This is the best auto shop in San Diego. I own two Mercedes and Clinton and his team always take excellent care of me as a customer. They re straightforward on estimating and update you along the way if there are any issues or change-orders necessary, unlike most shops who surprise you down the line with higher than expected charges. These guys will not let you down! A+ work, great service, excellent communication. Thanks for raising the bar, guys!

I was really tired of taking my car to the BMW Service Dept at the dealer - I saw that Pacific Highway Auto Repair worked on BMW's - I spoke with Clinton and I decided to give them a try. I had great service, clear communication on what was needed and would highly recommend them. Very pleased with the outcome of my service there on 11/14/23. Thank you Clinton!

I went to Pacific Highway Auto Repair based on a recommendation to have my car inspected and possibly repaired. The person I spoke with over the phone was helpful and friendly, so I decided to drop off my car. Despite living in Poway and having to drive 25-30 miles to get there, I didn't mind. They charged me a $177 inspection fee, which I was completely fine with. The next day, they called me and explained all the issues my car had, which was helpful information. However, my first disappointment arose when their quote for the repairs turned out to be excessively overpriced. Being in the auto parts industry, I have a good understanding of part costs. I politely declined their quote and took my car back. We shook hands and I left. Everything seemed fine until I opened the hood after returning home. They had removed the airbox to inspect the car but didn't bother to reinstall it. While this may seem like a minor issue, I don't appreciate it when people don't complete their tasks properly.

I got my car serviced at Pacific Highway Auto repair .the service was very professional and they gave me an honest explanation of what was needed on my car. They are very knowledgeable and obviously have a lot of experience in dealing with complicated issues. Thank you to Clinton and the staff!

Pacific Auto was outstanding. My car wasn't operating properly. My car is operating like new again after I brought it in for diagnostic and repair. I will be back for more repairs in the future.

I was referred by a friend to take my car to Pacific Highway Auto Repair. He had nothing but good things to say about this business and the people who work here. So I took his recommendation.I called Pacific Highway Auto and made an appointment to drop my car off. When I got there, I spoke with Clinton who got me set up to look at my vehicle. He said he would reach out to me to let me know what the prognosis was for my car. I was presently surprised I was sent a link to the inspection that was performed. It was also followed up by a call to give them permission to do the work needed. I got my car back and I'm so happy with the service and work done on my vehicle. I feel I got it back in better performing shape than when I would take it to the dealership. I will continue to take my cars here to get serviced. In fact, I already recommended a client of mine to come here. Clinton and his team are AMAZING. My car was having issues with squeaky brakes and they gave me a thorough breakdown of what the issue was and what needed repair, they were able to perform the service quick and efficiently. My experience was a breeze. I was quoted for a repair in advance when calling. I was able to source the parts I needed myself and brought them to use. The staff was professional and the location looked clean and bright. My car was done the same day although i couldn t pick it up till the next morning due to work. They kept my car inside the locked bays overnight for safety. Will definitely be using them again when and if I need another repair. Thank you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Clinton saved me over $1,000 by not selling me something another mechanic said I needed. He gave me a FREE estimate which ended up being a simple problem much cheaper than my original diagnosis. These guys are great. 10/10 recommend.

I needed my brakes done up front on the Mercedes S430. This shop was recommended by a friend that it could perform the upmost professional level of service. They were friendly and reasonable. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Pacific Highway Auto Repair. I was leaving for a trip the next day and they let me have my Volkswagen towed to their shop when it wouldn't start so they could figure it out while I was gone. I had never been there but a friend recommended them highly. The whole time they kept me updated and quickly got my ignition fixed, plus some vehicle maintenance. They were super flexible so that my friend could come pick up the car as I was still out of town. A week later when a bulb broke in one of my lights, they fixed it quickly with no appointment and were easy to work with. I will definitely go back to them in the future!

I initially just needed my brake pads replaced, but these gentlemen were extremely helpful and kind and considerate with everything regarding my car and at such a more reasonable price than the dealerships I d recently visited. They even drove me to a coffee shop nearby so I could work remotely while they worked on my car. It was quoted out within an hour of dropping it off, and labor was completed within 4-5 hours. I will be coming back for help with other parts of my car, but so grateful I actually did the research and found this diamond in the rough!! My BMW needed servicing and a taillight was out. This place isn't far from where I live in Point Loma and they got me in really quickly. The service was fast and the staff very friendly. I went in with no appointment and was distraught from a horrible noise coming from my car. The owner Brian and manager Clinton inspected my car right then. I am so grateful to these guys. They fixed my car at an affordable rate. I was so grateful to all the guys there I brought them lunch to say thank you. This will be the place I bring my car should I need repairs in the future. My engine was making sounds that were very concerning. There was a possibility I may have to replace it according to another garage I took it to. I wanted a second opinion from someone who works on BMW s. Thank god I did because they replaced some pulleys, a belt and tensioner arm and now the engine is smoother than ever and quieter than it s been since I ve owned the vehicle. The best part is, once diagnosed, they fixed the car same day! I ll be coming back for all my BMW maintenance needs for sure. Pacific Highway Auto Repair is my new car mechanic. I had a starter go out in my Honda Accord and I had it towed into themat 12 pm. They had my car back to me at 5pm the same day with a brand new starter. That is amazing service! I took my 2009 Honda civic here to pacific highway about a week ago for an issue regarding my starter, Mr.Clinton was very kind and helpful diagnosing the issue and giving me a very reasonable price for my cars starter. My car runs amazing and has no issues. I d also like to address that he removed one of my dash lights on my car for the tire pressure and I never asked about that, it goes to show how much pacific highway cares for their customers.
