I had a great experience with Torrey Pines Collision Center. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here. I brought in my BMW X3 after an accident and they did an outstanding job. They communicated with me when there were part delays and kept me up to date on the repair. Jay was extremely knowledgeable, honest in his assessment and a pleasure to work with.

Accidents are never fun, especially when it s not your fault. I am grateful to have worked with Torrey Pines Collision to fix my rear ended bumper in a timely manner. If you are looking for a place that s not pushy and has your best interest, then look no further. I want to give a special thank you to Ariel for being on top of everything, making sure I didn t have to be in a rental for too long and providing consistent updates. To conclude , I m super happy with their team and overall work, glad to have my car back looking brand new again!

The experience at Torrey Pines Collision was lovely. They made every detail perfectly clear to me, the conversations went smooth and efficient. It took a bit longer only because the parts were on back-order. The return my car almost like brand new. Excellent experience overall!

Brought my Tesla model S in here after one of my clients damaged my windshield and hood with a basketball goal accident.They were fast, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.There are many body shops that were on the Tesla approved list between where I live and this location, I can 100% say it was worth driving here and dealing with Torrey Pines Collision Center.The owner was present when I came to pick up the vehicle, he was very informative and helpful, as well.I currently am in need for bodywork with my 2021 Mercedes Sprinter Van and just booked an appointment. Will always bring my vehicles here.Matt Upchurch

I used TP collision center to fix a scratch on my Jeep and the staff is super professional and they did a great job.Brownie points for delivering me a washed inside and out car (my car didn't look too clean since I bought it so 1 year ago!).On top of this when me and my husband went to pick up the car, our other Jeep had the engine light on and we ended up towing it. While waiting the guys of TP collision center offered to run a check on it with the computer to see if something would come up.I am super bad with names but I think Paola and Patrick were the names of the guys that helped us! Good job and excellent customer service!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic

I cannot recommend Patrick and the team at TPCC enough.Our Tesla Model 3's rear bumper was hit and left a bad hole. The entire bumper needed to be replaced but my insurance estimated only a paint repair..TPCC performed a virtual estimate which was awesome in accommodating my schedule. Patrick was responsive over email the entire time, and even let me know that Tesla parts were on back order.Once the bumper arrived, I dropped off the car after-hours on a Monday. Just two days later Patrick let me know that my car was ready. They also worked quickly with my insurance company to resolve the claim and have them cover the replacement.Pickup was super smooth.. in and out within 5 minutes.What really sealed the deal was that they washed the car thoroughly and vacuumed inside... it was absolutely spotless!!!It is always nice when auto shops wash the car for you, but a lot of times they just spray it down and don't spend too much time.. no big deal. However, the team at TPCC clearly spent time making sure my car was pristine because it hadn't been washed for a month so was looking rough!It's safe to say I've found my go-to shop with Torrey Pines Collision Center. Everything was so easy, prices were very generous, and the work was absolutely top-notch. You've gained a client for life!Service: Body & Trim

I would give them 10 stars if I could because they were very helpful and professional. Explained about how the rental car, Enterprise, would pick me up at auto shop. Texted me updates about ordering and availability of parts, timeline for exterior painting, approximately pick up day(so I could have gas in rental), washed my car and reminded me they would text Enterprise to pick up rental at auto shop. Getting in a car wreck is a bummer but it was hassle free thanks to Jay and the gals! And of course the auto body work was excellent.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Door on a brand new car was smashed by a U-turner, needed to be replaced and the replacement needed to be painted. Fixed like new, 2 months in no issues. Initial price estimate was 1500 but increased to 2500, but I think this was a result of additional dealer modifications that needed to be replaced. Close acquaintance brought her car in to get body work done after someone hit her car, and it was also fixed like new, 500 for a new mirror and paint job. A really good place to take your car if someone smashes you. Continuous follow up through out, speedy repair. The car did have about about 400 additional miles after I got it back, but I guess that was because they needed to take it to additional facilities.Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle was rear ended in slow traffic by a big truck from some trucking company and I went to this place because of the good reviews online. My bumper had minimal damage but wanted to file a claim anyways because the bumper didn't seem aligned with the body. I was very disappointed with the service. The bumper misalignment was never fixed and they didn't seem to care. They were unresponsive and didn't seem to care. I heard from another nearby automotive business that the original owner retired and left his son in charge. Would not recommend them to anybody. They do have the coolest, friendliest bull dog in their office though.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Got my car towed to this shop after an accident and they gave me a good estimate but I wanted to wait for my insurance company to get back to me before they went ahead with the repairs. The owner brought it into the shop for a few minutes, bent the fender back into place and zip-tied the bumper so that I could drive the car away and think about it for the next few days while I get the insurance situation sorted out.

I had a great experience with this collision center. They brought my car back from almost totaled to looking brand new! Ariel was absolutely awesome! She kept me informed along the way and provided excellent service.

Stopped in and spoke to Jayson about some issues with my factory paint job. He spent a good amount of time giving me his honest assessment about how to treat the car and the options available to me. "Real world" options, not just what they could do to make me spend money unnecessarily. In the end I left there much better informed. I absolutely plan to bring my cars back if I have collision repair needs.

Excellent service, and repairs factory good. Highly recommended. Fixed damaged panel on relatively new Cayenne, and body work/paint job were excellent. Although i didn't pay (insurance did) I was given copy of final bill and I thought the pricing was quite reasonable too.

Place is amazing! The staff is very professional, and make you feel at home. I had a guy rear end me messing up the right side of my back bumper. Torrey Pines Collision Center staff told me it will take 3 days to fix.On the third day it was ready to go, just as beautiful as the day I bought it, all for the price they quoted. They even went and replaced the left side reflector at no price to me. These guys are amazing, and I will be a lifelong customer, and recommend wholeheartedly.P.s. There is an awesome bulldog there named Snack Pack lol so if love dogs your love Snack Pack!

Brought my car in for some body work after it was hit. The Insurance of the at-fault party paid the bill. The repair job was excellent, and they even touched up a few minor blemishes that were not even a result of the incident. Customer service and communication were excellent as well. I'll definitely be returning for any future repair work. Thanks guys.

Very satisfied with everything with TPCC. I went to two other places, and I had the best experience here. Ariel was very professional, made the process very efficient, and listened to my issues and really worked with me to get the job done-- both in person and over email. Whereas other places, the process was very much "here are the fees and services, take it or leave it". If I have any more work that needs to be done, I'll definitely come back to TPCC.Service: Body & Trim

I want to give a to Torrey Pines Auto Body on Sorrento Valley Rd.They do Collision repair, painting, detailing and more!They provided high quality workmanship at affordable pricing.The staff is very friendly, the location is convenient and the work was done quickly AND they even washed my car before I picked it up!!!I am VERY pleased and you will be too!

Obviously, if you find yourself sitting in an auto body shop, chances are the dice have not rolled in your favor. Car wrecks suck, but the guys at TPCC do a great job of easing the discomfort of having a smashed-up car. I brought my 1998 Honda Accord (a.k.a. "The Squeal-Mobile") in and she now runs just like she did the day I drove her off the lot. But in all seriousness, this shop is the place to go. They are easy to work with, great communicators, and the office has a relaxed, but professional vibe. Also, Dave offered me a mint-flavored toothpick while I waited for my car to be detailed!

They did a wonderful job of repairing my car at an extremely reasonable price, saving me $3000 compared to other estimates. And even gave me a free car wash! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Professional. My car was side swiped and my wife was rear ended, two separate events. These guys caught every detail. Cars look and feel as good as new. And they have a convenient location for carmel valley.

Never ordered the parts for my tesla (they were given payment in advance)rebutle: i am sorry your employee are unable to deal with a customer that is frustrated, when the customers has tried several times to get a status update and is never given a return call ( i can provide dates and times of the calls -- aprox 20 in all) to get a status on my parts 6 weeks after you were given the go ahead to order them from the insurance company which was 3 weeks after your original quoted delivery date, i never got a returned phone call never got a returned reply to my emails and the insurance company even tried calling and emailing on my behalf also with no response

Friendly, attentive staff. I walked in for an estimate and was accommodated right away. The repair I needed was done on the spot! 20 minutes later I drove away all fixed up. It s not often I find that kind of service anymore. Thank you!

They drained my car battery while the car was at their place for a cosmetic repair. I had to buy a new battery and they are not accepting their fault.
