Coming here to get my smog check done was a really good decision. I noticed that they have good prices, even without using their coupon, but their quality and service was still really good. I didn't even schedule an appointment; I just came here. I was second in line and was instructed to park nearby but it was less than 5 minutes before it was my turn. Then I waited another 5 minutes and boom, smog check done. They told me that the smog check will be sent automatically and that was it! They make it super easy and quick. Very good service with a great price. Finding the place was easy and there's plenty of parking. I highly recommend this place.

They have a good price for smoke check by using their coupon. Their service was quick and convenient. They did not move your car and you were the one who parked your car at assigned spot, which is very good for those who are germophobic.

This place provides a quick and convenient Star smog check.There is a traffic light to turn onto the street easily. I went slightly after 3 on a week day and there was no line. I mentioned the coupon, which requires no verification and he just kindly requests a review. Then he asks if cash or card (since card is $2 more). After starting on the check, paperwork is very fast and it took under 10 minutes altogether. There are a few folding chairs to sit while waiting and cash price is $40.I would definitely return to place in the future.

Scam. With coupon they won't do smog check unless you give them a positive review before they do the work. Worker extremely rude. Threw my paperwork in the car after I asked him to explain. This is the picture of rude employee busy sitting on his butt. Never go there unless you like to be treated horribly.

Convenient and fast. I was in and out in ten minutes! Located right off the five at a gas station, this is a simple business, so it personal and fast. I just pulled my car up to the open garage door then chatted with the friendly tech Dung, who looked under the hood and took the necessary readings. There is no waiting room, just three chairs on the side of the building, but it was cold, and I was even able to sit in my warm car. There is even a convenient stoplight to enter and depart from either direction, Carmel Valley Road. No appointment - just show up.I recommend this place.

the coupon is not valid, and the Asian guy is very rude. I told him I have coupon as request on web page first, he response, your van is $49.99 plus $10 certificate, I reiterate I have the coupon, he response very rude, do you understand what I am saying? I say thanks.

It was done quickly and cost me ~$41 for a car. I had a printed copy of an online coupon for 30+9 for a certificate in fine print. The gentleman said there is a $2 charge for credit cards and no need to print the coupon. He asked me if I could give a review on yelp. I refused his request as I had no intention of writing any reviews.

Fast and efficient. There was no wait at all and everything was finished in about 20 mins. Pricing is not totally transparent. They grab your attention with the $29.99 "coupon" but then it's another $10 for SUV or pickup truck (why?), and the usual $8.25 for certificate, $1.86 for a "transmission check" (huh?) and another $2 if paying by CC and since I don't really carry cash I had no choice on that, so it ends up being $51.00 total. That's a competitive price, but most places will price it at $40 or $45 + $8.25 and not play games. Not a terrible price all told, but the pricing shell game is not welcome. Just be upfront with your price. And why is there even a certificate fee if everything is done electronically these days?

Easy experience getting the test done here. No appointments necessary walk-ins are welcome. Was the cheapest and quickest in the area. Had no problem using the coupon.Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a test to get it done here.Note: Paying by card is $2 more than cash.

Would not trust this business.Called to ask for a quote and make an appointment and the owner had a very bad attitude. When asked how much I could save with the coupon I saw online, he raised his voice and said: Why didn t you go directly to the point when you already have a coupon? Then he gave me a quote that s more expensive than the coupon due to several additional costs (So who s dancing and not going to the point now?).He also mentioned I could get a discount if I agree to leave a good review so take their rating with a grain of salt.All in all, would not go and would not recommend.

A good facility for smog check. They honor online coupons. The test itself was done very efficiently. There are a few chairs to sit while the test completes. The test administrator was polite and provided clear instructions and billing information. The test results are transmitted as soon as the test completes. Overall a good experience and will return again. Round 2 and still the same experience, quick and complete. Extra $10 for SUV, so something to keep in mind.Service: Smog certification

Service was fast and professional. I pulled up and 1 person was ahead of me. I was automatically greeted and place in line as the next available. Smog check took no longer than 10 minutes. I came in today on February 9th in the late afternoon and was helped by Dung. He was courteous and to the point, as well as efficient. There was a bit of a wait I m assuming because it s getting close to the registration deadline. Even though there were a few cars ahead of me, the wait went by quickly because of the efficiency of the associate who helped me.
