Owner was very great about explaining to me what was going on with my car. Also said he would check my car out in a few months for free to see if there was any more oil leaking. He also got me in within a few days and fixed the issue the same day so I wasn t without my car. Happy with my experience. Will return.

Thank you all so much for helping me push my car and getting my car running again! Amazing, fast, honest service! The repair cost me over $600 that I wasn't expecting but I left with a smile and happy to pay every penny because of the service. Thank you all also for letting me split cards. TP Auto Repair will be my new go to from now on! I'm so glad a friend referred me.

This is by far the best car repair experience I ve had in decades.This is the real deal.He is honest, competent, and a hell of a nice guy. His work was good and it was timely. He even threw in a couple of extras without charge. The car came back clean and ready for a long trip.I recommend him highly.

Had this place recommended to me from a co-worker after hearing how nice they were. I was pleased to find that they were in fact very kind and professional. Scheduling was easy and they work quickly. Informative and helpful. I will definitely be returning for my next smog.

Excellent service. Not only did Phong explain what the issue was but he also broke down the pricing on each service needing done. He ensured that the best possible part was installed quickly and correctly. He even found a nail in my tire and didn t scare me into getting it fixed at his shop but recommended I take it to a tire shop instead. 10/10 would recommend. I will be sending friends and family to T P Auto and will be a repeat customer.

This place is awesome! Dropped my car off at 730am and it was ready by 12pm. They got so many things done to my car and did it fast and perfect. 10/10 recommend!

Recently relocated to the area and was looking for a reliable auto shop, going off reviews along I chose TP. My first visit was just for a smog check and oil change but they did a thorough inspection and made sure my car was in tip-top shape. Super friendly, reasonable prices, easy to schedule a drop off. Will definitely be back!

I visited TP Auto because my car was making loud noises when running. After asking me a few questions the guy instantly knew what was wrong. I needed an oil change. He informed me older cars absorb oil faster and I can t trust my internal oil notification to let me know when my car is low, I need to check it manually. Lesson learned!They performed the oil change and now my car is running smoothly. This was a great experience and I d highly recommend. They re honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

Phong is the best! I had an urgent major repair (engine swap) and he got me in and serviced right away, in the rush before the holiday. Worked with me at every step to make sure my costs were contained and the repairs were perfect! Could not be happier with service and value.

Very efficient and reliable Auto repair service. I needed a bearing and axel replacement on my Toyota Avalon. They did excellent job on it, even replaced some other small parts and added power steering fluid. Very trustworthy people, pleasure to have business with them. Will definitely come back in case I need other car repair.

Fantastic place. Really friendly. Went for a Smog check and didn t have an appointment. They topped off my oil, smogged my car, brought me a beverage and I was on my way 17 minutes later. Thank you so much.

I chose this place because of the great reviews and I m so glad I did. The customer service was amazing and far exceeded my expectations! I went in for a smog check, and an oil change and I m so glad I did. Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication where my muffler was making a strange sound a day after. Although it wasn t related, they looked at it and fixed it for free!! They are such amazing people. You won t regret it!

Articulate, honest and efficient! Phong installed the struts I needed at a very competitive rate. When he noticed the problem wasn't completely addressed, he guided me through obtaining a hard to find part, and even gave me a discount on labor costs and threw in a brake light replacement. 10/5 stars

I sent my friend at TP Auto Shop all the suggested repairs from Audi. He told me 4 out of 7 things I should get it fixed. I asked him for a rough estimate. He gave me a rough estimate & asked me to bring the car for him to take a closer look & give me a more accurate estimate once he sees what actually need to be fixed. I dropped off the car around 10:30am on Monday. He said that I might be done by the end of Tuesday. Around noon on Monday, he sent me pictures of parts that were cracked or worn out that the dealer suggested replacement. He listed the parts, prices & labor costs to repair. The oil leaks were more than expected. He said that It would take a good 2 days to repair. By Wednesday 10:00am, he called me and said that the car was ready for pick up. I picked up the car on Thursday afternoon. I drove it back to Orange County. It was a nice smooth ride back. The traffic was bad, but the brakes were very good. Smog test was quick and easy, and slightly cheaper than I paid at my last place. Staff was very friendly, especially in the office. Pro tip: call ahead and make an appointment before you show up, even just for a smog test.

It was a great customer experience overall!! Very friendly and polite customer service. They were able to help me out with a thermostat swap, were able to see me and return the vehicle same day, and notified me of any current problems with my car. If I could give 10 stars, I would. EXCELLENT customer service!! Very fast, friendly, professional and didn't break the bank. I WILL BE BACK!!! I can't say enough good things. I'm not one to hand out compliments but, their service is phenomenal.
