Would definitely recommend. Did great work for a good price. The whole process was quick. I have GEICO, he explained to me how to get reimbursed for the cost.

Thanks to a random rock on the freeway, I had a small chip in my windshield. Sam answered the phone and told me to come in before 11:30 and I wouldn't need an appt. When I drove up he came out immediately, took a look and said "This will take 10 minutes". True to his word, he was done in 10. It cost $70, totally worth it to prevent a bigger crack later that would cost more. Sam was very direct, quick, and courteous. Would highly recommend!

Had a rock hit my windshield on my way to work and caused a small chip. Wanted to get it repaired ASAP seeing how the windshield was only 4 weeks old. Super responsive when I reached out on yelp for a price. I was in and out in 30 mins. Awesome service. Highly recommended.

Awesome service, Sam explained everything very well and he helped me with my windshield with a single line crack of 11 inches, the job was done in about an hour. Great an excellent job definitely I will come back here when i face another windshield crack problem.

Don't go anywhere else in San Diego to get your car glass repaired or replaced. Sam is the best at what he does and you are in and out fast! Took my insurance and didn't pay anything for a quick glass crack.

Sam did a professional, clean job in fixing our cracked windshield on our Tesla. I learnt a few things everyone should know: 1) If there is a crack on the glass, seek help asap. If dust gets into it, it would be more difficult and costly to fix 2) Don't try to put tape on the cracked glass since glue can hinder the resin penetration 3) Always have you Tesla card with you - I had only my phone and I was warned what would happen if your phone stops working or discharged.... His workshop was meticulously clean and organized which shows are great deal about the character to me. Sam also advised me how to get a full reimbursement from Geico so basically I got the work done for free. If you want to know other secrets of comprehensive car insurance for your Tesla you should fix your cracked window here!!!!! Merci beaucoup pour l'excellent service!

Sam did an amazing job. I got a rock chip right in my line of sight while driving out to Phoenix to visit some friends. When I got home I had to take care of it as it was driving me crazy since it was right in front of me as well as the fact that I didn't want it to get worse.Went on a Saturday around 1245pm and he had one car in front of me. Looked at my combo bulls eye/bat wing crack. Said it'd be nearly gone.15 minutes later the repair was complete and it was practically gone. If I didn't know it existed I would have a hard time finding it.I guess the best thing to do is not wash the windshield before the repair as water will trap dirt in the crack which will make it more apparent.Before and after pics.

Extremely rude. I called to get a quote and the man with the glasses was nice until I arrived. He walked up to my vehicle and yelled at me stating the crack is over 12 inches. Disgusting behavior. Spend your money elsewhere.

Sam is excellent, I ve been here twice now to fix cracks from rocks hitting my windshield. He is super quick, friendly, has a streamlined process to have you make a claim for insurance billing and has a nice waiting room. I feel great taking my car here!

I he had several windshield cracks over the years & always use the crack doctor. I initially found them as the location was rigid ext door to my old office. The service is always very quick & turns out great!

Great price, Sam is very nice and helpful. He did an awesome job repairing my quarter size rock chip on my Tesla. After it was done, I can hardly see it. Another repair shop I called refused to repair Tesla windshield.

Sam used to be really good. He repaired one of my windshield a couple of years back and the work was flawless. Fast forward to 2022 and I received a completely different experience. The work was sloppy and rushed. He did not fill in the cracks (multiple) properly, the tools he used were dull, and the result shows. You can see almost like a sanded hole where the work was done. I had contemplated doing the repair myself and figured I would pay to get a pro to do the work, big disappointment. And to make matters worse, I called Sam on the phone and he pretty much yelled at me that it was my fault for taking a day longer to bring the car. He did not offer to fix his mistakes, still lives in denial. He did not even understand what the problem was. Very unprofessional. I think he fell victim of his own success. I even messaged him afterwards to give him another chance in case he was mad at something else and offloaded it on me. He never bothered to respond back. Sam is right 100% of the time, customer is wrong. He is quick to take your money and upsale and just drops you afterwards.

I had the pleasure of stumbling upon The Crack Doctor and was so pleased with the service! As someone who knows nothing about cars, the service here was so kind and helpful. Not only did Sam take the time to explain to me the windshield repair process, but he made me feel very comfortable. Sam even took the time to explain to me the insurance process. I was so pleased with the service at this location! I recommend it to everyone (especially to my girl friends who always have such terrible experiences at garages and car repair places)! The best windshield repair out there. I've had two chips repaired in the last couple of months, and you can hardly tell they were there in the first place.No appointment needed (for a small chip at least) and the work was done in about 20 minutes.Definitely recommend!

The Crack Doctor, what a place I must say. Absolutely top of its class, with such wonderful and enthusiastic staff. Some of the greatest customer service I've ever received in the 19 years of my life. The damage on my windshield that was caused by a Karen who got mad at me because she claimed I had "cut her off" even though she was the one speeding as if she had forgotten her middle child at the grocery store, throw some debris from the street and cracked the glass. Anyways, awful crack on the windshield was so professionally and time efficiently made disappear. I couldn't be more satisficed with the service i received from The Crack Doctor.

I love this place. I was here about a month ago for a crack on windshield of my Lexus. He was very knowledgeable and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. He also showed me how to file a claim with my insurance, step by step. I didn t have to pay a penny. Everything went smooth with any hiccups. I most definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants the problem taken care of in a professional manner.
