Had some guys steal my catalytic converter. Geico sent me to Service King. Tyler was my technician. He is great, good communication and good photos. Process was super smooth and quick. Dropped off Tuesday and picked up Thursday early.

From start to finish they were absolutely amazing!!! Cassandra, Monica, Lisa!!! I was worried there would be delays with getting parts and they were honest that it could take a little longer, my car was at their shop for 8 days!!!!!! It looks completely brand new I am ecstatic!!! Just in time for my birthday weekend. They were professional, kept me updated on everything and just a pleasure- they even dealt with my insurance company on a few details. I was also able to get rental car pick up and drop off, it was so convenient!!! Hands down best body shop experience ever!! Thank you so much!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Service king did a great job with our repairs. They were done in a timely manner and they kept us informed every step of the way. It was our first time dealing with a collision and they were wonderful in helping us with everything! Highly recommend!

They have great customer service, and at least my experience has been great. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that I had to take my vehicle 3 times because it had a leak that was very difficult to ID, they treated me great, But other than that, their services are awesome and they are super friendly

SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND A HEADACHE, DO NOT GO HERE. I called the shop to inquire about servicing my car that was just hit by another driver. I asked if they could provide an estimate and possible repairs as I have an older vehicle and depending on how much work the car would need, assumed it may be totaled out in the process. The guy I spoke with reassured me that they had the time and to go ahead and have the car towed in. The car was dropped off on 12/6 and not noted as received until 12/8. No biggie. I called the next day to get an update on the estimate portion of the process. They were able to provide me with a rough estimate by EOD, 12/9. I then heard back from them on Monday (12/12), just 2 hours before closing, asking me to sign a DocuSign giving them permission to dismantle the vehicle. Noticing that the estimate was not updated in the claim from my insurance, I inquired if that should have been the next step and was immediately met with hostility. I was then instructed that I needed to sign the DocuSign by EOD or they wouldn t have room to keep my vehicle. I did not feel comfortable with this as I am not familiar with the insurance claims process and needed to have more information. It felt as they were trying to pressure me into signing ASAP. I let the representative, Dianna, know that I would like to speak with my insurance company first and would get back to them the next day.Upon opening the DocuSign, I noticed that they were requesting I sign a Power of Attorney to them over my vehicle. This also seemed new and strange to me. When the Service Kings rep called me back the next day to get me to sign the docs, she was constantly speaking over me to the point I couldn t even get an answer to my question regarding the Power of Attorney. I felt that I was being pressured into signing something that I did not understand. She stated that in order to proceed, I needed to sign the okay for them to start dismantling the vehicle but again, did not answer my questions in regard to why the Power of Attorney was necessary. She then continued to state that if I don t sign the papers that I would need to move my car from their property. I tried once again to tell her that I had questions before signing any paperwork and that if my car was not deemed a total loss, as the original estimate they were providing was just shy of the car value and that s not taking into consideration the salvage value, that I would still like to move forward in getting my car fixed. As she kept repeating herself that I needed to sign the docs or move the car, I finally agreed it was best to go our separate ways and that I would be having the car towed as soon as possible. What seemed like a straightforward process, and an understandable concern, turned into such a dramatic back-and-forth that was certainly unprofessional, deceptive, and conniving. Worth noting, I did move my car to another shop who only verbally asked for my permission to dismantle the vehicle and did not try to get me to sign any sort of Power of Attorney over my car s title. Such a horrible experience Service Kings/Crash Champions, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Awesome experience. I called around for an estimate and all other body shops required an appointment, these guys got me seen in 20 minutes without one. They worked seamlessly with my insurance and had my car returned to me in 24 hours looking better than new. Tucker and his colleagues are great people and I highly recommend them. Extremely easy to work with. I was 100% satisfied with their work and professionalism. I was worried about the paint matching and these guys nailed it. It is an absolutely perfect match. If I ever need body work done again I won't hesitate for a second to return to them.

I receive excellent care for my car. It was actually done earlier than expected and look like new again. The staff was very nice professional and kept me updated about the status of my car. It was a nice experience. Usually I would have to call the service person to ask them for updates.Great place, highly recommend.SincetelyMalinda

A high quality and quick turnaround place for collision repair. I've had to take my vehicle in twice for two separate collisions several years apart, and both times I received the same high level of service. My vehicle was evaluated with an honest and extremely accurate estimation, even pointing out areas of the car that were affected that I wouldn't have expected. The repairs came through in under a week both times, with the parts looking good as new and the paint color perfectly matched with the factory job. In addition they topped the service off with detail work that made the car look even nicer when it left than when it pulled in. I'd never consider a different bodywork shop.

Excellent! The car looks even BETTER THAN BRAND NEW! The collision in the back looks like it never happened! The hatch back on my 2021 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 53 is superior workmanship! The young man who did the paint job even fixed the tiny scraps and a scrape!I am delighted! Lily was superior at keeping me updated: she was wonderfully patient at helping me remove personal items for my car!The wash was fantastic! The shine on the car was seamless!I am deeply impressed! These guys have got commitment to SERVICE DOWN!

When I arrived the first thing I noticed is they have steep parking spots. Also, it's a very dangerius blind spot when leaving. Ironic as this is a repair center. I walked in the lobby, there was no one at the main desk. There were 3-4 workers in the back room. At least 1 facing me in the lobby. Next, I waited for about 10 minutes in their lobby for someone to help me or at least greet me. A young woman came, and after about 2 minutes one of the guys in the back asked if she needed help. Never asked me. Lilly, the main desk associate finally came in and started to help the young lady. Lilly did get to me but I had notified my insurance I had no intention of going with Service King. I expect to be treated equal and at the bear minimum any person there could have said the main desk person will be in shortly. If this "Not my job" mentallity is an indicator of their service I do not recommend any person or insurance to go with this company. Maybe your experience will be different, maybe their was a horrible misunderstanding but I do not recommend them from my experience.

I had my driver side door, mirror, tail light, and bumper fixed in April. It is now July and everything is still great. They did a fantastic job and would definitely recommend and be going back if I ever need body work again.

Very unprofessional and they discriminate. Since my husbands name is listed first on the policy (even though we both own the vehicle and the insurance states were both on the policy) they won t let me drop MY car off without my husband signing off. This is even with clear docs that state this info and after speaking with the area director. The lady who answers the phone is special to say the least - she doesn t listen, makes things up, yells at you on speaker, calls you the wrong name repeatedly and refuses to let you talk to the GM.They give you the run around and just seem shady. I wouldn t let them work on a toy car let alone a real one.

They were great. I had some extensive damage, not at fault, and they did it in no time. Good as new and filled the tank! Then, 2 months later, I needed to install a new part and they helped me with it without an appointment. Joe was super helpful! Thanks guys.

I brought my truck here because Service King was recommend by Allstate. I had a change cup in the center console when I dropped it off, and when I picked the truck up the change cup was no longer there. I told Todd, my service advisor and was basically told oh well. I figured it wasn't worth getting into, and I just should have known better. Then a month or so later, I take down the soft top on the back of my truck, and I see that one of the cotter pins holding the soft top on was replaced with a screw with a hole drilled in it. No one else has touched my truck besides Service King, so they clearly neglected to tell me about my lost hardware. It may seem small, but these things are a matter of principle and it's clear these people can't be trusted. I will make sure that Allstate is aware of how displeased I am.

This place was reccomend by a good friend who knows alot about body shops. Unfortunately my wifes car was totalled due to an accident and the car was suppose to head back to my house. I decided to buy the car back from the insurance and fix it so all the parts that were removed when they assessed the damage they were suppose to send everything back but when I pulled the parts that they took off I noticed crash sensors and a wiring harness missing. There was no reason for those parts to be removed from the bumper because there was no damage done to that bumper. I called Ben the manager several times and never got a call back until I showed up to the shop. He tells me that things didnt seem right and that there was some concern. I thought the same thing but little did i know that he was trying to flip it on me. I explained to him that i have 0 reason to be making up a story. He went on to say that I took to long to reach out to him about my concern. Smh. I had the person who recommended me to this shop go down there to notify him what had happen. I waited 2 weeks for him to get back to me and while being 2 days out of the state for some training. They left a message with someone from that shop but for some reason it's like he never got that message or didnt think it was important to reach back to us. When I met Ben I requested to speak to someone above him. He said that he would pass on my message. Still no call from anyone. He told me Brian was going to call me and yet here I am waiting for Brian to call to talk to me about what happened. I'm not going to say not to go here because I hear they do a good job fixing/ repairing but if you get a car back that had parts removed like me please check everything before you have the car towed out of that shop.

A few months ago I had to take my car here to fix some paint damage and it was one of the worst experiences from start to finish.When trying to schedule when to bring in my car I wanted to do it on a Friday so I wouldn't need a rental but the lady said I couldn't do it Friday because it would take a few days, and they don't work weekends so it would just sit all weekend. So I scheduled it for a weekday and had to get a rental car since they said it would take at least a day. Then they called a few hours later and said it was done and ready for pickup. They had a phone survey, and I made negative comments as it wasn't a good experience, after which the manager called me to find out why I left negative comments in the survey, and upon telling him I didn't appreciate the misquote on time it would take and having to unnecessarilly get a rental he responded with a snotty "so you're upset we got it back to you faster than quoted?" Which was rude and made me regret taking it there even more. I was told by someone I know who works in automotive that with the small time frame they had it it would have been impossible to have done what they were supposed to do, repaint the entire bumper, and that it's more likely that they just repainted the spots. A few days later I noticed that they hadn't even fixed all of the spots, and one of the scratches is still there, but by that point I was so fed up with their poor front end and manger service that I figured it wasn't even worth it to go back.

I called this morning trying to get a repair estimate appointment and the first thing he asked me was "Are you looking for the lowest estimate?" so I politely told him that I would be looking for another bodyshop to get an estimate. How do you run a business like this? I don't know how Farmer Insurance recommend this place in the first place.

This location was very helpful as the other location didn't bother to notice I was at the wrong location but this location's employees were understanding and contacted my insurance and made an immediate rescheduling appointment and I was seen even though I was 45 minutes late due to no fault of my own. Thank you
