I'll recommend not to trust them. The first time, I ordered the painting service. That's horrible. They just painted my car on the street with dirt and wind blew. You can imagine what the painting looks like. I told them it's not acceptable, but Peter just kept saying that will be fine after two weeks. You know what, it's almost two years later. Nothing changed to better but worse.The second time, my car engine got squeaky noise. He told me that's the water pump. They changed it and charged me $475. But a few days later, the noise comes out again. He said that's the idler pulley. Okay. Another $75. This time the noise was gone longer-- two weeks. I called them, they told me Peter went to vacation for two weeks.The biggest mistake is I should not go back after the painting problem. I hope you can see my experience. Good luck

I don t recommend this place , got my car for light & Brakes inspection, before I go there I tested everything and worked, when I get there they told me to stay in the little lobby and wait, see when they open the hood of my car and come back to me saying the lights don t work , I think they disconnected something and then told me that something in the wiring was not correct and that it would take 3 to 4 hours to do the work, I told them that it was fine, but they didn't know that I would be watching them closely. which is what they did with my car, and that's how they took it off the ramp and took it to the back of the workshop, after 45 minutes I returned and asked them about my car and they nervously told me that they already had it and that I should come back in half an hour, since they had told me that it would take 3 to 4 hours, they told me that they had already done the work that they had to remove the car's bumper, but I had tied part of it with zip ties and they did not remove it , they are deceptive guys, be careful

Fantastic service. Friendly and professional. My car broke down 3 hours away from home on a Friday evening. The first mechanic I went to wouldn't even look at my car until Monday. So I called one stop auto center and they were willing to look at my car on Friday and it was fixed by Saturday morning. He not only fixed the issue but he looked at the entire car and told me of other issues that it had that I had missed. My car runs great. I had not noticed how bad it had gotten but now that I have it back it's like driving a cloud. If I ever need a mechanic in the area again I will definitely go to them.

Local repair shop with honest reliable worth done at a fair cost. Go see Peter and he's not going to nickel and dime you. Quality work by honest mechanics. I have yet to feel taken advantage of and I really appreciate the fast turn around.

I'd say -5 Stars. It's my mom's vehicle. 3rd computer $900 - $1200 each, battery $140, coil, spark plugs and wires $700. Runs worse than before, dies check engine light and wrench light on.

There aren't enough words to describe how much I appreciate Peter and his team at One Stop Auto Service Center. I brought to him my beloved car after it was sitting for so many months without being used that it needed significant repairs. Peter fixed everything and now it purrs like a kitten and has the power of a lion. Peter and his team have been a pleasure to work with, they've gone the extra mile to be thorough and test everything they worked on, and I would trust them with any car. One word: Great!Truly great customer service from the moment I called them and requested a quote for my breaks. I mentioned that they had been grinding and Peter told me to come in as soon as possible. I went in to get my car serviced and he offered me a fair price, showed me the parts that were worn out and explained the solution. The work took about two hours or less to replace my front breaks and rotors. I will be back to replace my rear breaks as well since Peter and his team did a great job.

I went in for a brake lamp inspection and worked with Peter. The work was done quickly and efficiently and it was completed faster than his quoted time. I had to search all over San Diego to find a shop that can do this and I'm really glad I found Peter and his shop. I highly recommend!

Peter helped us with our Mitsubishi outlander tire/rim problem he inspected the issue right away and offered to fix it for us right away. Although he was busy he took the time to talk to us and guid us genuinely unlike other shops. Great guy and business to work with.Service: TiresService: Tires

This place needs to clean up their property. It's a dump! Brings down the whole center. Have some pride and clean up your shop, especially behind the building. Looks terrible !

The staff at One Stop are professional and detail oriented. They very kindly explain everything you need to know about your vehicle, what needs to be done and the timeline in which it will be done. They were straight forward and reasonable about pricing and worked very efficiently. I would recommend their services to any family member or friend; in fact my mother is going to bring one of her vehicles in now after observing their knowledgeable professionalism when she brought me to get my car.

Peter and his crew are incredibly caring people who know their mechanics. My 1992 Chevy truck ( Angus) broke down on the SAN Diego freeway, after driving 900 miles from Vancouver , Canada. They were the only shop that were open at the time, so out of pure desperation, I had it towed to this shop. How fortunate was I to find this place?? They diagnosed my issues, provided me with prompt service and up front pricing. Peter explained the process, and only did the work that was necessary...no upselling, no shady business..just pure genuine HONESTY and PASSION for the mechanics trade. Superb customer service, I was helped by Peter who I was informed via other reviews of being an excellent mechanic. He explained everything and was effective in communicating to my car s needs. He was accurate about how long the work would take and through their work they were able to have my car running better than it has in a long time. I will be returning here for all future repairs and services any of my vehicles need. Brake and lamp inspection. Nice guy helped me and matched competitors pricing and only had to wait 15 minutes to get the brake and lamp inspection done. Highly recommend

On road trip from mid-west, Peter took care of us and did a top notch job.I blew a radiator hose, which was an OEM only part and he got it installed as quick as possible and also brought to my attention how poorly my brakes were functioning which needed all new pads, rotors etc... Being from out of town his communication and honesty are much appreciated and we are back on the road! highly recommend One Stop Auto Service Center. I rarely review businesses but I was so impressed I felt I had to share how satisfied I am.

I drive by this shop a couple of times a week. Our Vehicle was long overdue for some motor mounts and a couple of minor issues. Our regular mechanic is very competent, but super expensive, and charges book labor rates. I stopped in and met Peter in person, and explained my needs. We made arrangements the next day to leave the car. All work completed by early afternoon, for a good fair price. This man is honest and clearly his team is very good. This will be my go to shop from now on.

I grew up in this neighborhood and my family has a couple of older cars (100k+ miles on them) which means they are sort of on their last legs. Peter is the head mechanic at this shop and has been incredibly helpful in helping me make decisions about what to fix vs. not on these cars. He is super honest and if you ask him, he will provide his honest recommendation about what he would do in your shoes, even when sometimes that means telling his customer "you don't need to spend money on this right now" or "there's a cheaper way to solve the problem if you _____". I've also brought enough cars enough times to know that they do solid work. I've never had anything but positive experiences here. It's so hard to find a mechanic who you can trust to be decent. This place not only propoly diagnosed my car quickly , gave me the best price I could find , but even agreed to make special payment arrangements because I was short. They tore half the motor apart and had it fixed in a few hours , the problem is fixed and the car runs like new. Peter was so patient and helpful in assisting me with my car. I have had a little trouble since the previous shop misinformed me in an oil change. Peter was able to tell me the problem and explain the solution to have my car return to how it was running originally. First time using this place for a window repair, and I have to say that it is one of the places, that I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. I'm impressed with Peter and his staff, very professional and very helpful. I also like keeping my business in my neighborhood and finding this kind of service is why.

Took my car in for a smog and brake light adjustment certification for DMV. Peter started on my car right away and had me out of the shop within the hour. Great & honest guys. I highly recommend One Stop Auto Service Center.
