Offer Car Wash at pump and only after paying do you find out that they have disabled their car wash. They offer no refund.So, they are thieves.

I pulled in needing gas but saw a sign on the side of the building that said 15 cents/gallon discount with any car wash purchase , and just went right in to the car wash, because gas is expensive . No where on the sign does it anything about having to buy the car wash at the same time as the gas. So I bought the best car wash because my car did need a wash. And after it was done, I took my receipt inside and asked how I get the discount, and the woman behind the counter told me there s nothing she can do. Not only is this absolutely ridiculous, there should be a way in the system to override the price of the car wash or the gas to make the pump have the right place. It s also false advertisement and terrible customer service. I m super disappointed and wish I wouldn t have bothered because it was a waste of time. My car is still dirty and I didn t even save any money on the gas.

Good prices on gas, and I used to like the carwash. But today the carwash scratched the hell out of my door. Hopefully just in the clear coat and can be buffed out. Needless to say we will never take our cars through this carwash again.

Don t go there- they charge me $100 on my card while my gas was $46.75. Unfortunately all employees (3 of them) unable to read English either. Sketchy place. I have to call my bank to report fraud.

I was in need of a quick brake pad change and these guys were able to get it done for me quickly and for a good price. Nice mechanics, will go back for future work!

Always came here for a quick car wash. I took my Tacoma to the car wash yesterday and the paint on the hood got scratched really bad. I got a paint job in my truck two months ago, now it's scratched...

Not impressed. Bait and switch pricing. Booked oil change appointment online. Online price was $32.00 cheaper than final price due to type of oil used (synthetic). No one ever called to advise me of difference, no choice to select synthetic or conventional oil.Dropped car off for my appointment and was told car would be ready in 30 min. Turns out it took much longer than that. Had someone told me it would take much longer than 30min. I could have allowed for it in my schedule.These folks didn't earn my trust on any level. Will be going elsewhere.

This place is a total bait and switch. Avoid at all costs. Booked an oil change online. I show up and let them know I have an online appointment for an oil change. They perform the oil change and when I go to pay, the price is $15 more than they show online. I tell the cashier that the email confirming my appointment shows the price as $58.99 and you're asking for $74. She brings someone over and he tells me that the prices on their website are old and they have no idea how to update them. They didn't tell me the price was different before doing the work. Awful experience. I won't be going back.

Always get a full tank of Gas with an option to get a free car wash and also on my recipe saying do you want a free car wash, went to fill up again but I had to go inside to pay so I asked can I get my free car wash later because I had an appointment to go to. Well the lady said she'll ask her manager and I finish filling up come back in for an answer The answer was we have never offered that my reply was I have recipes at home saying it So I just left and now I'll be using another Gas Station because I feel some type of way!

I had higher hopes for this place. I made an appointment online for a smog test. When I got there and states what I was there for the staff looked at me all confused. They proceeded to call the mechanic who then tells me that they don't know how to access the online booking. So I'm told they can do it in 1.5 hours. Ok cool. The service was fast and efficient once someone was finally there. I go to charge out and im charged more than what is advertised online. Please take down online scheduling!

They have card skimmers on there pumps someone tried to take 100$ out of my account after I left ,the pump gliched and asked me to re enter my pin luckily I covered it with my hand I went to smart and final when i got a notification,that said my card was declined at the gas station in the amount of 100$ for wrong pin numberi went back to the gas station and went into the store the person working tried to talk there way out of it said there boss was "on vacation "for a month and that they didn't have access to the cameras even though I didn't even ask, pls don't go there im pretty sure this isn't the first time this happened to me,Iwas on pump 6. My heart is broken I've been going there for yrs and now I can't I called the sheriff's department waited for an hour and got hung up on I guess they don't care people are getting the money stolen.

Dropped by to replace a turn signal bulb. Benny was busy working on another car but took the time to show us how to replace it ourselves. Super nice dude

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR CAR REPAIR OR ENGINE SERVICE!!!!! The price of the gas is fair, and you get a free car wash with an oil change, but I would not recommend bringing your car here for any type of repair or even routine oil changes. I work just up the street from this place, and when my car was due for an oil change I would drop it off and pick it up after I got off work. A year ago, back in Feb of 2017, I dropped my car off for an oil change. Since my brakes were squeeking I asked if they could be fixed. The guy working at the time said yes they could fix my brakes, and he also said, " Sometimes the rotors need to be replaced if you drive with bad brakes for too long. Would you want to replace the rotors if they need to be?" I said, "Probably, but I need to know what it would cost first. Could you call me first and let me know the price?" He said he would, and so I left my car with them, along with my cell and work number to contact me if need be. So when I'm done working I haven't recieved a phone call, so I thought that my rotors must not need replacing. When I pick up my car the mechanics have all gone home(I work until after 7pm) and the gas attendant is left handing me a bill for an oil change, brakes, and 2 rotors. I was surprised at the bill, but figured I needed it done so I just paid it. 4 months later I go in for another oil change and my brakes are already pulsing and squeeking. I mention this when I drop off my car, and ask that they be checked out. Again, I reveive no phone calls and when I go to pick up my car the gas attendant tells me that the mechanic did not have time to even look at my brakes that day. So that was the last time I took my car there for servicing.It has been a year since I had my brakes and rotors replaced there, and I just had to have them replaced AGAIN. My car was worked on by a trusted mechanic, and he says the front rotors that were supposedly replaced were no way only a year old. He believes they weren't replaced AT ALL, and he showed me the ones he pulled off my car. He also suggested that I use synthetic oil only when I get an oil change for my car. I've had my car for 3 yrs and the ONLY place I've ever had an oil change done was this lovely gas station, with synthetic oil each time. I have the receipts to prove it. My new mechanic said that synthetic oil isn't supposed to get dirty like non-synthetic oil does, but the oil he changed out of my car was so dirty that he was surprized my engine hadn't seized, and had a hard time believing it was synthtic at all.So I bring the 1-yr-old already worn down to the sensors brake pads as well as the allegedly 1-yr-old rotors back to this gas station and speak with a mechanic. He tells me that the rotors are perfectly fine (I could see the wear and tear and grooves along the surface of each rotor clear as day) and basically oh well I should have brought my car in when the brakes were first causing me trouble. Uhhhhhh, I did, and they weren't even looked at!!! Oh but that wasn't his problem because he didn't work here at the time it happened.So extremely poor customer service as far as communicating the prices with me or offering any warranties whatsoever. The employees there all just seem to shrug your shoulders and not claim responsibility for anything that was done nor were any compensations offered for the shotty brake job that was done on my car. I feel like the money I paid to replace the rotors was pocketed and nothing was done to fix my car, and I ended up having to replace them anyways in only a year. Not to mention how dangerous this could have been for me as well as my teenage daughter that I drive to school as well as everywhere else I drive. It's places like this that cause people to distrust mechanics and think that they're all out to get them just for their money.

Management reached out to me and explained the situation as to why gas purchases were capped at $50. I realize small businesses can't afford to lose customers. I'm satisfied.

Ceciah Ceciah Ceciah! is such a sweetheart and makes the visit something to look forward to and my guy Benny is a genius mechanic that will go out of his way for you, seriously! If you are ever at autozone in the same complex and have car issues they will tell you to go see Benny at this joint.. dude is brilliant. Genuinely amazing people at this place that are full of love and will go out of their way to take care of you! The gas is a better quality that I'd pay the extra pennies for because it burns cleaner (premium) usually it's cheaper than most places anyway. The automated car wash is only worth it if you do the top of the line package, trust me! This is a true non-corporate Mom and Pop shop that I'd visit everyday if I could because the people there are so so awesome! I hope they get paid what their worth! Shout out to Ceciah and Benny!

Good gas and car wash price. The car wash machine is very old though. The drier does nothing. Every single time you have to dry your car with towels.

It's 10 cents less if you pay cash. This is the second time I've driven up around 7pm (Google says they close at 10pm) and the guy inside turns off the lights and tapes a handwritten 'closed' sign on the door. The first time they had me fooled and I thought they were actually closed. This evening I was paying more attention, saw that the lights inside were on when I drove up (hooray, I can save money and pay in cash!), then when I got out of my car the lights inside the storefront were off. I used my card and started pumping...at which point the lights inside the storefront turned back on. A little white car drove up on the other side to pump and guess what...those lights went back off. Beware if you want to save money by paying in cash!

Great prices, discounts with cash, even more if you get a *car wash! (*15c off every gallon of gas with a car wash!) Been coming here for 10 years plus!!

What can you say about a gas station? Vehicle maintenance is done here, there is a small store with food and drinks, but the best part is the gas prices. Always the best price in Tierrasanta can be found here.

Gas is less expensive, pumps stay on overnight, and the staff are always friendly, but the location is slightly more unusual to get into or out of due to being directly alongside the main entrance to the Tierrasanta Shopping Center.

Got my oil changed here and they did a great job. People complain about wrong gas prices but they probably have issues reading because they are very clearly marked.

This place regularly pops on NextDoor for issues with card skimmers who attempt to wipe people s bank accounts clean. Patrons report it to ownership and then they get defensive about it or disregard their concerns.There are plenty of other options in Tierrasanta. Get your gas somewhere else.

The price of gas here tends to be the lowest in the area with the exception of the NEX gas station up the road. Getting in and out of the gas station can sometimes be a challenge and frustrating due to traffic within the shopping center, oddly placed speed bumps and an odd layout.

Richard has fixed things on both my cars and both of my sister in laws cars. I've sent my friends and coworkers to him and he has never disappointed any of them. I highly recommend this service station

Took my car there to see the engine blocked was cracked, he said it was fine and recommend a tune up 350 later he then told me the engine block was cracked lol

We used the car wash and it did a decent job. We have a big SUV so it didn't wash the back as well.
