Amazing first time Porsche experience from start to finish. After beginning to explore the possibility of our first 911 we stopped by Porsche San Diego and were fortunate enough to be met by Adriana Vallecillo. I give Adriana a 10/10 on Porsche knowledge, customer service, and sales approach. Zero pressure, accommodating, and gave me ample time to mull things over as I looked at options. I ended up with a stunning 911 4 GTS and couldn t be happier. Revision from my previous post In early November, the 2 front wheels on my 997.2 Carrera GTS coupe were damaged when brake pads were being installed. After working with the Service Manager Michael Del Real, this issue has been resolved. Michael ensured my wheels were repaired and took good care of me. Thank you for making this right & restoring my trust in this dealership!

OMG, I am genuinely lost for words with this dealership. I contacted them over a month ago in the hope to purchase a new 911 Turbo S cabriolet.They have a spec amendable allocation that will arrive at the time suitable with my requirements. I provided the build I would like to buy and have now been chasing my contact for over 3 weeks to secure, but he is still waiting for a window to speak with his manager to get it allocated to me so I can pay my holding deposit!!! Sorry but if this is the speed it takes to get it signed off I have no faith in this vehicle ever being delivered!If this is how you sell cars of $290k I worry how much money you must be making in such an economic climate.I have given up even trying to communicate with the sales contact now as it s utterly pointless!I hope management pick this up and intervene as well as invest in sales training so you don t continue to lose new customers!Don t get me wrong, I m a prolific Porsche buyer and owner with over 20 911 s owned to date and have 3 cars in our ownership in the UK between my wife and I. We are very aware of how a professional Porsche dealership should operate, and you are not reaching that standard!Gutted because I m not buying my desired vehicle, but also as I don t expect to hear from you again.

It s shocking how the same transaction can be so wildly different I purchased a Taycan from another SoCal Porsche dealership in Orange County and our experience was one of the worst I had ever experienced. It was so bad that we had to return the car the following day and cancel the entire purchase. Eric @ SD Porsche came to the rescue and turned our nightmare into one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail is unmatched and his patience was unwavering. He made us feel like our transaction was a celebration and we are so excited to finally be a part of the Porsche family. I couldn t imagine ever buying a car from someone else. I am acutely aware of the standards of professionalism and respect required in any business interaction. It is with regret that I must report my exceedingly disappointing experience at the Porsche dealership located at 9020 Miramar Rd, San Diego, CA 92126.My visit was intended for comparison shopping between the Range Rover Sport and the Porsche Cayenne S. Initially, I had a delightful experience at the Range Rover dealership.Unfortunately, the same level of courtesy was starkly absent at the Porsche dealership. From the outset, the conduct of one of their salesmen, Adam Shemesh, was not only unprofessional but also belittling.Despite informing Mr. Shemesh of my interest in test driving the Cayenne S, he continuously attempted to dissuade me, insinuating multiple times that the vehicle was beyond my financial reach. This unfounded presumption not only delayed the process but highlighted a concerning judgmental attitude that no potential customer should have to endure.It took nearly 45 minutes before I was begrudgingly allowed to proceed with the test drive a process that was abruptly paused when Mr. Shemesh demanded to see my proof of full coverage insurance as I was about to enter the driver s seat. Although I complied without incident and continued the test drive, the initial interactions had already soured the experience.The treatment I received at this dealership was not only unprofessional but also felt discriminatorily based on a superficial assessment of my financial capabilities. This is unacceptable in any service industry, especially in a high-end dealership where clients expect a standard of service commensurate with the luxury vehicles being sold.This experience was a stark reminder that even high-end brands are not immune to the failings of prejudgment and poor customer service. I urge the management of this Porsche dealership to reevaluate their training programs and ensure that their staff understands the importance of respect and professionalism in all customer interactions.I hope that my feedback prompts this dealership to make the necessary improvements to meet the expected standards of the brand they represent. Horrendous treatment of customers, unworthy of second rate used car lot, let alone the Porsche brand.Before my visit I already agreed on a specific price and provided all financial documentation for a fast transaction. Furthermore, I notified the dealership in advance exactly when I will arrive. For 10 minutes, I was treated to a deserted front desk. Various employees walked by in the background, noticing me, but not one seemed to be bothered by the fact that a customer was standing in front of an empty front desk, nor did they show any signs of wanting to help. I do not want to ascribe any bad will to anyone; I assume it was just utter incompetence.

Adam was great and friendly, and explained everything to the best of his ability. If he didn t know, he found out. I did a ton of research so I felt pretty well educated coming in and he mirrored what I had learned. One thing I do wish - I wish I was informed of all the extra packages (tire protection, extra year of warranty, etc) I was told of when paying for the car much earlier in the process. I know that my particular transaction happened fast (I paid cash for the car) and I may still not have taken advantage of them, but at least I could have made a better informed decision.

Eric Shook was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. This was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. Munawar Sial was great with explaining the financing and working with me to get a plan that is doable for me. The car buying process was actually fun. In my many years of car buying experience I have never said that. This was the most stress free car buying experience I have ever had.

Adriana was attentive, knowledgeable, engaging and very helpful. She was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to sit with me and explain the many features on the car. I called her twice today with questions and she answered my questions quickly and with kindness in her voice. The gentleman in finance was equally attentive, knowledge and kind. I sat with him on Friday and then again on Sunday when I went to pick up the car. He explained the extra packages I purchased and took the time to reassure me that what I chose were beneficial to me and my car in the future

I had the 84k service done for my 911. The service advisor, Nicole, was great! My only wish was that I would have asked to see the inspection checklist so I could know what services were performed by the technician. My car is running great!

I was with Riverside Porsche where I purchased my Macan GTS and because Jon Schroder helped me deal with a suspension failure in the first 500 miles he transitioned me to your dealership when I was considering Hohen Porsche. During this first service he answered many questions and replaced my windshield wipers because one had blown off while driving.

Has to bring my car in for a minor recall. Not only did they complete the recall repair, but they alsogave my car a complete inspection of the undercarriage, and that was a bonus for me. They were completely thorough and I got to drive a very clean and shiny car home. I love my car,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

A very polite and nice lady took my service appointment - I'm sorry I can't remember her name. On the service day, my service advisor Paul Dolan described in detail of my expected service. My technician Uriel Garcia completed the service, performed a MPI, and shared the inspection videos with me and performed excellent work on my new 992GTS. Both provided courteous, positively professional, and great customer service. Keep up the great work!

5 stars for Porsche San Diego, specifically Chris Strole. Chris in sales went above and beyond on my recent purchase. He's helped me over the years as I've purchased my cars from Porsche San Diego as long as I've been a Porsche owner. I can wholeheartedly recommend Porsche San Diego and Chris Strole. You won't be disappointed with the care you receive. Seems in today's world, customer service is over looked. Not here.

When I was not able to get a loaner car, Richard arranged a Lyft to take me home. That was nice, but of course that meant that at home I did not have a car. I didn't dock you on that, but in the future if you can count your loaners and your appointments, maybe you can avoid having to send someone home without a car.

Make sure the loaners provided are not smoked in or at least clean to get rid of smell.Make sure to test drive any vehicle that has undergone engine work to ensure engine is performing properly before telling customer car is ready.
