The service and getting it done was just fine, but the 3 stars are explained below. I love the convenience of just driving up and sitting there while I get an oil change. I hate saying "I just want an oil change" and then I have to sit there while they try and upsell two hundred other things. I understand a lot of those things are important, but all I want is an oil change so let's just let me sit there, lol. That's why 3 stars.

Hands-down the best experience that I have had with an oil change place. They are extremely polite, thorough, are very clear with what they are offering you, and the DO NOT try to upsell you. I've never written a review for a chain like this, but it was great and I will be coming back in a few thousand miles.They will go by the manufacturer's recommendations for replacing parts and fluids. They'll tell you that, but they won't pressure you. A quick google search for your make and model will indicate other opinions on how regularly you need to do this stuff, so do that before you pull in, and you'll have a better idea of what you should and shouldn't pay for.Took me 30 minutes total, which included waiting ~15 minutes in line for them to finish with the car ahead of me. It was ~$200 between oil, oil filter, air filter x2, tire rotation, and labor. I declined all of the fluid replacements they offered. Do I know how to do all of these things for a lot less money? Yes. How long would it have taken? A lot more than 30 minutes, between heading to autozone, replacing the parts, jacking up the car and swapping all the tires by hand, and then having to dispose of the used oil.

I took my car in for an oil change. There was nothing wrong with my car at all. Just went in for maintenance. I was offered an upsell to do a radiator flush even though they did say it wasn t due through the mileage yet. I don t drive my car much as I do work from home. I said no thank you I was just there for an oil change. Long story short. I drove home after. Didn t use my car the next day at all. The 2nd day I did drive about 15 miles and went back home. 3rd day I m take a drive within 20 minutes I see my temperature gauge shoot up. I turned around and drove right back home since I wasn t far. There is no unusual noise, no stem or smoke from the engine hood, I see no leaks. I allowed the car to sit over night. I pop the hood in the morning and there is no coolant and I see a small cut/rip in the hose. I know something was done to my car here. I had never had a overheating issue. Never had an issue with the car under my ownership. I had a month prior got my brakes changed by a mechanic and had him inspect my car for me since the car was a few months new to me. Now I m being told that my car has blown a head gasket due to the coolant and it caused issues to the engine. I m waiting on a 2nd opinion to verify that my engine is indeed needing to be replaced. I would not recommend this place. I find it very shady and will definitely look into my options legally. I seen something similar happened to a Valvoline client in Texas. Seems like I am not the only one this has happened to.

Got my oil changed. They checked tire pressure and did not screw on my valve caps correctly got home. Had TWO FLATS on my rear tires within 20 minutes. Car was sitting on the tire rims for awhile before I was able to Jack it and pump my tires up. Checked other valve caps and they were almost at the point where they would ve deflated too. Really upset and disappointed that I had to spend an hour inflating my tires when it s supposed to be a quick and easy oil change. Thanks Valvoline!Services: Tires, Oil change

After the oil change was done, they had me drive off with the oil pan not screwed back on securely that the front part of the oil pan fell and started grinding and getting scratched up in mid traffic to where I couldn't just stop driving and scared my kids. They fixed thier mistake, but didn't offer a discount, replace the oil pan or a not charge for the oil change. At the end of the day, I ended up paying full price and ended up with an oil pan that has damage to it.

I wish I could remember the name of the wonderful woman who helped me with my oil change. She was so kind, friendly, and totally transparent about costs and what my car needed (and didn t need!). She respected my decisions with question, didn t judge me for my severely overdue oil change, and made appropriate recommendations with a smile! Thank you so much, I ll definitely be back!

They charge exponentially huge. It was my first visit ever, person was not even courteous to tell me any online offers/sign up offers that can get me some discounts.I wanted to take groupon but person misled by saying it will take 2 weeks for groupon to be with me.After the oil change at the very least they should reset the oil change notification light. They did not do that for me it was confusing to see after few days the light in the car came up as if I need oil change.

I went for the Engine Oil change. The process was smooth and everything happens underground and you don't even realise that they have changed the engine oil. They will inflate the tire air pressure as well and the default checks such as the headlights, indicators, safety lights can be checked as well. For Engine oil, they have two kinds of oil. One is semi-synthetic oil (approx 85$) which runs for 3000-3500 miles whereas the synthetic oil (approx 105$) (little costlier than semi-synthetic oil) but it runs better for 7000+ miles.If you feel this review helped you , give it a thumbs up.

I recently had the best experience at Valvoline due to the technician, Ryan. My car is newer and the computer wasn't able to pull up the necessary details (type of oil, how many quarts) but Ryan was committed to figuring it out. He was very kind, patient, and determined to look up the details so his team could successfully perform the oil change. In addition, he had a great attitude, which made the experience fun when it could have easily been very frustrating. Thanks Ryan!Service: Oil change

Came for a oil change at 9:15am on Friday. One car in the bay and one car ahead of me.Took me an hour to get out of there with an oil change and tire rotation. The guy really mumbled through everything. Half the staff seemed new and constantly asking for directions while the other half walked like they were getting a beer from the fridge.Come here if you don't expect fast.

Brought my car there for motor oil and transmission fluid change, service was fast (~20 minutes) and customer service was great. However, the following morning, found a small puddle of oil on the garage floor, brought the car back and was told no more leakage. For the next 2 weeks, still see oil leakage on the garage floor. Unable to bring the car back due to work schedule. Will bring the car back tomorrow. Hope that the leakage will stop and will change to 5-stars.Updated (10/06/2021): problem solved in a very professional manner! These people are amazing! I always get my oil changed here and they are as quick as possible, friendly, and extremely helpful!They ve helped me with some non-traditional requests like helping me put my tags on, checking the underneath for damage when I ran over a tire on the freeway; they truly go above and beyond!

Very friendly service. They perform many checks and offer many options, but are not pushy though. You can stay in your vehicle the whole time if you wish. Can change air and fuel filters and do tire rotations as well.

I would have loved to have rated this establishment better but unfortunately I wasn t given an opportunity. I waited for them to open 10 minutes after their posted 7:30am but no one showed up. I went down the road to the other Valvoline and they were open as advertised.

Went to this location with an emergency after Firestone was not able to help me. They removed the metal shield underneath my car FOR FREE. They were super friendly and nice and I would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone else.

Very good and fast service, you can stay in a car, they top of my oil for free because I had 2000 miles to go for oil change. My new favorite oil change hassle free, and fast.

This place is so slow. Definitely not a 15 min. More like 45. Go to other Valvoline locations they are faster.

This is the best Valvoline I have been to. Super fast service and a knowledgeable team. Very racial and gender diverse team which I love to see, especially in the automotive industry. 10/10

I showed up at 5:25pm and was told they decided to close early that day. The advertised closing time was 6pm. There were no cars being serviced at the time and I saw at least four guys.

I ended up getting a flat during morning rush hour on the 15 freeway and pulled off and into this Valvoline location. Although tire changing is not on the service list, Dominic and the crew were happy to do a courtesy change and get me back on the road in 15 minutes! Thank you to all 3 staff on hand this morning. You really made a difference!
