My company has been using Performance Auto for many years for our fleet vehicles, and I also bring my personal vehicle to them. I trust nobody else but them and I know that they will always take good care of me and offer a more than fair price. If you need someone reliable, look no further.

Performance was recommended by a close friend. My wife has an old Camry that had been into another Toyota only shop. Well we brought it in multiple times for check engine light and asked for a once over as my wife though her brakes were going and they said no next time.Well when the the check engine light came on again we decided to take it to performance Auto. Our friends recommended shop. 1) the properly tested and found two smog related things we needed and said one forsure and other eventual(no upsell). We did not mention the brakes. But as a good inspection should they said they needed replacing.We picked up the car tonight and my wife says it drives better and 100% notices the brakes performance. No more grinding.We are super pleased and I will bring my car there and my daughter s who unfortunately went to the other shop and she still has issue. We are so lucky we found them. Its family owned and everyone is super nice.Thanks Performance.

I was accommodated right at a point in time when my car required to get its oil and filter quickly. They cooperated well and readily helped me on my car works. Besides, they also checked a couple of other works that also required to be fixed immediately. I remain highly grateful to them for doing a marvelous job beyond my expectations.

Man I love this place !!I brought my car here with a funky grinding noise. Andre was awesome!! Figured out the issue real quick and was able to work with me on solutions that I was able to afford.A trustworthy shop that I have no worries about bringing in my cars.

This place is honestly the best!!! They are honest and kind and do whatever they can do help their clients. I was blown away by the quality of work, honest prices, and just amazing service!!!!!! I moved here two years ago from Baltimore for school and struggled to find a shop that was honest and didn't rip me off....I wish I would have found this place sooner!!!!!!!! I had made an appointment to have my struts and shocks checked, but then had a coolant leak on a coolant line on a turbo that was difficult to reach. Not only did they figure out how to reach and repair my coolant line but they also discovered within minutes of being there my suspension issue as well and made the proper adjustments to it as well. Thier work is great and the prices fair. If you are having any problems with your car I highly recommend that you check theses guys out. The service is outstanding.

This shop is great! Tiffany, the Ninja that runs the office, is solid. She s great at figuring out what we are describing, translating that to the fantastic mechanics and only occasionally sending us back the rodents that we bring them in the engines. We use them for every car in the family. Honest. Reliable. Trustworthy. For several years now we have 100% recommended them to everyone.

Tiffany, Ryan, and Miguel are great people. They helped diagnose a persistent problem with my Honda Accord and I couldn t be more pleased with the results. I moved to San Diego a few years ago and my car stopped on the 805 one morning on my way to work. The tow truck driver recommended this shop and they have been my lifesavers ever since. Their work is impeccable. Tiffany and Ryan are very knowledgeable and completely honest. I recommend them to everyone and I would never use another mechanic as long as they are around. I've been going here for years now with multiple cars ranging various situations and problems. It's your general mom & pop shop. For general maintenance and/or repairs, cool. I would not recommend bringing modded cars here or older vehicles (anything before 1990) here. They don't have the knowledge or patience to deal with them, but they have damn good customer service and highly care about their customers.

It is getting harder to find places with great customer service nowadays and these guys delivered. They were easy to talk to and very accommodating with schedules. The services (upgraded shocks and struts) were reasonably priced and they did not up-charge. This is a great automotive shop. I came in for a brake pad change and the ones I ordered from CARiD didn't fit my vehicle. They quickly resolved this issue by picking up the correct pads from an auto store down the road and installed those ones for me. They were incredibly kind during this inconvenience that I caused them. Overall, this shop is run by great people who do a great job!Service: Brakes

I had a very unusual problem with my old 1995 Ford Mustang. I found this shop my accident and in desperate need for immediate assistance. My car would not turn off due to a small plastic piece in my steering wheel column. I was impressed with how quickly it was diagnosed and worked on immediately. The second time I took the car in my CV joints were replaced. It had a loud noise and again it was diagnosed accurately, and quickly and the work was done within one day. Next I am taking my car in for brakes this week. Look no more , this shop is HIGH performing and HIGHLY recommended. ;)

This place is my go to at all times!! They are truly an ethical trustworthy mechanic. I went in to get my brakes done and they actually called me back to tell me they were still in good shape. Very few mechanics operate like this. Don t hesitate to take your car in here every time!!

If I could give a 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Tiffany took care of my engine misfire and replaced my ignition coils within half a day. And, I never write reviews, so that should say a lot.

Love this place and Tiffany is so nice! They helped remove a socket that I got stuck on my locking lug nut a few months ago when no other place would help, so when my check engine light came on a few days ago I knew exactly where to take it. They re 17 miles away from me but I ll always make the trek for great service! They fixed my car and it was cheaper than I expected! Awesome mechanic. Went in to check codes for an intermittent engine light. No appointment needed and they did some quick research into the problem and related symptoms and steered me towards a cheaper, simpler fix before replacing expensive parts. Definitely a great small business to support.
