I appreciate Howard working on Saturday so I don t have to take a day off work to get my windows repaired. All the other places, are booked weeks in advanced and charged reasonable prices. Howard gave me an estimate this morning and had the crew at my house a couple of hours later. The crew was friendly, fast & went above and beyond. Thank you

If you go to University Glass the service is good. The price is the cheapest I found in the area. However if you try to make them come to your residence or business you may find the prices are pretty steep. My advice is to find a neighbor, handyman, or yourself that would be willing to take the frame to University Glass as it saved me a little over $600.

University Glass did a great job on my windows in my house that overlook my garden. They made sure I was totally happy with the results. Howard and his crew are all very nice. They were very polite and professional.

Wanted me to replace my sliding glass door and pay thousands of dollars rather than a simple fix they should have known how to fix, but apparently didn t know what an interlock weatherstrip is. I did some research and figured out how to fix my for door $8. The job was too small for them to care about and ignored my follow up messages. 2 stars for showing up fast for a job but since I didn t want to replace a whole door for some weatherstripping issues, they weren t interested in helping.

Extremely responsive! We had a golf ball break through a skylight the day before rain was coming. We called them first thing in the morning. They came out promptly and had the repair complete the same day! Great service!

These guys rock! They are responsive in communication, fast delivery, and fairly priced. I've used them for my car windshield and replacing window panes with cracks. Best in town!

I have Airbnb business and my guests broke a window. I couldn t cancel my next reservation and needed my broken window replaced on a short notice on a Saturday. My boyfriend took the window frame out and took it to University Glass and they replaced the broken glass in 15 min! The best service ever. Quick, good quality, reasonable prices! I am glad my boyfriend found you guys and you were able to help right away. We will be coming back to buy one of your Bonsai Trees as well!Thanks again! You re lifesavers!

University Glass is fantastic with customer service and providing the best price for me. They helped me replace multiple windows at my home that were so old and I have new glass windows. Thankfully I called them for this replacement.

I did a walk in for a piece of glass that i needed to replace for my door. The lady up front was very helpful and i got the glass cut to size within a few hours. Great service!! Great prices!!

They wouldn't even come out to measure my windows. The person that answered the phone was very unpleasant and short. Im glade it didn't work out, best of luck in the future, I think they will need it.
