It was absolutely a nightmare dealing with this business. I have never seen business employees acting in this manner before. A few weeks ago, I went for an alignment. After they were done, one of their employees took my card to charge me for the service. The employee ran my card once and then gave it back to me. After a few seconds, he asked for my credit card again, claiming the transaction didn t go through, so I handed it over.A few days later, I noticed that they had charged my card twice. I called the business and spoke with a man who identified himself as the manager. I explained my situation to him, and he responded by saying, Well, we don t know. I explained again, and he told me to bring my bank statements to him and then abruptly hung up on me.Today, I went back and asked for the manager. A short guy with a tattoo on his arm claimed to be the manager. I explained the situation, but he immediately cut me off, blaming my bank for the double charge. He said this had happened at his business before, and customers had disputed it with their banks. This explanation didn t make sense to me, so I asked how it was my bank s fault. I asked if I could speak to someone else above him. He became verbally aggressive, started swearing for no reason, and even talked about wanting to fight me. Clearly, he has some issues. Since he was escalating the situation, I called the non-emergency number. When the authorities arrived, they suggested I take him to small claims court. It was absolutely crazy.

I came in for air on tire service request. On 11/13/23 at 12pm I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was received by a young man with arm tattoos, both employees had no name tags to get the names. I got my tires checked. As I drove off I checked my tires and they were missing the special valve caps I originally had bought for my car. As I drive back to the shop I asked the tattoo guy about my valve caps, he got very aggressive and disrespectful raised his voice and at that moment I felt threatened and I raised my voice at him and I told him I wasn't going to allow him to speak to me in that way. Other customers were frightened by his behavior. Then he directed the other employee to replace my caps, I asked why he didn't do it himself when he was the one who did my tire work. I understood that he might be a type of supervisor, I stated that it wasn't professional the way he was acting and a way to treat a customer. If he was a supervisor in no way was he trained or the right person for the job he had no leadership for any employer to receive his training or supervision. I'm truly disappointed with the treatment I received and I have been a faithful customer for years. I have supported this shop for a long time. I will never come visit any of this shops. I will let my family and friends to not visit as well. This is my experience and it was horrible. I drive about 45 min thinking it's a family shop and it took this event for me to never return. We must do better in training, customer service is a must for any shop to succeed. You loss one customer you loss many more with references. Hire equivalent, educated and employees that care for your company understanding and wanting it to grow. Treat customers like family. People need paychecks but customers need quality service. I'm living my review to warn you about this place in hopes things change and they get better training educated staff.

Changed my tires, rotors, and sensors, and aligned my car. Professional, friendly, and great prices. Definitely recommend it if you're in the area.

Amazing service! These guys are so nice and welcoming! Being a girl who doesn t know a whole lot about cars I always get nervous with any auto body shop experience but I truly felt safe and well taken care of for an amazing price! Don t look any further this is the place!

Salvador and his dad were great!, looked busy but it didn t take more than 10 minutes for my tired to get fixed, felt welcome and comfortable, very professional as well, thank you!

Decided to come to this shop for an alignment since A4A tire shop down the street was super busy. They charge an average price of $60 for an alignment. Not the $45 as pictured.... Figured this shop would meet expectations... What a mistake. My alignment is worse off after this shop touched my car then before. My car is aggressively steering to the right now, much worse. Buyer beware... Stay away. Never coming back here again.

Absolutely awesome. Fausto was so kind and I got into a set of used tires for far less than I would ve paid at a retail tire store. I was in and out in like 30 minutes and he was just so nice to work with. I doubt I ll ever go anywhere else again.

These guys were so cool, professional, honest, trustworthy, friendly, quick, fair priced ! Perfect, I even returned for more work and was stunned with their mad mechanical skills ! I'm impressed. My favorite new mechanics

Called to price a set of tires. I tried to ask how to find the size of the car tires. He told me to find the size and call back and then he just hung up. His Customer service skills need work.

After seeing many positive reviews, I decided to call for a price check only to be hung up on mid-conversation. Companies that cannot respect its customers in giving good customer service should not receive service from the public. Please do not spend your money here.

This place is the best! My dad took me there years ago ans I've been going ever since. They don't always have the right size tire, but they can get it for you.

Excellent service from the guys here. They. Balanced and rotated and checked the other two tires for me. Also gave me water while I waited. I think these guys are great!

Be careful when buying used tires hereThey installed a tire that was trash the wall was repaired it exploded on me the next day they will sell you bad tires very dangerous watch out they don't care anything to make a buck

I purchased two used tires for sixty dollars for the pair and came two find out that the next day one of them were bad. So I went back they told me that their was nothing that they could do. I told them what are you talking about first of all you took the money cash without a problem and second of all you don't give receipts. This place is just a rip off so any one out their plans to go their don't let your self fall in the same shoes. They need to be shut down.

Great service! Did not try and sell me anything I didn't need. $30 out the door in under 30 min. They take Debit/Credit card unlike many others in the area.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Limited selection of the more standard tire sizes. Sell new tires too, but mostly off brand.

$45 for Alignment. $15 for fix a flat if it's on the Tread of tire. Not Shoulder. Good spot for a Quick fix.

Best place in my neighborhood to get used or pop tire i had an awesome deal on use tires and they even balance them im very happy with the work they did oh and the staff is really nice and helpful will definitely be visiting them again

Got an almost brand new pair of tires when I needed them ASAP and waa only there about 20min :) Downside is there is nowhere to sit and wait and while I was standing in the garage, I got torn to shreds by mosquitos:/
