All in all I absolutely love these guys! Great sense of humor, along with a great wealth of wisdom and expertise. All in all I couldn't be happier finding this shop! Highly recommend bringing in your vehicle to this shop they are simply the best!

I called about needing a quote since my car got scrapped up by someone and I was expecting to have them give me a date on when to come in, but after speaking with Victor he had given me wonderful advice on what to do and didn't try to sell me on anything. It was a very personable conversation, Victor is a really kind man. Will definitely do business with you guys in the future!

Truly the nicest and most professional people I have ever encountered in this industry. No patronizing, over selling, or any uncomfortable conversations. Victor told me exactly what was going on with my transmission and what my options were as far as getting it fixed. I was only in town for the weekend and he had my car back to me the same day I brought it in. He even offered to drive me back to my hotel. He and his son Justin were so helpful and kind that I might move to San Diego and ask to get adopted into the family.

I had been hearing my car make noises but when they increased dramatically one day, I knew I couldn't put off taking it in any longer. Part of the problem was that I didn't have access to my former repair person so I didn't know who to trust. A friend recommended Victor's and they got me in quickly. They did a great job with the repair and noticed a problem with my super charger as well. I appreciated Victor's philosophy that the car would still run without it, but he felt like cars should run the way they were designed. It was also repaired that day and my car runs beautifully now! Victor was great about little things like pointing out the food truck that had come by and setting me up on a chair outside under a tree to wait for them to finish. I will definitely be using Victor's for all my repair needs from now on!Service: Brakes

I was visiting from out of town, using my daughter's car, and (I came to learn) one of the rear struts broke, coming completely detached. I called around to find someone who could handle it quickly, and was exceptionally lucky to find Victor! He was perfectly courteous and friendly, got my car looked at and repaired quickly, and charged a fair price. Being a stranger from out of town in a somewhat desperate situation, I expected to have to struggle to avoid being ripped off, but Victor was a prince, going out of his way to help me out and treat me right. I can't recommend his shop highly enough!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Victor helped us out with both our cars and has done a wonderful job each time. He is very honest and explains things in a professional, knowledgeable way. He is fast and reliable and does excellent work. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a great repair shop!

I brought my car in last week and Victor and his staff helped so much with the multiple problems with my car. They were compassionate and were able to make the fixes quickly. Great prices and great customer service!

Highly recommend!THANK YOU SO MUCH for your great job!Victor and he s team they are professionals!We bought a car and after few days the transmission went out! But Victor s team solved the problem very quickly! I was told there is an electric issue. They have replaced and reprogrammed the transmission brain and our car runs again! That was unbelievable but they fix it! my gf and I so happy! Thank you very much again

Victor and his team are fantastic! Definitely my go-to mechanic in town.They were wonderful enough to reccomend we get a new car instead of repairing our Rav-4 that was falling apart. I appreciated the fact that Victor took our safety into consideration rather than just taking our money. He literally talked us out of going through with the repairs.One time he needed our car overnight. He personally called several rental car places in the area for me. He's given me advice over the phone too If he has the time.Now we bring our CRV to him. We won't go anywhere else.Can't recommend Victor's enough.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I've taken my car to Victor's Automotive Center twice, and had great quality service done on general repairs. I consider myself a car guy but there are some things that are better done in a shop.For those things I'm grateful that by happenchance I found Victor's Automotive in a google search. Victors Automotive Center has fantastic service with competitive market pricing. The quality of work they did last time was on point. I checked bolt tension they were exact and I was very happy to bring my car back again. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone that loves or even likes their car a little bit. I've used Victor's Automotive Center from changing my hybrid battery to oil change to changing tires. I keep coming back because they have the best service and very professional. The owner and the staff are very personable and will greet you with cheer. They back up their services with such professionalism and care. Friendly shop, with great and fast service, from well qualified service techs. Victor is also just a great guy who genuinely want to help. I get my oil changes done there, and they always let me know what else I should get done, to keep my car running smoothly. But they don't push it. They tell you exactly what you need and when. Great place. Highly recommend

I had a difficult issue with no indicator lights. Victor and his team diligently worked on my Kia Rio until they found and fixed my car issue. They were communicative at every step with an issue that was difficult to find. I hope I don t need their services again, but if I do, I know I can count on them to do everything in their power to figure out the issue, keep me informed, and get my vehicle back in a timely manner. I would 100% use Victor s in the future. They are a gem in the industry.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great place to take your vehicle, Victor will treat you with the respect you deserve and not try to empty your wallets. He is very honest, telling you what you need and what can wait. The waiting area is very comfortable and high-end makes your wait here very tolerable. I would recommend anyone who is looking for honest, respectable service

Victor is a total crook. Wish I could leave a zero star review. He tried to overcharge me by $200 beyond what the original estimate was. When I said that didn't sound right he spent 10 minutes clicking around his computer and finally said he double-checked the parts and they were actually a lot cheaper. So instead of $850 all of a sudden it was $650. Then he still tried to tack on the diagnostic fee which I already paid and they had told me I would be credited back once I got the work done. So he should have been charging me $550 but was still trying to charge me over $700.On top of that he was trying to tell me to go to a suspension expert to get my leaf springs taken care of even though I had just replaced them. Probably trying to drive business to his buddy. This guy looks and talks like a used car salesman. Beware.

What a breath of fresh air! real people who are actually in the business of taking care of your needs and not just trying to make as much as they can off of you. Victor asked me how much are you looking to spend and then told me what items he would recommend first, to make sure that we get the most important things done. not just quote me to fix everything when some items could wait a month or two. What a great business! I recommend anybody that wants honest great work and service come here.

I went to this shop and it was a whole new experience. Everyone their helped out Victor is a very honest person and doesn't try to cheat you into something you don't need.I really trust him with my car he really let's me know what I need and what can wait. I get alot for my budget.I told what I wanted and a price and he got it done.Highly recommend to everyone.Once you go there there is no where else you want to go.

Victor at Victor's Automotive should occupy the entire block he is on. He is two things you can't find in the same place in So. Cal. He is honest and he is reasonable. He is also VERY GOOD at what he does but those other two things are SO important that you should try his shop. One time and you'll never go anywhere else.

These people have a license to steal from customers. They charged money for parts they didn't install, did not fix the problem and ended up charging 300 plus dollars for labor. We still had to tow the car away wasting even more money. A true rip off.

They got me in right away due to an incident that happened at a uhaul facility. I would trust these guys with any of my vehicles. The owner even helped keep my cost down on what had to be fixed.
