Great place for an oil change. Quick, courteous and professional. It is a little pricey but I need new oil so I don't have a lot of choices. I was able to get in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Do not go to this branch. They are not trust worthy and refuse to take responsibilities for their actions. Specifically, I went for basic oil change and they failed to properly re-install the front skid plate.While I was driving on the highway latter, I heard strong banging sound that forced me to pull over narrow highway shoulder to check. I found that the skid plate was hanging down. All the way back, the skid plate kept hitting the road and it got some damage.When I went back to the same Valvoline location, they took the car to check and came back to say there was nothing wrong. So apparently they were lying about it, they fixed it and denied there was something wrong.Then I asked them to uninstall because I lost trust in them. When I got the skid plate, there were clear signs of damage caused by improper installation and scraping over the road.Such loose skid plate could have caused a major accident on the highway if it completely fell off.They refused to offer any compensation for the damaged plate and kept arguing that there was nothing wrong with it.

They are unprofessional. even they didn't know how to screw German auto make splash guard. Splash guard was came off at 50mph on highway15 right after oil change and I found engine oil leaking from oil filter and oil level was low. I ended up buying Uber to pick up my child. worst experience ever!

Everything took like 9 minutes. Professional and curious staff. Didn't use slag and called me sir till my name was pulled up on the record. Topped off my washer fluid for free. Reset my oil life on the dashboard and a printed reminder sticker.

Had my oil changed yesterday. Today the panel of the undercarriage of my car came off on the free way. Apparently they didn't fasten it back securely. Need you guys to have more attention to detail for the safety of your customers.

Just an FYI...one of the young men doing the inspection on my son's truck after his oil change, told us he tested his battery and it failed inspection three times??? There were no signs of that prior to bringing it in. If my son was by himself, he probably would have paid the $200+ for a new battery and had it replaced since he has a 5hr drive back to school a few days. We had him take it to O'Reilly's to have them test it and it was perfectly fine. This was a good lesson that a lot these places like to take advantage of newer inexperienced drivers (and adults) by doing these unnecessary inspections for your safety but they're really just trying to sell you stuff you don't need.Service: Oil change

Awesome visit and experience. Justin helped me out when I arrived. I work on my cars normally and wanted a professional full flush, tire rotation, and oil change since I just got over 100,000 miles. The team here is great and very professional. They also don't machine torque the lug nuts down on tires, they hand crank them, which is highly appreciated. These guys are GREAT!! Don t ever hesitate to come here for an oil change. They re quick, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I ve been coming here ever since I ve gotten my truck and I ve never been disappointed (I ve been here more than the average driver. 150,000 miles in 4 years). When the oil was leaking I wanted them to check before I went to a mechanic. Turns out the plug was the issue and they had no problem checking it and fixing it. I don t think I ll ever go anywhere else.Service: Oil change

First time here and Tyler was my lead service person today. He was very professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic...clearly very well trained and smart! I stayed in the vehicle while it was serviced, which is a little different from my prior oil changes elsewhere, while Tyler walked me through every step and option available. Yes, a bit more expensive than an average experience but definitely a higher end level of service and product options to keep my vehicle in the best condition. Didn't have a chance to use them. Definitely not 15 min change since the car in front of me was there before me and had their oil change finishing up while I was waiting there but they were just talking. Waited over 15 min. Other cars next to me were also waiting before me and no one was serviced by the time I left.

They were very fast for changing my oil. Not only that they pointed out a couple things wrong with my car that I just bought used a couple months ago that I would have never noticed. They were very helpful in explaining how to fix it and get the part and wrote down the name of it for me to get and fix. I did only get an oil change there but they were very helpful in explaining the best way to get my car fixed. Even though this place might be a little more expensive than other places, I would say it is 100% worth it for how thorough they were on everything.

Wife took her car in over the weekend for a simple oil change. While there, they recommended she purchase an entire new battery due to corrosion. She bought it and went on with no issues. Until the next time she went to start her car it wouldn t start. When I took a look I ve never seen a more lazy and incompetent job. Something as simple as replacing a battery was poorly done and not completed. They made no attempt to clean off the terminals and even cracked one. I cleaned it up a little myself to get the car started and took it in to see if they would at least try to make it better or even apologize for doing a poor job and breaking the terminal. If you break something wouldn t you inform your customer? When we arrived all they said was we did enough . No apology, nothing. He recommended we go to an auto shop to get it fixed. We talked to the assistant manager Ethan. Place is a rip off and a joke.Services: Battery, Oil change

Horrendous. I have a 2010 Mitsubishi Evo X with a K AND N oil filter on I installed not 4 months ago. I have my oil ready as I already bought it and informed the service tech that the K AND N oil filter is good for TWENTY THOUSAND MILES and not to take it off. Simply change out my oil because it is hard for me to do at home on such a low to the ground car. REPLACING MY OIL FILTER IS MANDATORY for them, otherwise, he said, they CANNOT HELP WITH A DRAIN AND FILL!! Absolute ripoff as they want to sell things to you that aren't necessary. Next they might tell me I need new brakes, forget these people.Edit: See the weak excuse of a response below along with countless other reviews saying they have inherently made cars more unsafe. God I really wanna go back in there but I'd go to jail for what I'd do.

This station was very slow yesterday, after 25 minutes, not a single car in front of us finished up so we gave up as there multiple cars in line in front of us. Arrived a little earlier this morning to get a good spot in line and after 17 minutes the shop has not opened yet. (Yes we did check the store hours ahead of time.) No sign on the door stating they might be opening late. Not coming back.

A couple days after taking my Audi in for an oil change ($160) I noticed a strange "air intake" sound coming from the engine bay during acceleration. I went back and asked them about it and they said "we don't have the air filter for your car so we can't look at it". I then took it to Audi (totally different problem with them...another review). I then took it to a local repair shop who found the issue. Valvoline did not reassemble the parts correctly after the oil change. The local repair shop had to take everything apart, reinstall the air filter housing, reinstall the air filter properly and there were gaskets that were actually installed upside down. The total for the repair was $140. I should have learned my lesson after my daughter took her car in to Valvoline and they only filled the oil halfway to the top. Lesson learned. No more Valvoline for me.Service: Oil change

This location has the absolute friendliest people ever! I won't go anywhere else for an oil change! I really trust the cost and services that they recommend, and I never feel like I am being sold on services that aren't needed. AND they always help me utilize the best coupons and use as many as can be applied :) So easy, quick, and friendly!

Oil change places are as bad if not worse than dealerships. I had to go to this location because my car was too low for another location. None of the shops around had my oil filter in stock so I was advised to stop by an auto parts store and buy one which I did for $15. When I gave it to them, they didn't want to give me a credit for it. I was told they don't charge extra for oil filters thus I'm not due a refund for it. I told him it was built into the cost of the oil change. When I complained they so generously (or not) gave me a 40 cent credit. Seriously dude? Then tried to upsell me on a bunch of services including a transmission fluid change. Ah dude, my Chevy Volt doesn't have a transmission. Ugh, so disappointed. Thankfully more cars are fully electric and I won't have to deal with this nonsense much longer. I will be contacting the owner or corporate to let them know that I'm not a happy customer and to get the money back that I deserve which is more than the 40 cents you tried to con me with.

Awesome customer service!!!! The mechanics are happy and smiling here!!! Mgr. Charlie ensured EXCELLENT service for my transmission fluid to be changed! And being a woman...I must admit that I was impressed with the respect they showed me! Often times, in the past at other mechanic shops, I'm talked down to - because I'm a woman....they did not do that here!!! Highly recommend. I will be back for basic car care.

Overall a good experience, very fast and professional, guys work their hardest. Manager is always busy and trying to be super nice. One time I had an issue with overpriced bill but it got resolved. So I d recommend it for a quick & affordable oil change

Pulled right in. Was immediately taken care of. Multiple people working on my oil change as well as asking about other maintenance and checking the car out. I was out within 30 minutes. Great location. Good service.

Never had a problem until the last time. I went to change oil and filter. As usual they checked also the battery charge, the tires pressure and the air filter. They removed it to check and to show to me the conditions, it was very clean. The day after driving around I started to hear some rattling noise coming from the hood. I've found that the cover of the air filter was not attached because one latch was broken. Very disappointed, but let's say that something can happen while working and for me won't be any problem, if reported. Instead they didn't say any word about the accident, probably thinking that won't be discovered the day after.

Last week I gave a bad review because of the oil leak I got on my garage floor after bringing in my SUV. I came today to have them look at my vehicle and explained the problem and I cannot express enough my gratitude for how professional and concerned the manager was. They dis another oil change, and gave me rags and degreaser to clean up my garage.I will be more than happy to bring my car back here again! Great service and customer satisfaction goes a long way with me!

Quick, professional and courteous service. I was warned in advance the total time may take up to 30 minutes due to the car's design, but there must have been 5 people working on my car and I was done in half that time. I have been coming here since I moved to San Diego and won't go anywhere else.
