I found this business thru Yelp, and after receiving a few quotes I went with them due to the GREAT reviews (all 5.0 stars) and competitive pricing. Danny was super helpful and no-pressure with choosing. I went with Ceramic IR 25% for sides/back, Crystalline 70% windshield, and couldn t be happier with the result! A great experience all around, highly recommend!!

Had an awesome experience. The process was done quickly and perfectly. Each tint film was explained to me thoroughly and comes with a lifetime warranty. I m coming back here for each car I own. I highly recommend San Diego Auto Glass and Tint to anyone considering getting their windows tinted.

Great place! Danny and his team are awesome! Workmanship and customer service are top notch!Got my new Tesla Y performance tinted and ceramic coated. 70% 3M crystalline on the front windshield and 15% ceramic on the front sides. Really close match to the factory back windows. Looks super clean!

They have done tinting on two of my cars and I will always come back to them so long as they are in business. The cars look great and they give their best advice on to what actually will improve your car looks and functionality. Never had a bad experience and I know they would go out of their way to make customers happy. Highly recommend!

I've recently got my old subie tinted (3M obsidian, 50% front, 25% back) and it looks just great! Guys got the job done in about 2 hours. Amazing service and reasonable price, totally recommend this place!

I went to San Diego Auto Glass and Tint on Saturday, January 20, 2024. I wanted to get my windows tinted on my 2019 Mazda6. After discussing the options with Danny, he told me that it would be about 4 hours, which was correct. I actually waited in the customer lounge the entire time. This enabled me to see how the staff interacted with the incoming customers. Danny was very patient and fully explained every detail to every customer! (One guy wanted the price for his car that he got from back in 2019! Again, Danny was very patient and professional with him!) When my car was done, I went out to retrieve it, and I was very impressed! They even put a sticky tape over my button panel, explaining NOT to roll down the windows for 3-5 days, which Danny, of course, already told me in the lounge! Outstanding job! I am very impressed with San Diego Auto Glass and Tint! Thank you, Danny, Nick, and the rest of the crew!

Ripped my headliner when replacing my windshield. Also pressured me to get my headlights refurbished, charged me an extra $75 without mentioning that I ever had so pay for this. Came into my home to use my restroom and did not close my front door or flush the toilet. Gross, rude, and unprofessional. I tried to contact after the fact about my issues and Frank told me that god loves me, god bless instead of apologizing or ever addressing the fact that he left my car interior a complete mess and again, ripped and busted a hole in my headliner and said nothing. I m not a god fearing person, so I m honestly uncomfortable that he would even say that without knowing me at all. Overall, weird situation and I know I got ripped off.

I had an amazing experience! Everyone was super nice. I had my small son with me and was prepared to wait the approximate 3 hours, but they got it done in half the time because I had my child with me. For me, that was just above and beyond my expectations. As far as the work itself, 10/10 definitely recommending it to everyone

I brought in my Porsche GT3 to have it tinted in 3M Crystalline and paint protection film added to protect the finish.I also ended up calling back to add the ceramic coating while the vehicle was being worked on.I am very happy with the results and the process was hassle free.They definitely exceeded my expectations as they are very professional.I ve had many cars tinted and I have been to numerous window tinting places in San Diego but nobody comes close to these guys.Thank you to everyone that worked on my vehicle I will definitely bring back any future cars.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement, Vehicle window tinting

I had my Bentley tinted with 3M Crystalline 40% on all the windows and 70% front windshield. Wow what an amazing product Crystalline is. I ve had ceramic window tinting in the past and this is a night and day difference.The interior of my car stays cooler on those hot summer days without having to go with dark tint.The guys took about 4 hours from start to finish and the results are just flawless. This was my first experience tinting car windows. Danny was very patient in answering all of my questions and educating me about the available options. The shop was able to get me in the same day and the time for application was very reasonable. Excellent quality of work, as well. Overall, very pleased with my experience !

I had my tints installed here in 2018. Over time my windshield tint started developing some tiny spots that made it difficult to see at night. I called SD Auto Glass & Tint and they schedule me an appointment right away, since their 3M Crystalline has a lifetime warranty (make sure you keep the receipt/tag). The Crystalline tint is worth the money, too; it definitely keeps my car a couple of degrees cooler. Great tint shop, people, and I ll definitely be coming back, to get any future vehicle tinted!
