I cannot say enough good things about this place and Armando! I was so stressed out from being lost, having a tire issue and driving and he calmly stayed on the phone with me to get me safely to the shop where he ran the alignment and let me know I had other issues and how to fix them as cost effectively as possible. I will say this, when you need tires, alignments or any work done to your vehicle, go here. It will be worth the drive you make! I will certainly be a regular here going forward.

If you want to be scammed here. 04/24/2023 I came to alignment my pruis, after replacing parts. Bought two tires from them. Alignment is $80. The Mexican mechanics behaved unprofessionally, one of them, who walks around like a clown, played with my signal and generally worried only how to tell the customers a higher amount. Then another one who did the alignment, although he didn t actually do anything, drove my car onto the polemic, hung the sensors, put the props, took the key somewhere by 10mm and twisted it on the left side. Most likely the stabilizer nut. After that, he drove the car and said that everything was ready, it took 7 minutes. They didn t show me the condition of the car on the monitor, and they didn t give me papers that you can usually get and where you can see the result of alignment. After that, I left and drove on the freeway. Almost immediately I noticed that the car was pulling a little to the left and heard the sound of the abs sensor beeping. I called these guys and they said to come tomorrow. 04/25/2023 I was already at their opening at 8 am. To the detriment of your work. There was another mechanic, Carlos, who started doing alignment again. It was already much longer, and he was turning the bolts on the right side. I immediately asked him to give me a paper report, he said ok. While I was waiting and watching the process, I was approached by another disabled mechanic who seems to be responsible for defrauding customers for money. And he said that I should leave the working area. Although I was standing outside like all customers usually do, they just didn't want me to see what they were doing to the car and what the red balance monitors were showing. As a result, I was never given the results of alighment, since it was probably never done in a quality manner. I want to pay attention if someone comes to them for alignment, see what they do, because most likely they will try to deceive you too, especially a disabled mechanic who behaves like a clown. Specify prices and be careful with this "service".

Picked up a screw in a rear tire. At 8:15am it was most inconvenient. Took my workhorse here and was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. The plug looked barbaric and was a big clump of rubber that eventually wore down. I keep her around 60 on the freeway just in case that rear ends up blowing. Only cost $10 no receipt to show my boss for cash out of pocket. Oh well.

Never leave reviews but service here is so good I had to. Carlos immediately helped me out with a balance after hitting some pretty bad potholes with absolutely no hesitation & I can t thank him enough! Will definitely be coming back for all things tire-related.

By far one of the best if not THE BEST tire shops in San Diego Carlos and his crew are always ready to help out customers in need of a new or good used tire. They will go the extra mile and stay after closing to make sure they take care of your cars tires or alignment. They are all very knowledgeable, experienced and very professional. They always stay competitive with all there pricing and will go the extra mile to win your bussines. They are the ONLY place i go to for tires on all my vehicles in San Diego. Thank you Carlos and the crew you guys are amazing.

Good price, good service. Really good service and prices. I recommend. bought excellent michelin wheels for 2019 camry, 4 wheels for $200. I am satisfied.

I needed a wheel alignment nearby after scoring on 4 like new Michelin's with 90% tread. Victor's offered a fair rate and were open at 8 am (if you decide to go, make sure you are early as after I arrived before shop opened, two others came looking to get a wheel alignment - it's a 30 - 40 minute service).One thing I learned is to get a wheel alignment about every six months in helping to maintain the investment on my tires.The guys who worked there kept the shop clean (they were sweeping the lot before opening), were nice and professional. I was happy with the service.

Best tire shop in San Diego hands down! Victor and Pedro were really helpful and have great customer service! And great prices! Pedro went on and beyond for me! I really recommend this place. Victor's Tire Shop, it's going to be hard for me to write a review about Victor's Tire Shop without sounding like a payed endorsement. Customer service can be measured in many ways one of them being, walk into any establishment close to there closing time and you can judge the depth of dedication that owners, the managers, and employee's have. If they are all genuine smiles and honestly want to be of service then you might just have walked into Victores Tire Shop. We never introduced ourselves formally so I dont know his name so Im going to call him the Man. The man was just that "The Man" he gave me what I believe to be an awesome deal on 4 tires mounted and balanced. The Man got me in and out and on my way in 15 min, I've been to other tire shops that at the 15 min mark there still trying to sell you an extended warranty with road side assistance that covers everything but accidental or acts of nature. Those are the only times you need a warranty. I could write on and on but the heart of this review Victor's Tire Shop itself not a bunch of words strung together describing it but the place itself so if your in the market for new/used tires or rims from moneys no problem to the problem is no money go check them out I personally dont think you could walk away unsatisfied. Thanx to The Man I appreciate the dedication and price neither could have been beat.Michael PFleet Manager at Curbside Rentals

I am giving one star for reviewing. When I was making payment I asked the key and they said it is inside then I drove all the way to Irvine, I wan in hurry. When I stopped for gasoline I couldn't find key then I called them and Ask for key ( where do you guys usually put key in car, I can't find it) they hang up the phone on my face 3 times. They said nothing. And also tires were expensive! Disrespectful people! It is not good.

Great customer service, My wheel fell off in the middle of the road a couple blocks away and Pedro fixed it ASAP ask for Pedro he ll take care of you .

I came thinking I was going to get an outstanding service I got a whole tire/rims sets changed, alignment. My family and I were heading out to Disneyland. We made it safe and sound, but once we hit Anaheim the tires started making a noise/vibrating. I got off the car on the way back just to find out that they didn t fully screw the lugs of my front right passenger side. Thanks guys for not owning up to your silly mistake ! It could of been a family of 4 in a car accident !!

Found a nail in my tire on sunday afternoon with most place closed or not picking up. Victor's got me in right away, had excellent customer service, and even checked air on the other tires. Would highly recommend!

I bought 6 new tires, great price, speed, and best of all experience. Jose is the man! He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a good one. He treated me way better then I ve ever been treated at a big box type of shop and 100 times better the similar shops on the same street. I highly recommend!

The tire installers were very friendly even in a busy atmosphere. They did a very thorough job quickly. I got 3 new looking tires at Victor's for the price of one anywhere else.Jose was especially helpful.I highly recommend this tire center.

Had a new set of tires installed on my car.Got home, checked out the wheels for marring/etc. Looked good in that department.Found that they sent me off the lot with 2 less lug nuts and 1 less lug stud (!!!). As a shadetree mechanic I cannot fathom screwing up that badly, and these guys do this for a living. As soon as I heard their air tools I was concerned about overtorquing. These guys have absolutely no understanding of torque. Nearly all of my lug nuts are cross-threaded. Of course I didn't take my car back to them to address because for one, my car is presently a death trap to drive, and two, how could I trust a shop that makes such careless mistakes to get it right the second time.I hate to leave negative reviews, but thank god I noticed these issues. Imagine how many peoples' cars they send away like this.

This place is great with the best prices in town!! Victor and the whole team were incredibly quick with my alignment and even offered to make adjustments later on if needed. Tire prices aren t too bad either. I ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Carlos and his crew are amazing. I had caused a crack in the sidewall of one of my front tires by hitting a curb way too hard while parking. I stopped by at around 10:00 am on a weekday without an appointment. They gave me a great price on a brand new replacement tire and got to work right away. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Can t recommend this place enough. A+++

Tire popped on the sidewall due to pot holes, the shop was close by and was able to provide me and install a used tire of similar type and size as my others on the spot and I was able to drive off safely. Can't beat the price, good people.

Juan was very friendly and super fast while he was working on my car. I had a vibration on the front end in my car and in less than 10 minutes he fixed that problem for me! Hard working and honest, 10/10. If you want a job well done and the great customer service please ask for him whenever you visit Victor's tire shop!

I visited Victor's tires for the first time in bought used tires for the first time, and was very skeptical at first. You get the feeling that maybe you are not making a wise purchase, and that maybe you are doing something that is unsafe. On my truck, I only need two tires, so it did not make sense for me to buy four tires brand new at another store for $800. Victor's tires sold me two tires that fit my truck, and everything seems to be just fine a couple of months later. If you think about it, when you buy brand new tires, a week later they are used! So buying used tires that have plenty of tread on them, there is nothing wrong. It was interesting how fast they worked. You just simply pull in close to the garage, and they brought a jack out to the car, and they started their work. they pulled off the old tires quickly, and put on the new tires, checked for any leaks, balance them, and after I paid for an additional alignment, I was on my way. Two truck tires installed for $100 is really good. $50 extra for alignment. I only wish they would have offered to include or sell tire pressure sensors. It was only after the new tires were on, that we discussed pressure sensors. they offered to let me buy the sensors elsewhere, and bring them back, and have them installed for $15. That is not a lot of money but is an inconvenience. They should sell them and offer them on site.

Excellent customer service!!! I'm had no appointment but called for pricing, pulled up and they literally put my car on the rack for alignment. I can see the dedication this crew has.Grest pricing as well, New customer for sure!!!
