Fast , top notch service. I don't need anything, as I thought. So very cool to be told that I didn't need any oil change, filters changed or anything else related to it. No up sale. Thank you! Yes, my car needed service, but not anything to do with what they provide. The service provider has a great way of communicating and explaining things. Very polite and patient. I've been here in years past and always have been satisfied with the service.

First I've been to Valvoline when it was almost all females working there. Service was still excellent. The girl who did the lights and blinker checks seemed new and unsure of herself. But the woman to did the rest of the checking out and face to face interaction she was awesome. So nice. Every time go to a Valvoline I have great service.

When I went in for an oil change, my car sounded fine. They did their thing, changed my oil, checked everything else on my car. When it was time for me to leave, I drove 3 feet out of their bay and my car sounded making a terrible grinding sound.All they had to say about it was you should get your brakes checked out . I assured them that I had just gotten my brakes changed so that wasn t the issue.I parked in their parking lot and inspected my car and lo and behold - a mangled, Stanley screwdriver fell out of my front passenger wheel well.When I showed it to them, they claimed it couldn t have been them because they only use craftsman tools and proceeded to try and push the blame onto me.I ended up taking my car to the NAPA next door (they are well acquainted with each other) and the mechanic there said that there was no doubt the damages done to my car were Valvoline s fault. When I brought this info to them (it was a different crew working) they told me they d issue a refund to my card. When I brought my card back, the original crew that screwed up to begin with was working, and they refused to do any business with me at all.I want my refund.

This is a one star review pending their resolution of an oil leak due to improperly tightening both my drain plug and oil filter during a routine oil change. The issue was caught and rectified by another mechanic working a separate job on my car a few days after having my oil changed at this Valvoline.The manager at this Valvoline was quick to push potential blame and suspicion on this other mechanic for even looking at my engine bay while working on aligning my car which obviously involves inspecting my suspension components, some of which attach to components in my engine bay. It would be difficult for a good mechanic to miss an obvious oil leak.I go to Valvoline with the trust that they do the job right so had I not scheduled more maintenance work on my car I would have been on a long road trip next week actively and unknowingly leaking oil which would have led to major issues.I look forward to amending this review to a more representative rating once the manager here and his area manager commit to a refund for my botched service.

I've been to this location many times. The guys are friendly and the work is fine, but the last time I was there they left greasy fingerprints in several places on my van. At the next place I stopped, I noticed the prints on my door, so I drove back to the oil change place and asked the guy to wipe off the fingerprints on my door. He did and apologized, but I noticed the other fingerprints when I got home. They can and should do better than this.Update: The "Response from the owner" said they would "further address my concerns" if I sent them the info they requested. I did, and then I was told via email that "corporate will be in touch within 24 hours." That never happened. I can only conclude that their customer service efforts are limited to acting like they care by responding to public criticism, while not actually doing anything.Service: Oil change

I go here with all my vehicles and have been for over 25 years! No matter who the owner or the situation its been pretty good for getting different things done on my car. They have always gone the distance with my oil change and car check ups!

Don't go here. I was pushed into replacing an air filter I'm pretty sure didn't really need . He showed me a dirty air filter which he claimed was mine but it looked like a model of a dirty air filter as it it looked fake and the debris in there was unrealistic. I feel this model was made to show customers in order to make more money

Car ran out of oil before the recommend 3,000 change. Didn't feel comfortable to come back, went to competitior and car feels much better and smooth. Not coming back.

I drove up and worked with Brian. He was very professional. Service was fast and easy. They even gave my dog a treat. I would definitely recommend this service to any one in need of a quick oil change

Wonderful experience during an exceptionally busy day! A couple went out for saturday only so it was expectedly busy when I arrived. I didn't mind the wait as the staff were doing an amazing job helping each person without trying to rush anyone. They were very informative about the services they offered and didn't try to hard sell me on anything. Once I was serviced it only took about 25 minutes as I also had my radiator flushed in addition to my oil change.Service: Oil change

So far it has been a very good experience, I've been taking my car there for quick oil changes, last time I also did a transmission fluid change. The service is fast and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. They explain everything very well and also let you know what other services are due or needed, all of this without being pushy trying to get you to do it on the spot. Very nice place!

Sorry Valvoline, been going to this location for many years because we live close by. The service used to be excellent at this location. I believe the previous manager's name was Andrew and he was very good at his job managing the entire facility.After 45 mins waiting in one lane as the next to go I could not stand it anymore and left the property.This used to be a 15 min oil change place. The pride of an oil change place is how fast you can get customers in, out and on their way. It is not how well you stand around and chit chat. Corporate needs to review this location's performance unless the company of Valvoline in general has lowered its standards and 30 - 40 min turnaround times for oil changes are now acceptable.

SCAMMERS!!!! This place was great until my under warranty battery from them, tested OK after an accident my car wouldn t start. So the next day I took it to the ford dealership for $200 diagnostic just to find out it was the battery. Never coming back to this place. Wasted $200 the worst kind of people

Very nice employees. I like that there were many additional optional services and honest explanations for each one, not only including what it is (a couple I ve never heard of) but also in what scenarios they re really necessary/ helpful. I found a coupon online. I ll come back for my next oil change

I was at Discount tire across the way and I was so nervous because there was so much traffic at this location. I was in and out so quickly, and there was 3 lines going. Nick was very thorough, explained everything and went the extra mile to check my dashboard lights (my car is old as HELL, with very high miles ) love their attitudes and efficiency. Thank you so much for your time and energy today, y'all are doing an amazing job.

Short wait. Good customer service. Not too pushy about recommendations which is probably the biggest plus for any oil change place. Other than that, I got my oil change at a reasonable price and it was done quickly.

Horror show. What should've been a simple, routine oil change turned into a nightmare costing me thousands in repairs. This was my first time taking a car in for an oil change rather than doing it myself and I got out of the car to see that the changes were taking place under the car and hood (old oil, oil filter). To my horror, Nick, one of the service technicians, took the liberty of taking the driver's seat, started the car, and revved the engine while the oil was being emptied (while they performed their superfluous checkups that they upsell you with). Then they overfilled the oil and unsurprisingly upon startup the engine check light went on yielding several error codes. The timing chain had jumped causing catastrophic engine damage and failure (the pistons crashing into the valves). Andrew Williams, the Service Center Manager, bullied me and claimed the shop did nothing wrong. BEWARE!!!!

UPDATE:I was contacted after writing the below review and they made the situation right and honored the coupon by issuing a refund for the difference. Really great customer service- thank you so much!I received a $20 coupon in my email and wanted to use it. Their scanner wouldn t scan it for some reason off my phone despite me trying it a bunch of different ways.The guy offered to use a different coupon that was less than the one I had been sent and when I asked if they could match my coupon or type in a code versus scanning it he said no, not possible with this coupon. and couldn t offer any reason why it didn t work or wouldn t be accepted, just that it wouldn t scan. He then said that he doesn t mean to be rude but there is a long line so he can t keep doing this [trying to scan the coupon]. Until this experience I ve had nothing but wonderful things to say about this location and have referred a number of friends and family here.Not good customer service to send customers a coupon that doesn t work and then have no valid reason that the customer can t use the coupon that s clearly valid for another month.You may be busy, not know how to solve the problem or just not want to deal with it- but that s not the customers problem. It s a matter of principal- honor the promotions you advertise, don t bait and switch.

Oil change. avoid when its busy. They always ask if you want more options... so plan accordingly... nice people. always ask for coupons or discounts. Used to be different company, but it became Valvoline. I cant remember what it was before. There is jack in the box next door. There is discount tires next as well. Home depot is close by. you can walk to starbucks, or go to other stores in the area to shop. Target is further away. A lot of places to eat nearby.

I chose this location after reading several reviews, and I m glad I did! The team did a great job and explained everything thoroughly. I think Brandon and Alberto were the ones that helped me. They were professional and friendly. The oil change was a good value and the service was exceptional. In and out of there super quick. There were several other cars waiting, but the crew was very efficient. Highly recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Nobody has ever told me I needed to change my transmission fluid every 60000 miles nor has anyone ever offered. Needless to say, I did the works and only wish they could do full inspections even if just to let me know what needs fixing. Definitely happy my regular place I go to wasn't answering their phone or I never would've found this place. Thanks guy I talked to :)#3

I have never used a drive through oilchange service before, and I could not believe how quick and easy this was! Richard helped us out. He was very obviously the manager, as everyone was getting their directions from him. He treated everyone with respect, and was calm and kind. He didn't try to upsell me on every little thing, but made sure I was aware of what my levels were, and what he recommended. Made sure my tires were full, and read my check engine light. My kids were in the car, and we were done before they even started complaining about being there! (That's a big deal with kids!) Thank you Richard, and staff! We appreciate you!
