So I had two cracks from a rock about a quarter size each. The nice guy was able to work on my truck right away. He charged me $110. Both cracks are still visible. I am giving 5 stars because I appreciate small business, but I won't pretend I wasn't just a little bummed. This is the first time I've had a crack fixed, so if he told me he could only do so much, I would have been less bummed and more understanding. A family mechanic told me he'd be able to get me a while new windshield for $100 more. I might have considered this if I knew the cracks should still be visible as they are.

Got hit by a rock and had a star shaped crack - it was quite visible.But Gil at Pitstop did a great job, its practically invisible now. Fast service - 30 min. Had a long crack in my windshield that I needed to have taken care of right away. Very friendly and honest service. He explained the possible cons and price difference between fixing the crack vs the whole windshield. I decided to fix the crack only. It is still noticeable, but I knew it would be, thanks to his explanation. Plus, it isn't *super* noticeable, and I can live with it. Thanks for the great service!

Fantastic service. Stopped in and was helped right away! In and out in 20 minutes and saved me $900! Another company wanted to replace the whole windshield, but he was able to repair mine for $70. Gil always does an outstanding job of identifying pits & chips. The name pit stop is apt, since he makes sure any pits of nicks don t turn into cracks. He s honest & will tell you if there s a mom-issue. I prefer coming here because I trust the service. For safety in ensuring you don t get cracks spreading across your windshield, this is the best service!

Had a vicious star crack on my new car coming back from Phoenix. This was a bad crack. It looked like 2 rocks had simultaneously stuck the windshield a cm apart. Figured no matter the repair, I'd see the damage.I had heard good things about Pitstop (plus checked Yelp and Google reviews to confirm) and felt good about bringing the car to them. Just drove up and friendly guy tells me 30 minutes (I had 2 cars in front of me).No problem, go into DQ for a quick bite, came back out 30 minutes later and Gil is putting on the fill for the divots. He finishes up and I can't believe how great a job this is. It's almost impossible to see the cracks and the fill just looks like a tiny water spot.Although I hope I never have another windshield crack, we all know I will. And I'll be going to Pitstop for the repair.

SO SO IMPRESSED. I was out of there in about 15 minutes! $40 WHAT!!?? Safelite wanted to rape my wallet and quoted me $127 (pfff!). I had a small chip that has spread into a half inch crack now I can't tell where the chip and crack was. Great experience.

Fast friendly service I had a small star shaped crack from a rock front windshield. After repair it looked smaller and I no longer got the prism effect from sun light. Highly recommended. They did a repair for me a few years ago that ended up not holding, and they credited me the cost of the repair towards the replacement windshield! Great service, and they stand behind their work!

In and out in 10 min. Had a pretty bad chip in my window shield and a friend suggested this guy. Super friendly, fixed my issue quickly and only 40$. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Out of nowhere I got hit by something near 52 at Convoy. I called Pitstop and drove straight there today and was out in like 20 minutes. I can barely see where it was. Good service and worth the drive to save a few bucks.

rock dinged windshield an hour ago, googled windshield repair, went to little kiosk in carmel mountain mini mall. Really quick service, nice guy, inexpensive, in and out in 30 minutes despite two other vehicles being repaired when i got there. And what was half inch crack is now an unnoticeable dot.

I was out in 15 minutes. Receipt in hand for insurance reimbursement. This guy is awesome. Always does a great job when I get rock damage on my windshield.

Great windshield repair! I had two dime sized rock-chips on my windshield. I now can't even see where one was and can barely tell where the other was. Very professional and friendly, and a great price too!

Coming from Colorado I caught a rock just about the time I got to the state line!! Luckily I remembered this spot by Trader Joe's and they were open. $60 and 20 minutes for a fix.
