Jerome helped me out with my oil change and was very professional and transparent about pricing (price for everything was very reasonable). I was taken care of very quickly and everything went super smooth. I appreciate the good work and friendly service done by Jerome and the team. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Very bad service went in for an oil change they did not put all the screws that holds the under guard under the motor so while I was driving on the freeway the guard fell off at first I didn t know what was going on I thought it was my motor so I pulled over off the freeway. Had to call a tow truck to take me to the shop when the tow truck driver lifted my car he noticed the guard was only hanging on by two screws now I need to have the frame fixed where the guard goes on they also forgot to put back the filter screen that goes on the break fluid dispenser so I will never return to Valvoline so now I had to pay for the tow truck $159.00 and I don t know how much it s going to cost to fix the frame where the guard goes attached to very pricey oil changeServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Jerome an August for my oil service. They are great technicians and provided fast, friendly, and efficient service. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in providing advice on how to maintain my car. The pricing was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Jerome and August for an oil service and any other automotive services. They are outstanding technicians and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Ok I am a very lenient person but this happened 3 out of the 5 times I changed my oil with these guys. After changing oil with them in the same day my car would get check engine light on along with other icons flashing. So I go check under the hood they left a hose disconnected near the engine air intake. I can only imagine what damaged driving all day with that before the lights turned on.One time is okay .. two times is annoying.. three times is unacceptable! Not coming back and do not recommend anyone this might damage your engine!

It s been the few month ago but I can t get it out of my head every time I need the to get my oil changed. I still think about it and I decided to write this because might help the next customer. I am a woman who went to this business alone and no nothing about cars, but I bought the car few months before it s time to get oil changed and wanted to be on time to take care my new car before going on an extended trip.The business offered me services that were completely unnecessary and mislead me about the condition of my car which was quite new. They changed the air filter and transmission fluid which was complexity unnecessary according to the business that I bought my car from. This experience has created a deep distrust within me when getting my car serviced for simple maintenance such as an oil change.They also didn t secure the undercarriage of my car appropriately after service (which happened twice before the negligence was detected) which led to hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my car. They compensated me for this oversight, which I appreciated, yet the unethical business practices and negligence are something that I believe should be brought to the attention of future potential customers.

I went in for an oil change and Jerome was so communicative , kind and reassuring. I definetly didn t feel the anxiety I usually feel as a woman going into a cat place with all men. Great customer service and quick . I defiantly recommend!

I think the guy who helped me was Mario. What a phenomenal guy. Was very professional, friendly and a good laugh too. He helped set me up with everything, helped me understand a few car issues and gave me examples of why I needed to change my battery and proof that it was at the end of its life span instead of just saying I needed it. He was a stand up guy. He also helped me with a few other issues with the car and recommended to head to get a few things checked.He made this easy for me! I should ve trust my instinct and not come back to this place after the first bad experience, the convenience is, that the staff is nice and they are pretty fast to do an oil change; this last time I went, I got home and within a few hours my driveway was a mess with a huge oil stain, went back and they said they had to replace a piece; They did. But the problem persisted for a few weeks, I had a phone call with the manager Mike, he said they can look at it, I came back for the 3rd time just to be told that it was a different problem that my vehicle had for a while, just a great coincidence that it stared to show a few hours after I got an oil change!

Came in too get a gift card for my nephew. Was told this location doesn't do that. When asked if they weren't a franchise they said they were but this location doesn't do that. I'm sure they can do a good job with changing your oil but I was not there for that.

Take your service across the street to Jiffy Lube. I've taken my car to Valvoline for years. Its gone done hill, this location specifically. Rude manager and employees. I went to Jiffy Lube immediately, and the customer service and prices were much better.

Today I went to the midway location for a top off since my oil was extremely low after my last recent oil change. The boys (and I do emphasize BOYS!) laughed at me and were very rude. They do not offer free top offs as advertised. I went around the corner to jiffy lube and they were very polite and topped me off. The boys at Valvoline can kiss my tush!

This place was freaking awesome! Seriously fast & good service. You stay in your car (this was new to me, I was from out of town). They present you all your options & show all the pricing on a car side computer. I didn't feel like they were pushing the most expensive of their items. I chose whatever midgrade oil change was offered (I have to make a 1400 mile trip home still & this was second to the last of most expensive & was reccomended), they showed me my air filter & offered to change it if I wished & rotated my tires as well. All in less than 30 minutes. The guys were great & super friendly. Great service! I'd come back again & again if we lived in the area!

Good park for all families. famous for balloon ride and farmer's market, ample of parking space, need not worry for parking, on weekend reach a bit early for balloon ride passes, I have not got as all the slots are fully booked for the day.

You'll get in and out of here quickly. How quality of a job will it be? Mehh. It's an oil change right. Not that difficult. This place is way over priced but if you need convenience and speed... it works.This particular one struggles to even have decent customer service. That's my main reason for 3 stars. Like come on guys, be friendly, you work directly with customers.If they break something, don't expect them to take responsibility.

I took my 2015 Toyota Corolla here and though the guy who received us and professionally advised us of the services my car needed, the rest of the crew made a decision that could have ended us with a damaged transmission. We explained that we were headed for a 2-week cross-country road trip and relied on them to ensure our car would be in good condition beforehand. The initial representative educated us that my car was overdue for a transmission fluid flush and we agreed to get it handled. He did not stay for the work since his shift was over but the rest of the crew were in the process of it when we noticed there was confusion on the location of the fill plug which was being discussed between multiple available crew members. They then explained to us that they couldn't conduct the flush because the fill plug was stripped, that they didn't have the right tools to remove it, and that we would have to go to a different shop to take it out. Unfortunately, this was our only window to get our car serviced so we just went on with our road trip hoping for the best. We finally made it to our destination after more than 4000 miles of driving and brought it in to a local Valvoline who showed us that the fill plug was located and, only visible from, behind the driver side wheel (which was never taken off during the initial assessment) and was in pristine condition. After they were able to complete the service they told us that I only had 0.5 liters of fluid left out of the 7 required. I find highly it unprofessional to lie to your customers about the condition of the vehicle to avoid the extra work required to access a plug to conduct maintenance that YOU recommended to them.

I took my moms car here based off reviews and the fact that it's a drive thru service. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the service was so fast. I pulled in at 7:30, and left at 7:50. Definitely going to be returning.Came again to get my car's oil changed amd this place is just so fast and easy. Definitely recommend!

These guys here are very fast and super Legit. You don't even have to leave your car for the oil change 15min your in and out. No BS. No gimmicks. Just super efficient and helpful. Ask for Marco

Jerrick, the manager, told me $35 to replace my cabin air filter on top of the already insanely expensive $100 oil change. I said ok, they did it and when I looked at my invoice days later I was charged $55 for the filter. And that's with a $5 discount. I'm not made of money.

Took about 10 minutes to get to me as they were busy. Once they did, quick and efficient. $98 for full synthetic oil and filter change after $15 discount coupon.

Quick and easy, although they charge you $134 for an oil change and check/top off your fluids, but saw my coolant was right above the min line and just okayed it on the paper. Didn't top it off and didn t even let me know it was low, so that was kind of weird.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
