Today I experienced absolutely the best customer service and business practices I have seen in the gas station. I went in and purchased two scratcher tickets, and then told Kevin, the young man behind the counter, to put $20 and number 18 for me. Like a dummy I drove off without pumping any gas. I called him to see if there s anything that can be done or if I had to make the 15 minute drive back. He had informed me that he had already reverse the charge, and that it would not come up as me being billed for it. I thought it was incredibly honest and absolutely on point. Thank you Kevin and thank you shell!

On July 18, 2017 at 5:30 PM I purchased $5.71 goods and asked for $3.00 in quarters for vacuum machine. I gave Neon, the casher, $20.00 bill. He gave me $3.00 back. When I asked for the remaining balance, he said to me I gave you $10. I told him you gave me only $3. I showed him the content of my wallet and pockets. No $10 bill. He then said, I make a mistake and gave me a $10 bill. I asked for the rest. He said that is it. I asked him for my receipt. I told him my total purchase was $8.71 and he owes me $11.19. He then gave me a dollar bill telling me to "get the hell of there". I told him this is not the way to treat the customer who is asking for his change and then left the store. He clearing was cheating me out of my money (actually he still did not give me the 29 cents.) I hope the owner(s) or the store manager(s) read this comment to know that their cashiers are cheating their customers.

Wasn t even worth 1 star. Visited 3 times during our current of many stays in the area. This is one station that will never get our 4th visit! Very highly disrespectful staff!!!! Shame on management for allowing such behavior from their staff... apparently gratefulness for business is not important when they really only non cater to the out of towners staying at the hotel. Will continue my business trips to the hotel, but will give my fuel and car wash business elsewhere...thank you for your non-service

(This is Eric's Wife) I have been pumping gas for 15+ years so I hardly think pumping gas is rocket science. But, for some reason, I have trouble multiple times with the pumps at this particular station. The attendant told me it was because of my Mazda; I never have trouble at any other station so this seems strange to me but because of this I'm not giving this station five stars.

I stayed at the Springhill Suites hotel, 92131 for 2 weeks and I tried calling "USA Gasoline" 4 times, twice from my cell and twice from my hotel room to ask a simple question but it says the line is disconnected---- across the street zip code 92131, so I cannot give any feedback or a great review. If not for that I cannot say anything about their service since I can't even get in contact with them by looking them up on Google maps and getting their phone # to answer my simple quesr. If the ph. # has changed they should have updated it immediately

Please replace your tattered American flag. It's a shame to see. Contact your local VFW (the closest is probably the one in Poway) for proper disposal.Thank you.

Usually the lowest prices if paying by credit card along this road. They also have a car wash, which seems very important when you live in southern California.

Not the best gas prices in town, but it's right next to the highway, there always seems to be an empty pump, and there is a car wash (in case you need to freshen up the whip after feeding it).

Tried using two different pumps, followed instructions as normal and gas never came out. Terrible quality electronic system

Off the highway....but if you need a receipt the pumps are always out of paper

This gas station charge you extra. You have to catch them!!! They don't even bother apologizing when you catch them!!!! This is stealing!!
