Had a great experience with Emily part of the mobile service team. She was friendly and did super clean work. Thank you Emily and Rivian service for a great experience, it was really refreshing not having to bring my truck in to get worked on!

I have had an excellent experience with their mobile service team, specifically Robert, who is an excellent tech. Professional, courteous, respectful of my vehicle, and capable. He was able to fix several tailgate alignment issues that came from the factory and was very detail and customer service oriented. So much so that when I ve had other minor issues, I ve requested him and each time he has always been great. He s even given me a quick tour of his EDV electric mobile service van which is a cool piece of equipment they have built out for their mobile service team.The mobile service team based out of the SD facility is overall excellent and have been able to fix items via mobile appts that central Rivian service said would require bringing in the vehicle to the service center. Obviously having them come out to your home is much more convenient if a repair can be performed that way.

The service center is a nice place to bring your Rivian to. The associates are very friendly all times and take the time to help you out. I've had nothing but good experiences so far with the personnel. My only gripe is how inflated the Rivian prices of the tchotchkes and paraphernalia are.Luis is awesome and great to interact with.

San Diego's Mobile Service Team did an outstanding job getting my vehicle ready for more adventures. I wish every car service appointment could be this easy! I was on a call for work when Ben arrived, and he started right in on getting the work done. He shared a lot of insights with me after about the electric vehicle, and it was great to have one-on-one communication with an expert.

Nice folks in person, quality work overall, but this SC has some serious communication issues and has had our trucks more than a week past when they were promised, more than once. Answering the phone when CS patches a customer through,, would be a great start to improvement.
