Mike & the team are amazing!!! My Honda was randomly hit by someone in a parking lot and I had so many issues going through their insurance company. Mike was on it and went above and beyond to really help me get my car fixed.. my car looks amazing now! 10/10 recommend this auto repair shop. Thank you guys so much.

My experience with this body shop was amazing Mike will definitely be seeing my car again. His team fixed my cars bumper after my neighbor hit it and it looks amazing! Mike is awesome and after dealing with that nightmare of an insurance mapfre he is honestly the type of person you want to take all your cars too. I'm coming back for a paint job for sure!

I can't say enough good things about San Diego auto repair and collision. Mike is upfront about everything and he worked with my Geico adjuster to arrive at the best outcome. It only took a short time for the team to have my car looking better than before it got into an accident.

Got my car repaired here with Mike - he is very communicative and helpful; deals with the insurance for you and explains the process to make it easy. He also drove us to get a rental car after we dropped off our car for repairs. He did a great job with the repairs and I recommend this business to others. Thanks Mike!

I cannot express just how FANTASTIC of an experience I had, it was like a dream come-true to find a humanitarian (Mike) who knew exactly how to repair my poor damaged car in incredible turnaround time and affordability. I will recommend everyone I know to use Mike's shop!!!!

I was in a pretty nasty car accident that left my car almost immobile. After months of disputing this incident with insurance companies I was left with the only option of paying out of pocket for repairs. Mike was very accommodating to my situation, and did his best to salvage pieces to my vehicle to make sure I wasn't having to max out my repair charges. There were a few financial assistance options available that he had helped me sign up for, though keep in mind the loan company's are here to make money so the interest is INCREDIBLY high, which Mike was very honest about.I am very satisfied with how the repairs turned out, as my car looks and functions as if it didn't suffer the damages it had (collision damages to the front, broken head light, full adjustment to everything under the hood, front bumper, jammed right door, etc.). He was very communicative during the entirety of the repairs, and out of everyone in SD he was able to meet me where I was at financially as best he could. Would definitely go back here for future repairs, but God forbid for reasons like this initial situation.Thank you Mike!

At first, I thought it be a problem with all the cars they're working on would take long to get my car fixed, but on the positive side it turned out great! Mike told me "to not worry about it, will take care of it" and sure it did took two weeks to get my car. Very punctual, reliable, responsive, and knows what he does charging a fair price. I can't speak more highly about Mike and his team here. They are INCREDIBLE. Mike constantly communicated with me, my car is getting fixed SO quickly. I am on such a tight deadline and it will be ready by the time I need it. I am extremely thankful for them. 10/10 recommend you come here if you need your car fixed.

These Guys did an amazing job on my Tacoma, even did little extras they saw needed to be done without additional cost, as they just take pride in doing things right. Mike gave me an estimate and an amount and delivered on both, highly recommend these guys for all your body and repair work. This is the place to go if you need repairs done. The customer service is top notch and the results are great. My Nissan Pathfinder was rear ended and Mike made the process easy and convenient for me. I am very happy with the service here!

I was so lucky to stumble upon this shop. From the moment I called, Mike seemed like he was going to do everything in his power to help. He called all his connections to get me the best price on parts, and had the work done quickly. He made a point of getting me quality new parts and even explained to me the right questions to ask, and what to look for in the work I had done once I was picking up my car. The guys working in the shop were very sweet and did a quality job. Everyone I met here seemed trustworthy. I feel as if Mike and his team went above and beyond for me, and I got the impression that they make all of their customers feel the same. With that being said I would highly recommend giving them a try. They are full service, offering everything from an oil change to a paint job. You just might leave feeling as if you ve made some new friends in this big city of ours.

I came to San Diego Auto Repair and Collision shop from a referral to have my bumper fixed after a hit& run and Mike was awesome! He was very informative, and quick to get my car fixed and back to me. I would highly recommend going to his shop! I am very pleased with the work and send all of my friends to him!

This is my 2 week review! I waited 2 whole weeks and drove all over the country in my car after San Diego Auto Repair and collision fixed it up! They were fast, always responsive if I needed anything and even hooked me up on a sweet deal for my mirror! My car was in terrible condition and they made the body look brand new like it was off the lot. I couldn't be happier. Both my car and my husband s car were hit by a drunk driver and did severe damage, my insurance company wasn t the most helpful by any means. Mike was willing to fix the car and get the insurance company to dish out the money that I definitely deserved with my policy, despite being initially unwilling to. His shop also did a great job fixing my car, you can t even tell where the damage was done. Highly recommended!

Amazing work by Mike and his crew, reliable and friendly and on time. If you need any kind of repairs mike is the man to go to. 100% reliability and made my Subaru Wrx look like it never even got in an accident. The towed my vehicle right away. We re very thorough with their explanations of the repairs that were needed for my vehicle. Very friendly and responsible staff I had an unusual issue with my car and they took care of that as well. I have been to 3 other repair shops and hands down this is the best one. No hassle and your car is ready when they say it is ready.

Went to auto repair after my Honda was hit, was nervous on dealing with repair shops because I ve heard horror stories in the past, but Mike the owner is extremely friendly and has a no BS approach that will set your mind at ease about the process. Highly recommend this shop.

This is my spot. I've been coming here with my past 2 cars. They're reliable and honest. I'm the person who called 7-10 people for pricing on service for my car, not only do I want a good deal but also done correctly. And they do both. Highly recommend this guys ! Don't have to worry about taking my car there and having them brake something else like other places do. Honestly!!

This is hands down the best auto shop in the area. I originally came here for an oil change because it is very close to where I had moved, but if I ever move again I will always come back to this shop. The owner, who often goes by "Mo," is a sweet and caring small business owner who just wants to do right by his customers. I have had my brakes done and a body repair and have always been satisfied with the quote, the price, the time, and the service.

I was very happy with my overall experience. Tap and Fereyd are both friendly, honest, and they follow through. I was quoted $90 for brake pads, when 3 other shops quoted $140-$160. Although I was skeptical, I took my chances. I was stoked to end up paying only $95 with taxes! they had a quick turnaround and my brakes work great still. I definitely recommend these guys. I discovered City Heights Auto Repair on Craigslist while searching for a replacement engine for my Toyota. I chose this particular shop because the previous estimate I received for repairs was more than the value of the car. I was convinced by the mechanic at City Heights that my engine could be re-built for a lot less that an engine replacement.The entire repair process took a couple weeks, but during that time I received updates about the status of the repairs, and was also invited in to view the internals of the damaged engine. After being allowed to view the damaged parts, I was happy to have chosen this repair facility. In short, I received a completely overhauled engine that runs as good as when new.After a few days of driving the vehicle, I noticed an oil leak, and notified City Heights mechanic right away. I was told to bring the car back, and in they made the repairs almost immediately, without any argument whatsoever.I will not hesitate to return to this repair shop. Their work is honest, professional and thorough. I have since received follow-up phone calls from this shop to ensure my vehicle is still operating properly. The customer service here is terrific, and I will be sure to tell my friends and relatives of the positive experience I had with City Heights Auto Repair.
