While it was convenient they were available 24hrs, they arrived nearly two hours later than what was originally stated over the phone. The guy changing our tire was very nice but the service we received over the phone with Luis Rodriguez was unsatisfactory. He was extremely rude and even tried to up charge us after the service was done. The tires they provided us are used, and of various brands. Better off getting a tow if you re stranded and getting tires serviced elsewhere.

Luis was very kind and responsive. I called him and within less than an hour he came to fix my mothers Prius that had a flat. He brought the tires, mounted them both and had it done within a timely manner while I wasn t even there to save me from a trip. Thank you and I will always be using him from now on!

The people working there are liars. Please do not fall for these guys.They will assure you on the terms but will never do that.The person talked with me after the work that the tire has 1 year warranty and would also be mentioned in the receipt. But they did not give the receipt and then lied that they do not give receipts.I told the person take me to the shop and hand it over to me but he just flew from the place telling he has somewhere to reach.So I called them next day and the other owner/ person told me his employee never promised this. He thought I was lying and started abusing us on the call using F words.Please people do not fall for this trap.

DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!These guys are liars and have no respect for the customer. They told us there was a warranty for the tires and that they would provide a receipt but they never did. When we called them to get one they started abusing us and calling us liars. They hung up on us multiple times. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Had 2 flat tires and they came out and serviced me in 30 minutes with excellent service. 10000 recommended for anyone in an emergency situation.

Tech-Rep was unable to provide same tread-pattern tires for 2 replacements or place them on opposite sides of the vehicle, a downer but not a deal breaker. Overpriced, no break-down of services (New tires ?!?), however Tech was very courteous and provided expeditious service.

Everybody is a liar here. They refused to give a receipt and then when we called he lied and started abusing us. Totally refusing to give a receipt. They said there were warranty for the wheels they changed and then once we paid them, they backed off. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY LIE AND CHEAT.

Great service. I just got my flat tire fixed by these Great guys. I love their customer service. The owner is a great person and the drivers are awesome.

Super service and price to repair my tire, it was totally damaged and they offered me a new tire with a good price and super fast service...he speaks Spanish and English and very friendly, thank you very muchSuper servicio y precio por reparar mi llanta se me da�o totalmente y me ofrecio llanta nueva con un buen precio y super rapido el servicio...habla espa�ol y ingles y muy amable muchas gracias
