Excellent customer service, Charlene was very helpful and on top of her game,she was very professional and up front. Chris arrived on time as stated and did his best to solve the issue with my Semi, due not to any fault of his but the last people who did work was unable to fix the issue. He went above and beyond to do his best and I appreciate his hard work and knowledge. Will differently use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you so much for your efforts to you both God bless.Drew

Awesome A+++ Service! Called into their hotline and immediately spoke with Charlene about my unique situation. (Shipping a Vehicle from out of state to Hawaii) Unfortunately got a call from the transporter that my recently purchased truck was having issues and would no longer start/run unfortunately the (Transporter) not SMD did not have any recommendations on a mobile mechanic that could take a look at my truck so I did a quick google search and took a chance that i'm very glad I did! I asked about getting a replacement battery swapped in as the seller of the truck couldn't remember when it was last replaced. SMD quickly got me two quotes to replace the battery with a standard or an upgraded Optima Red Top at my request. SMD also kept me informed and updated on the ETA of arrival to the truck to address the issue. They quickly found the battery was swelling due to age and condition swapped in a new battery and truck was back up in running and driving condition ready for shipping! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!Here s my story: I'm currently based in New Orleans and reached out to Strong Mobile Diesel while looking for a mechanic to inspect a converted school bus I was looking at flying out to buy in San Diego. Josh in their central office was incredibly helpful. He was patient in listening to my concerns, gave helpful input and insights, and arranged a mechanic to fit my needs.Chris, the mechanic, was prompt and thorough. I was really impressed by how comprehensive his inspection was. He gave the vehicle a clean bill of health while also highlighting preventative maintenance I should consider, and even connected me to someone to help with additional conversion changes I was interested in.I don t have a single negative thing to say about this company. Again, 10/10 would recommend. Josh and Chris were absolutely fantastic!

I had a driver broke down and no shops would get him in for at least 2-3 days.Strong Mobile Diesel was absolutely awesome and got my driver fixed up asap and Josh made sure of the price upfront and delivered top notch service I will definitely be using these guys in the future for any breakdowns in the San Diego area.The truth in pricing and the speed of service is why I'm giving them 5 Stars

My experience with this Strong Mobile Diesel was outstanding. I got their service through U-Haul's Roadside Assistance. We had a structural issue in the cargo area of a truck and they were able to fix it with ease. The damage was a weakened floor panel that prevented the ramp from being properly stowed. The service mechanic (Chris) was able to fix the floor panel quickly in about 20 minutes. He was outstanding and even brought a gallon of water as we requested via the U-Haul app. (We were moving on Sept 3 in 104 degree weather)

Totally awesome! Very helpful in a time of need. Charlene was great, Chris showed up at 10:30 pm and stayed until almost midnight but had our RV back up and running. Thank you so much SMD!

We were towing and moving in a 1-ton pickup. AAA frustratingly couldn't help us, but Strong Diesel came to get us moving again. They said they could come help in 90m and they were right on time with their estimate. Considering our situation, I consider their pricing great, too!I'm happy to help a family business and was very happy with their work. Thanks again!

Awesome service!! They helped me late at night with no problems. The person on dispatch was super nice and helpful on giving me the info I needed and giving me updates on my truck. Will definitely call them again if I'm in the San Diego area.

Saved my life stranded on the side of the road with an air leak from my air compressor. Had 2 companies coming out saying i would have to tow my truck to freightliner cause that s a 1-2 week job. Guess what? Chris got it done in 1h38 mins. He could ve gotten it done in 40 mins if it wasn t for other obstacle that presented at the time

All the way from Florida and my heater core was leaking. I needed quick service to make it to my next load. Strong Mobile Diesel made sure I made it! Thank you Charlenne and Chris. Great service ,great price, and fast. They even checked on me to make sure I was good on the road. Brand new heater core and rolling good. Thanks again

My boyfriends bus was broke down at ocean beach and HAD TO BE MOVED. Strong Mobile Diesel arrived quick, fast, and in a hurry. Our bus was running in no time at all! Big thanks to Chris and Charlene for helping us out!

Beware!Bad company!Had emergency out of town situation in San Diego contacted owners wife@11ish am,waiting nvr heard bk,230,reached out asking if able to fix veh owners wife of chris attacked my sis accusing of wasting time for 2hrs.Kept arguing &sd they would charge for 2hrs in addition for WASTE Of TIME. quote given 767.00. Pd out the dr 75.00 for fix w/other company,cousin walked 5miles to purchase some tools as he had none owners left nasty voice message/texts verbally abusing us as we were waiting on side of road!no one should consider using them if u want to b attacked & ripped off!threatening us being OWNERS WIFE

I would like to acknowledge mechanic Chris owner and mechanic at strong diesel. I was in a really tough situation that should have never happened but unfortuately it is what it is just want to acknowledge Chris and the whole staff over at strong diesel for coming out and getting me back on the road swiftly for that I truly truly recommend these guys if you're ever stuck in San Diego don't hesitate to call for great service.

These guys saved my bacon. My F350 broke down was spewing oil all over the place thought it was going to be a very expensive fix. They were incredibly responsive professional quickly diagnosis issue had me on the road in a day, for significantly less money than I thought it was going to be.
