This is an excellent location. The staff is nice and professional. The best part is they actually listen when you tell them just the oil change not interested in anything else wrong nor do I have the money to fix it. They get it. Plus you gotta love the format of the valvoline oil change experience period it's fast and you don't even have to get out of your vehicle. I highly recommend all the valve locations but especially this location.

I usually have my oil changed here and had not been to this location in about a year. I needed the rear windshield wiper replaced and not only did they do it at no charged another shop gave me the run around for two hours that the part did not fit. Excellent customer and extremely honest..

Cameron was such an amazing help. His customer service was one of the best I've ever encountered. If you're anyone that's a bit nervous when it comes to cars, this is the place to go!

It only took one trip to convince me that this team is professional, thorough, fast, and efficient. These guys checked every light and tire pressure. They suggested some expensive fluid maintenance that the manufacturer did not recommend in the maintenance schedule, but weren t pushy about it. Definitely recommend.

Take Care at your next oil change. While they are polite and rapid, they up sell you for many unneeded services. My mother's last oil change cost $500- adding in unneeded transmission flush and rear differential oil change. Don't let your parents come here alone.... Located right across the street from the large Remington retirement home, this must be one of the most profitable Vavoline on the planet. As I told them - you too will one day be old, and remember you took advantage of others.

The guys at Valvoline Instant Oil Change are great. They are knowledgeable and quick at what they do. They tell me when my car needs additional services but never pressure. Would definitely recommend.

Service was great. I drove up and was helped right away. The technicians were very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining the process as they worked. I will absolutely be returning for my next oil change.

I was absolutely stunned by the level of professionalism and friendliness of the staff during my recent visit. Thomas, the manager, was so courteous, professional and efficient that I would rate my recent visit as the best car maintenance experience I've ever had!I visited early, and mine was the only vehicle at the shop when I arrived. Thomas and his associate were standing at the door patiently waiting for the next customer. As soon as I arrived, both gave me their full and undivided attention. Thomas articulated everything needed -- and not needed -- perfectly. The latter was crucial; in 30 seconds or less, he had built such trust and rapport with me that I was comfortable in paying more for better oil per his recommendation.Thomas then had 2-3 associates thoroughly attending to each of the tasks he assessed were needed. They worked while he addressed my paperwork. I was done in 15 minutes, and off on a long road trip with confidence. Get to this shop before Thomas is promoted, as he should be. Again, totally blown away by this experience and happy to tell the story!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Good service, until I got home discover oil drips on driveway. Craw underneath oil was spattered on cross member and other parts dripping on my new paved driveway. Apparently they didn t bother to wipe or wash any excess oil that was spiked or spattered. DisappointedService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I brought my car here back in August. Took it back for a normal 5,000 mile oil change. Had no issues until this point. A 3.5 foot breaker bar wouldn t get the filter loose and the bolt to the oil pan is completely rounded off. I m going to have to pay an hourly rate to an experienced mechanic to be able to perform routine maintenance on my car. Torque specifications exist for a reason, and I won t be coming back.Service: Oil change

Staff was very attentive and informative, especially being I showed up 10 min before they closed and they were busy. 1 car in each bay and 1 waiting to enter. The staff didn't hurry up to just get done. They took the right amount of time and worked very well as a team. I will definitely be getting my oil changed there again.The prices are comparable to the big name chain stores, but without the wait.My oil change I did before this one was done a the pep boys garage took them 3.5 hours from the time I arrived till I was able to get in my car and drive home, and I was sitting there waiting in there lobby. Here at Valvoline arrived, I was the next car to pull in bay 3 with only 5 techs on the floor and I still only waited maybe a little over an hour. This shop is very professional.

Great service and gave discounts for much needed air filter replacements. They always go above and beyond and add services free of cost such as a tire rotation.

Have been taking all my cars to VIOC for many years because of the ease and thoroughness of the service. On this latest visit they didnt have my particular oil filter for my older model BMW X5. They were able to find another shop location that had it so I needed to drive about 20 miles to another VIOC. This was inconvenient but worth the effort as I trust their work and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The team here was fast, communicative, and polite. They didn't try to overly upsell anything and even taught me how to reset my own maintenance light! Would definitely return.

Very friendly. Super fast. Didn't try to upsell very much. I will definitely be back as long as I have a coupon because they are expensive but it's better than spending all day waiting for your car somewhere else

They couldn't service my car for an oil change. They didn't have an oil filter for dodge dart. I've never been Denied for an oil change

I came in for a simple oil change.I've had my car for over 20 years; when the oil was changed last time, the service tech showed me the condition of my oil BEFORE and AFTER the service. He let me know if the oil level was down.The techs treated me like a child. They were busy helping other customers, but clients should not have to ASK to see the oil condition and if the car was losing oil before the tech gets started. This is just basic information all clients should be told.I asked if they had an Air Filter that would fit my car. The tech said, "Without even checking our stock I can tell you we don't have one that would fit your car." Hmm. Not impressed.If you want SALES, tell customers you can order the item for them. Just an idea.C'mon, fellas....I know 'car maintenance' is considered a man's world, but I think the attitude needs to get lost.When I asked for a receipt, the tech acted like he was doing me a big favor. His computer crashed, but he was able to obtain a printed one.He didn't say a word when he practically threw the invoice at me.I won't be back. You obviously don't need/want my business.

Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the manager yelling at the workers and treating them like they didn't know anything. I understand if they are training, but give them some slack. Everyone starts somewhere. And I do get it if it's busy, but dude, eat a snickers or something. They are doing their best. I have been coming here for years and I've NEVER once experienced the anxiety that this manager gives.Service: Oil change

I have a tire with a slow leak, i pull in and ask for air, and they re always very courteous and helpful and cheerful as they take care of me right away. Five minutes and I m out. I like that they always have someone to help me, I never have to wait.Service: TiresService: Tires

I do not recommend this place if you are looking to do an oil change. One of the employee was really rude. The person in the lower bay drilled a hole on my rear driver tire. They also lost one of bolt on my skid plate. This happened Dec. 20, 2021Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Unprofessional and unwelcoming. I pulled in with a specialty vehicle and made a specific request regarding the oil to be used, their response, very negative and truly not caring to take an extra moment to understand the nature of the request. Prior establishment truly appreciated their customers and actually took the time to get to know and appreciate their clientele. It's a shame because they just lost my business, 6 vehicles in total which were always taken to this place for oil services..

Came here because of a Groupon coupon. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful and they get 5 stars. However I despise the upsell the company pushes them to do.... From adding fuel injector fluid into the tank, to a pricy tire rotation service. After declining a long list of upsell services I was given a $19 bill because my car 'took extra oil' and the 'oil filter was more expensive' than usual.

Took my subaru there 7/12/2019 they began draining my transmission fluid instead of my oil at first. I was told they stopped it immediately and they did top the transmission fluid off but I'm really disappointed it happened at all. While subarus are designed different than other cars there are SO many in the area I truly feel they should know better. However, I will say the staff seemed sincerely apologetic. The service did end up taking twice as long which I was also not very happy about. I'm reviewing in hopes your staff takes this as a learning curve and continues to grow from it so the mistake does not happen again. Thank you.

I'm sure the dude thought I didnt know anything about cars, I always act like I dont know to see what they do and dude wanted to flush my transmission fluid and kept insisting that I need to get it done after saying no a couple times. Sure theyll be nice to some but they try to take advantage of who they can. Typical mechanics.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great service. They checked all the lights, tire pressure, fluids. Even added two bolts that were missing on the plastic bottom guard. Was in and out in about 7 minutes. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome, so glad I found them. Fast, efficient, friendly, with a great manager. I will definitely come here for my oil changes from now on!

Amazing service, They are friendly and quick. They check important things while they change your oil and they dont pressure you into anything extra but do mention what is needed.
