Would give negative stars if possible. Went here for an oil change Sunday. All I went for was the oil change, but they topped off my tires with air as well. At the time, I thought this was nice and appreciated them taking the time to check the tire pressure. Until Monday morning came around, and one of my tires, which were just purchased in May, was completely flat. I inspect the tire looking for any signs of damage (eg. nail/glass) and can see nothing. The tire was so flat I couldn t even drive it across the street to fill it with air. I have to call someone to put a spare tire on my car, when again, my tires were in perfect condition before my oil change. I call and mention that I had just been in the day before, and that I was unsure of what happened, but that something was wrong with my tire following them topping off my tires. They respond with, we highly doubt it was us. Did you pass construction on your drive home? I was so frustrated with the situation, I decided to go to Discount Tire where they told me my valve stem had been broken. $100 for an oil change where they will damage your tire, not tell you, and take zero accountability. If you are looking for somewhere to take your car DO NOT GO HERE. The man who did the job told me himself he did not want to be there and it showed. Go to Discount Tire for your needs and they will go above and beyond. Do not waste your money with these people.

Great service, very informative. Came in for an oil change, they topped of my fluids, put air in my tires, talked to me about services on my carfax, and made some recommendations.Definitely more than I expected, everyone here has been very friendly, productive, and professional!

I want to thank oil changes for being there because nowadays you don t get to have your oil checked at the gas station. There s no service personnel. I am physically challenged at it is very difficult for me to even try to open the hood of my car much less checking the oil. Oil changers this is the best thing that ever happened. I have been with them for many years. I am very grateful that they are there for me and provide the maintenance and care for my vehicle and my safety. Thank you. Oil changers, and your staff.

Your car will be singing songs of praise and joy when it's filled with pure, clean, unadulterated motor oil, served on the side of a brand new filter, courtesy of your friends at Oil Changers. Nothing could be more efficient, saving you precious time compared to their crosstown rivals. The competitor oil-change people don't have the same strength and dexterity, so you will be left wondering what exactly happened during your service appointment. But not this time! Because you went to Oil Changers and they took care of you really well. If you are driving for a rideshare service, your customers will notice the difference. And that means more tips.

Awesome oil change and consultation with Joseph at the Midway/Sports Arena location this week. Good guy, knows his stuff, thorough, attention to detail. And he's a vet. Was in and out with fresh, full synthetic Kendall oil, and a new peace of mind. Much appreciated. I will be back to Oil Changers at this location.

Someone recently backed into my car so the hood release was damaged. The guys went the extra mile to open the hood and helped me secure the plastic grill with zip ties when the job was done. Oil change was fast and I also used the coupon for the fuel system treatment. As always, I am a very satisfied customer.

Best Oil change my Toyota's ever had. I know the last time at another place they didn't replace the oil filter because they had a bit of a time getting that cap off. Nice guys. Thorough. And they checked the power steering too!

I always come here to get my oil changed. I have an older vehicle but I never feel like I am being swindled. The staff make recommendations of what needs to get replaced and they communicate well with me and each other. I feel confident that they take care of me so I come back regularly. Even though it s a chain oil change, the Point Loma location by the Starbucks is so convenient and friendly.

Super fast, super kind. They know what they re doing. I still remember the first time I went here as a female and a baby (hate adulting) and they made me laugh and cracked jokes and were very easy going. Pleasant experience every time!

Integrity is rare in businesses these days...so when it is revealed, we should really celebrate it when we experience it!This crew of men actually advised me NOT to spend money on an oil change. They said my oil still looked good and I should be fine to drive to AZ and back before having to change it.I all but insisted to buy something, as they had already topped off my fluids, checked my tire pressure and cleaned my windshield before giving me this news...otherwise, all of it would have been FREE.Friendly, professional, honest and efficient! I now have a place to get all my oil changes done! Thanks guys! See you soon!!

I love Oil Changers. The mechanics are always very friendly and efficient, and I ve never felt pressured into buying anything additional for my vehicle. When I have needed additional services, they ve been very transparent about the actual necessity and their pricing. And they re super quick! I see no reason to ever go anywhere else for an oil change.

It was my second time going to these guys and they again were fantastic, went to the same place where they have an oil change drive through spot which is genius, so I went in to get my car's oil changed and washed the recipient that the oil goes into, all of this I was able to get done on my 1 hour lunch break and was able to get back to work and still had some time to spare, that's how quick it was. Its so convenient & make my life so easy.I'm a forever fan of these guys and will definitely be coming back here each and every time I need my car's oil changed and whatever else my car may need, this is the spot I'll be hitting up for sure. Plus the staff here is always super awesome super knowledgeable and professional and friendly!All the stars to them.Service: Oil change

Had my intake air filter replaced and they broke one of my screws on the intake itself. Experience levels are 1/10. It cost me $400.00 to fix this damage.
