Brought my car here after I replaced some bmw 325i suspension parts with 330i parts. I asked for some custom alignment values and they were happy to accommodate my request. Alignment results were very good and I can drive her on the freeway with fingertips. Competent friendly staff. Thank you.

I ve had the suspension replaced on 2 of my rides and the service is good. Kevin I should say has given me the best service from day one and moving forward I greatly appreciate his service

EXCELLENT service! I m leaving for a roadtrip to NorCal and needed my front tires replaced before my trip. Kevin squeezed me in same-day and got me all squared away. He s so knowledgeable about the products and helped me figure out the right tire for my needs. My car was ready when he said it would be, and they did a great job. Thanks to Kevin and his team, I m feeling much better about safely making my long drive tomorrow. 10/10 recommend, and I ll never go anywhere else from now on. (Sorry Kevin, you re stuck with me!)

This review is more so on the old man that works there that I was about to about a tire from. He came out to my car and looked at a screw in my tire for about 5 seconds and said it can t be fixed. He then said i had to buy a new tire and would not price match the tire. I then took my car to discount tire and sure enough they easily fixed the tire and said no need to buy a new one since the screw was not that long or bad. This salesperson also had terrible customer service and no idea why he works there.

Best experience that I ve ever had at a tire store! Joe was incredible and handled an issue with my tire with great professionalism. I won t get tires anywhere else in San Diego!

I had a great experience here! My starter went out and Tire Choice was able to take my car in at 2:00pm on a Saturday. They provided a super quick diagnosis/service and my car was out of their shop by 4:00pm the same day. The mechanics at Tire Choice seriously saved me. I am super grateful for everyone there and will definitely be back!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I came here because I needed my brakes replaced. They told me it was my back brakes that needed to be replaced and since I picked it up it won t stop squeaking. So I went back a week later and they told me I needed my rotors done also. Why wouldn t they tell me that when I dropped it off to get my brakes replaced?!!! That is just absurd to me. I m a very understanding person but that is just so ridiculous to me. They told me if I wanted it done it was be $200 to stop the squeaking. Like are you kidding?? Oh and on top of that I went to a few auto centers to get opinions and they all told me they put on the cheapest break pads possible.I feel like I m being robbed on top of the worst customer service I have ever received. BEWARE. Do not come here.

Had to have my brakes checked and Kevin was great since I first called to getting my car thoroughly checked. He gave me 4 options and were detailed about what each included. He patiently answered my questions and the prices for what he offered was more than reasonable. I absolutely recommend this place. I picked it myself after reading the reviews and was happy when Kevin answered as he s been mentioned in other reviews. Thank you Kevin. I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. It s nice to know there are still honest, kind, and helpful people.

My jeep liberty needed some serious tlc (tire love &care). From the first call to schedule my appointment to the impressive result Kevin and his team were the best. Informative, attentive and helpful. I am so glad I came to tire choice. I bought 4 new tires and replaced my brakes. Jeeps riding smooth and ready for adventure. Thanks guys!

I discover my tire had suddenly gone flat today just before closing. The gentleman on the phone was really kind and said come straight there and the team of specialists got to work to check my tire for the fault. They were happily showing me the issue and the cause and fixed my tire and replaced it straight away. The team were extremely honest and generous with their time and service. I would highly recommend going to Tire Choice Auto Service and will always go to them in the future- thank you!

Get all 4 tires changed.Make sure you ask them to show you the tire code before you agree It's mid 2023 now and they gave me 2019 tire. I called them and they said that come back to them if the tires crack and they'll replace per warrenty policy. I will definitely ask them to replace all when the tires hit 6 year age and hope that they will honor what they promised.Update: The shop owner called me and handled everything. I got nice new tires. I am happy that they honor their warrenty policy.

Great job today, 23 August 23. Staff was courteous, helpful, and timely. I went in for a slow leak in my tire. They fixed it in a reasonable timeframe and got me back on the road.

I brought my Audi in for brake service. Kevin the manager was clear and concise about the maintenance and service being done on my vehicle. He offered to show me the pads, however, i knew i was in good hands. I appreciated his honesty and was extremely happy with total cost. Thank you to everyone who took part in the service!

I've been taking my car here for about 3 years and will never take it anywhere else! As a young woman who has long experienced the struggle of taking her car in to various auto shops and being viewed as just another dumb girl to upsell to, I always dreaded having to do anything car-related, until I found Tire Choice. Kevin and his team have always been welcoming, patient, and honest with me. I always feel comfortable going into Tire Choice knowing that I will never be pushed to do something for their own profit. Kevin always explains to me what is being done/what is needed to be done to my car in layman's terms, and if I still can't grasp what is going on, he is more than happy to speak with my personal advisory committee (my boyfriend and/or father), which I really appreciate. Kevin and his crew really work to make their customers' experiences as easy and stress-free as possible. Highly recommend!

I wish if there was million stars . my back tire wears out every time I install new tires. another store said that I need alignment. I went to tire choice and explained that to the gentleman. he said that what I needed was more air pressure to the back tires because I carry customers all the time. It s a major issue for Suburbans as he explained. He fixed it without paying a penny. I will always drive 10 miles to this auto shop for the rest of my life.

I came in because I had a nail in my tire and the whole entire process to inspect/ patch the tire took about 20-25 min max. The people at the store are super nice/ polite and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their tires. The technician let me know he inspected all my tires carefully to make sure I am good to go. Thanks Kevin and team!

I had a flat tire over the weekend and found that I had nails stuck in both my back tires. I called Tire Choice and Kevin took me first thing Monday morning on such short notice and patched both my tires and put my car back together perfectly! I ll be bringing my car back here for any other issues I have in the future, thank you Kevin and the team! Highly recommend bringing your cars here if you have any issues!

Literally could not have asked for a better experience!! I worked with Kevin and he was so nice and respectful!! I was concerned when I was running a little late, when I called to let them know he was so chill about it and was thankful for being notified! He helped me figure out what was going wrong with my brakes as well as navigate which tires were best for my vehicle when the ones I initially wanted were on back order!Best customer service I ve received in the auto industry hands down. They ve got a customer in me for life!!

Good and honest mechanics who are all about professionalism and great service! Kevin and Frank deliver a 5 star experience. I have great respect for the 70 year old mechanic who worked on my car. He did an amazing job and I was comforted knowing my car was being worked on by a man with such experience. They also treat military very well and give a nice discount. I definitely recommend this place!

Had an unexpected screw puncture in our tire on NYE. So happy these guys were able to get us in quickly. Great service and friendly staff. Happy New Year TireChoice team.
