Both Max and Tom were very kind and helpful. They have a very organized system and are great at communicating and keeping you aware of what is going on with your car. I plan to go to them for any future services my Mercedes needs.

We had some deferred maintenance on a 2017 Jetta and also a warning light on. Select German was very responsive while setting up the appointment. They sent detailed information about the repairs needed and kept me updated with regards to timeline. Very pleasant to work with all around and the car is driving better. Definitely recommend.

I was in a jam and had to have my 750Li towed to their shop. They were able to get me in and fix the car quickly and at a fair price. What a great group of guys and highly skilled technicians. This is MY BMW shop of choice. It should be yours too. (Ok that was cheesy but true) Thank You Select German!!!

Great service went in for a leak repair that was caused by a minor crack in the transmission housing. They were able to identify it, tested it and had it back up running smoothly for me again. Definitely recommend.

It is always difficult to spend a good chunk of change on your car, but these guys really did their best to work with me and the extended warranty company. I was also really happy that they extensively tested the work done to ensure all systems were go. It cost another day of them having my car but I have peace of mind knowing that not only do they insure their work for 2 years, but that they also drove around a little to make sure their work was solid. Their rates are high for me, but I will bring my car back just because of the clear communication and dedication to ensure their work was solid and that I was happy (though my wallet hurt a bit, lol).

Select German is amazing. They are super communicative, honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I've been coming here for a few years now and this is the first year with any major work and actually any work besides regular maintenance. It was smooth. They did the 55k inspection because it was due for my car and also my oil change. I believe this was my third or fourth inspection with them over the course of 4 years since I ve been going here, the other times with no work needed. They explained the things that needed to be done and let me know which had biggest priority in order to help me decide if I wanted to do it now or later. I borrowed one of their loaner cars during the multi-day repair. They finished the job a day early too. I ve said this before but as a woman I feel they do not take advantage of me. I ve been to an auto shop where they quoted my dad a price and quoted me a much higher price when talking about the same vehicle. I feel respected and heard and they explain to me whenever I don t understand anything. Thanks again, SG!work included: filters, fluids, serpentine belt, oil leak, brakes

The crew was a pleasure to work with; I like the picture series of all inspection points they supplied. Kudos also for pinpointing the source of an annoying rattle we heard, but couldn't quite identify. I'll come back for my next service.

I've been going to Select for a few years. I've always been treated as if I was their only customer. Max at Select is highly communicative and straightforward in his work. His team of technicians are all highly skilled in German cars and I trust him to take care of deep engine work. I've come here twice now to get a timing chain done and to get a turbo replaced. They do great work and give solid reliable advice.

I have had my Porsche Cayenne serviced at Select German Car service for the past 3 years. Each time the Sevice has been very consistent in the quality of work, promptness, finishing repairs as promised and clearly informing me of the scope of work. Truly impressed with how they carry out their business. I pointed out a couple of things that bothered me and they did a diagnostic check, but found no fault, and did not charge me for it. Very reasonable price on the oil change, and what I am truly impressed with is their honesty. They gave me a detailed explanation at the shop and in writing on what needs to be worked on along with the exact price. No feeling of being pressured here, and I can actually work on my budget to figure out what needs to be done next. Overall, great customer service, very clean space, and I will surely come back here as a regular, satisfied customer.Service: Oil change
