Quality shop, trustworthy and good people to work with. Don't go to the dealer for service/repairs unless you prefer to pay more for the same service. Sean, the manager, was very pleasant to work with. This is not a place that will try to upcharge or find other "problems" that need to be fixed. This was my first experience with Sheens and although it is a bit of a trek for me to get there I will take my vehicles there from now on. I have had numerous issues with repair shops in the past. You won't be disappointed with Sheens.

Sean was great to work with, communication was always quick and he had great customer service. HIs team did a great job replacing my door and painting it and Sean was also great at explaining what they were doing to my car so I knew my car was in great hands. I would 100% come back and refer Convoy Auto Body to friends and family!

I took my car to Sheen s several months ago after having issues from my cross country move. Their whole team was welcoming, professional, transparent, and thorough. They were able to fix my car with a fast turnaround, and I haven t had any issues since. They are my new go-to car repair shop in San Diego. Thank you!

My Audi A3 was rear-ended which resulted in significant damage to the front and back car. Initially it was a challenge after the accident to find a competent body shop that repairs your car with the highest quality and in a timely manner until I found Sheens Auto Care.They were able to take the car in immediately (which is SO rare nowadays), and Sean Yi's attention to detail for all the body and electronic repairs made a stressful situation smooth and easy. I was in contact w/Sean throughout the entire repair process, and their quick response to all my inquiries made me feel confidant throughout the process. They worked seamlessly with my insurance for the additional damages found too - SUCH A PLUS!! I have been taking my cars to Sean and the guys at Sheens Auto for all my service needs since 2019. They are knowledgeable, hardworking, and charge a good price, but what I appreciate most is their honesty and integrity. I trust that Sean will tell me what needs to be done now and what can be saved for a later date instead of selling me service the car doesn't actually need. Sean always takes the time to explain things so that I'm informed about the status of my car. If you're looking for an auto shop that you can trust and that genuinely cares about their customers and doing things the right way, Sheens Auto is the place.

Some guys stole my catholic converter so I had to get a new one. This store helped me to handle all repair and installation process even with an insurance. The only thing they don't do cat shield so I had to go another place. Sean at Sheens has a military background and is straightforward with diagnostics and repair costs at a fair and reasonable cost. I am an F-18 Superhonet Electrician Journeyman and unfortunately don't have time to work on my vehicles. He's worked on all of my vehicles. As you can tell from the multiple 5-star reviews, Sheen's is absolutely the place to go. Completely honest, high-quality knowledge, and amazingly efficient, based on our experience with them over four decades. We were delayed in returning home from a trip due to a hurricane and discovered our battery had died while we were away. Despite being the day before a holiday weekend, Sean accommodated us by ordering a new battery and squeezing in a speedy installation. It's so reassuring to have totally trustworthy and reliable car repair at a moment's notice. We wish there were more businesses like Sheen's!Service: Battery service

The team was incredible. Very informative and kept me up to date on progress and issues. Fixed my car in a timely manner and didn't try to upsell me on other issues that didn't need servicing at this time. I would highly recommend Sheens Auto Care.

I and my family have been using this auto shop for more than a decade for multiple cars we own or used to own. I visited this place last month for my old 2007 Camry. Their service continues to be simply the most reliable. They are highly responsive to my inquiries. The owner s leadership is well reflected in excellent management (Sean). Not the cheapest place but the high quality of their work makes their service most valuable. You really don t want to go to a cheap place with shoddy jobs, which will eventually cost you more. So, I reiterate my previous review 2 years ago shown below.(2 years ago) This is simply the best auto repair shop I have ever known in my entire life. The quality of work is simply superior. If I have any issues or trouble with my car, this is my go-to place. They are very prompt (probably one the fastest) in responding to customer inquiries. Their service is very reliable and honest. Due to the high quality and reliability of their work, the price is not the cheapest; however, having experienced all sorts of problems with multiple cars (past and current, and my family members'), I just know that their service offers the highest value.I recommend this place in a heartbeat.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

We have been taking our cars to Sheen Auto for years now. They have always given us by far the best price on all their services compared to Honda dealerships. We've never issues with any of the work they've done. They've always met my expectations as far as getting it done on time. Everything your reading about this place is true! Great service. I was rear ended and needed repairs. Found this place through google maps and went based on reviews.Sheen's auto goes above and beyond. Not only did they just repair my vehicle. They took care of me to the fullest!

Sheens helped me with several repairs on my Subaru: 1 body damage after accident, 2 different maintenance repairs. Body work looked great! The maintenance was not an easy issue to diagnose, they asked great questions about cars performance and found the problem. They said we had to either fix old part (if possible), or buy a new part, much more expensive. They said if they couldn t fix the original part, they wouldn t charge me for the time to assess possibility. Extra mile customer service! But they were able to fix the original part, saved me lots of money! My car is running great. They also fixed another maintenance problem when service lights came on. I trust this shop completely, I ll be a long time customer, come to Sheens whenever car issues arise.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

This is an update - Sheen's Auto Care is still the only place I take my car for service. I've recommended Sheen's Auto Care to friends, neighbors, and relatives, always knowing they're in great hands. Thank you Sean!I finally found a place that can service our cars. I took my 2013 Chevy Malibu in to Sheen s to have them diagnose an overheating issue I was experiencing. Sean was very nice and very good at explaining the issues in simple terms for me, someone clueless about cars. I had my thermostat, drive belt, and leak in my coolant system fixed. All parts used were Chevy and the overall price with labor was fair. I will definitely be coming back. Great, friendly, laid back service. Highly recommend!

I've been taking my cars to Sheens for many years. Always great service and communications. They charge a fair price for auto repair, much cheaper than a dealer. They tell you what is wrong and when you should consider fixing things in the future. Nice to have an auto repair facility that you can trust!

We have been taking our autos to Sheen s Auto Care for approximately four years. Visits have primarily been for regular service, but I have asked them about several repairs. They provided reasonable and accurate estimates, performed the work promptly and showed me photos of the work performed. When I asked about work on my 45 year old Mercedes, they recommended an appropriate specialty shop. Great service, excellent communication, considerate of budget. Our first encounter with Sheens, involved them advising us not to pay them $6,000 to fix up a car that had been in an accident because they didn t think we would be happy with the results (The car had been too badly damaged). We have trusted them ever since (with our Jeep, Subaru, and Audi). Very high-quality work product and ethic.

Please have your vehicles serviced here for repairs! Sheens Auto Care has wonderful customer service. The general manager, Sean, is so helpful and attentive when dealing with his customers! My family and I have been coming to Sheens for over 20 years. Tom, Sean and the rest of the Sheens team have always met all of our needs with honesty and integrity. They go out of their way to answer questions and make sure everything is handled correctly to keep our vehicles maintained and repaired properly. Work is always completed in a timely, satisfactory and trustworthy manner. I will continue bringing my vehicles to Sheens for the years to come and highly recommend!

Greatly appreciated the repair/services done at Sheens Auto Care. I have a salvage car and they put the same value to my car as they would any newer car. Thank you to Sean and the boys at Sheens Auto for demonstrating such exceptional customer service and for having integrity. These guys truly do care about their customers and are honest and thorough with everything they do. I do not leave their shop feeling I was taken advantage of because I know they want all of their customers to be safe and satisfied with their car. These guys are different from any other shop because they do not cut corners and are extremely reasonable with their pricing.Not only did they do an unbelievable job at repairing my car that was in a brutal collision a couple years back but they have been honest and dependable anytime I come in for maintenance or even call in for questions. If you were to see my 2003 Lexus before and after the accident you would not believe it was the same car I m driving now. I am still in awe at what amazing work they did to restore my car. It has been 5 years since they did the major repairs on my car after the incident and she s still running smoother than ever. Thanks guys!
