This place is amazing!!! I've never had such helpful people. Their customer service went over and beyond what I ever could've expected from any business. Not only did they repair my vehicle to probably better than it was before but they paid my deductible and helped me with a rental as well. Plus they made sure my vehicle was safe to be back on the road and did it in a timely manner. I definitely recommend these guys and their services. Thanks so much !!!

DO NOT COME HERE! I was in an accident on 1-24-24 & I barely got my car back today, on 4-3-24. That s 10 weeks by the way!I have always had accidents where I was able to drive my vehicle to an insurance approved body shop. I wasn t able to drive my car & it was late so I took the recommendation of the tow truck driver to come here. Don t ever go by what they say, they usually get some kind of kickback for taking cars to certain body shops!These people are unprofessional and are liars.There was a date scheduled for a virtual inspection with my insurance. I called the next day to see how it went & the guy told me great, you will have you car in 7-10 days. I called back a week later to see if it was almost done & the secretary told me that my car hasn t even been worked on yet. I called my auto insurance and they told me that the body shop didn t do what they needed to do. When they did do what they were supposed to do it was limited photos. So my insurance company had to send someone out to look at my car. That night I received my estimate for repairs from the body shop. They ended up finding more stuff wrong with the car so that took longer.By this point 3 weeks has gone by & I had to turn in my car rental. I had to change my schedule so I could get to and from work with a co worker.I was sent the check for the estimated repairs, I wasn t able to deposit into my bank account since it needed 2 signature. My co worker took me there on our lunch break & the secretary wasn t there. A lady called the boss & he told me that he would go to my work & sign off on the check & he never did.On March 11th my sister & I went there to remove my car & take it somewhere else. They were going to charge me over $8,000 in storage fees. They don t even have a sign stating how much their storage fees are. By law they are required to have this posted.Meanwhile I m calling & calling the shop to see when my car would be ready & they could never tell me. Oh we are waiting on parts blah blah blah. The day when my sister & I went there my parts were there, they arrived over the weekend. I asked the secretary if everything was there and she said yes. The next day I was sent texts & photos of my car ACTUALLY being in the shop where it had been sitting outside for 5 weeks and a few days.I would always text the lady to see the status. She would tell me that she would call me & she never did.I finally had enough of their crap & I made a BBB Better Business Bureau complaint against them on March 18th. Companies have 14 days to respond to them in regards of the complaint. Maybe that scared them because I finally have my car back.On the Business Card that the tow truck driver provided me, it says that they pay your deductible. Don t believe them, I had to pay mine today. Which is fine, but don t say that you will pay it & don t follow through.UPDATE**** the owner responded to my first review and no one contacted me the next day (shocker) I reached out to the secretary on Friday. She called when I wasn t able to answer the call. I came here today, 4-8-24 to speak to them in person about the deductible & about 2 issues that I had after receiving my car back last Wednesday.She said that the owner said that he would be willing to give me my deductible back IF I took down this review. I told her that is NOT happening. My car issues so far The day that I received my car back I lifted the hood and seen that the washer reservoir cap was off. I tried to get it and it fell deeper into my car. I didn t need to drive my car until Friday evening, that s when my car told me that I needed washer fluid. Like really?! How does it go from full to empty Her tech grabbed a cap from another car that is the same as mine & put it on my car. He then added more fluid to the reservoir before I left. I drove not even 20 miles & my car told me that I needed washer fluid. Like did they even change the part to begin with?! Or did they not install it correctly?! My insurance was charged to replace the washer reservoir & to add washer fluid.

I want to thank everyone at San Diego Collision Center for giving me a great price and getting my repairs done very quick had my car back on the road in less than 7 days and thay was so impressive last time had my car in a auto body shop after a wreck it was over 4 weeks before my car was fixed and had it back thank you again

Don t go here.The quality of work done was not impressive at all.The website looks impressive only.What promises were not fulfilled:1. They charged with the insurance a part but it was never changed.2. They said they will give a portion of the deductible which even says in website, never done.3. Communication is very unprofessional.4. Ultimate product finished with paint was not up to the par.5. Unable to deliver my car with repairs in timely manner made me pay rental car out of my pocket.Seriously don t fall for website.

My car was hit by someone while it was parked. Of course, that person left no info and they damaged both the door and main frame. I was covering this out-of-pocket so I walked in expecting to get a quote and leave to get a second quote elsewhere before making a decision. However, Diana was able to provide a very reasonable quote quickly, and already get going by ordering a replacement door with my deposit. Once the door arrived, the work took about a week to complete as expected/hoped for this type of job. Since they already had my car, I asked them to add on the repainting of the trunk lid, which was sun-damaged and scratched up. Everything turned out perfectly! These guys know what they re doing! Throughout this process, Diana provided updates as they became available, plus she was responsive, helpful, and friendly. Thank you, San Diego Collision Center & Repair!

WARNING! Stay away from this place. They are not honest people and do mediocre quality work. They quoted me $2800 to paint my 2003 Tacoma. After the job was completed and they recieved an additional $1300 from the insurance company, they did not honor their estimate. They charged me $5800 for the job! I refused to pay the $3000 over the original estimate. They never asked or recieved authorization for the additional $3000 which they justified by showing an invoice of parts purchased by the first shop I took the truck too. The first shop did not do painting, and I unfortunately gave these thieves my business due to their low quote. When I refused to pay the extra $3000 they threatened to put a lien on my truck! I needed .y truck to go to work so and could not afford to pay for a rental and ended up paying the $3K to get my truck. Now I have to take them to small claims court if I want to get my money back. I reported them to The Bureau of Automotive Repair and they opened an investigation. The resulting report confirmed my experience and sided with me saying the repair shop was dishonest and did not follow state law to provide a detailed estimate or obtain authorization. They also could not provide receipt for any fake work or parts they claimed to have purchased. Because they never purchased them! Despite this state laws favor dishonest people and businesses. I probably will never see my money, if I do, it will take months. There were several similar complaints filed about this business. They also changed their name to hide poor reviews too! Former name was: All Insurance Collision and Auto Repair . STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!I am very aware of the business that ripped me off dont try and deny what you did! This was your scam of a business! STAY AWAY!!!

6 MONTHS LATER still they have not fixed my car,It was an insurance job. They have not even ordered the spare parts which were needed since the start. They are unprofessional and not helpful.
