Online order didn t go through, but no one send me any email, and no refund for that. They made me contact a lot of time, they told me come to the store, tell them the problem and get the refund. Then when I came to the store, they said they don t see any order from me. Then they tell me to call their office, and no answer. And now I still don t have any refund from them. Never go back to here. I ll tell everyone don t come here any more, the experience is really really bad

Juan and Maria were AMAZING during my battery swap process. Lots of patience, very kind, and very helpful. 10/10 experience, I'd come back if I was a local to the area.I had to swap a battery in my car that had it's polarities reversed for the hybrid battery in the car. Not only were they able to get me the battery, but also lend me the tools to replace it (trunk battery so I always get to change it myself). Again, amazing customer service experience top to bottom.

Coming to this location for anything is incredibly frustrating. Nobody there seems to be knowledgeable or helpful at all. To start off, I just want to say that I am a former employee of O'reilly's Auto Parts and am currently an ASE certified technician at a dealership for the last few years. So I do know how their retail works and how to service/repair vehicles because that's my job.About 1 week ago, I went in looking for a Ford adapter for my brake pressure bleeder for my personal car. I was pretty sure they would not have one but I figured why not ask anyways. I go in and I am greeted by a gentleman in glasses and told him what I am looking for. Instead of him looking for the item on the computer in front of him to see if they even had one, he decided to tell me "That's not how you bleed calipers" (Even though it is and also how you flush the whole system next to vacuum bleeding) and continued to argue with me.I did not go there to have my intelligence insulted nor did I go there asking for advice. I went there for a part. Plain and simple.Today, I went in looking for plastic interior clips to the same Ford as some of mine are missing. I checked the Doorman isle before asking an older gentleman with long, white hair. He seemed to not know how to search up specific items and also didn't seem interested busting out google or anything like that even though I pulled one from the car so he can see which one I'm talking about.If it was me behind that counter, I would have found it within 5 minutes or less. Whether or not O'reilly's carried it. A part number is not hard to find man and it's not like he had anything better to do. Nobody was in there.Honestly, I think if I ever go back, it'll be because I either need motor oil or something else I need in a pinch that I can verify in 2 seconds works for whatever car I'm doing something to. Because god help you if you need them to find something pretty specific. You're better off going to the Convoy location or the Midway hub store. Those guys are more mechanically and technologically inclined.

My headlight went out and needed to be replaced now that it is dark when I leave work.Fernando at my local store helped get the correct part and installed my new lights so that I could feel safe again. Thank you so much.

Good customer service in this location, they call you back for your parts when it arrives, wrong parts no problem no questions asked they give you credit back. Staff here are customer oriented friendly.

O'Reilly's twice in one afternoon is never a GOOD day. BUT the staff today really turned it all around. First, had to go in jumper cables and looked lost enough for a friendly staff member to ask me what I needed. Then take me right to where that was. THEN the person stopped what they were doing to check me out. Amazing experience, but didn't catch their name. I'm back again and calling from outside in the parking lot with what I'm hoping isn't a dead battery that we just jumped. Steven, who was on the other end of the call ,comes out immediately to assess and instruct me step by step as to what our options and avenues were. They had the battery we needed, installed it in seconds, and even checked the alternator before leaving for extra good measure. Can't thank you enough for all your help, Steven. Endless good days to you and the O'Reilly Mira Mesa crew!

Went here to get some jump start cables. There was many workers on the other side of the counter talking amongs them selves no one asked to see if they can help or atleast what was I looking for.

The staff here was beyond Superb, I came in for a last minute battery replacement and the customer service I was provided from my initial phone call to the store to the actual installation was incredible. Mr. Franz was so kind and helpful. I am an Active Duty Service member and pride myself on positive interactions with others and to experience servicing that was swift and an employee with such a positive attitude with expansive parts knowledge and technical expertise was great! I will definitely be returning if in need of other auto parts and servicing!

The night manager was rude, zero customer service experience. He didn t even make an eye contact while i was asking him some questions. It looks someone forced him to work here. Instead, I went to AutoZone and got really good experience

The engine check light on my Lexus RX-450H came on and the battery went dead. Went to O'Reilly to have it checked and the assistant manager JEFF was so kind and very helpful. He ran a check on the battey and did a scan of the engine code. Explained what could have caused engine check light to come on and so on. Thanks O'Reilly and kudos to JEFF!!!!

Jeff took one look at my battery and claimed it was 3 years old, when the sticker said 12/19, so my warranty is up in December of 2021. Not only did he refuse to check my receipt, but he lied to my face saying I brought in a 3 year old battery when the proof was on the battery and my receipt. Never have I experienced such an incompetent, lazy, and sexist employee as him. I don't know if he was having a bad day or just didn't want to put the work in, but his coworker gave me the refund no questions asked after verifying that I bought the original battery in December of 2019. Women, if you're going to do literally anything at this location, avoid Jeff or just go to the Poway location. They seem to actually listen to their customers.

Only went in for new headlights, which are supposed to be an easy and fast replacement. Have always had a hard time putting the right one in due to its proximity to the pump and oil can and a stripped socket. The last few bulbs have been scratched up by the manufacturer's cover and I've ended up replacing them every few months. Justin helped out and was very quick about getting it seated and in place. Thank you for your help.

I had an issue with my battery. I went back to the original store I got it at and it was quite the opposite experience from coming into Mira Mesa. Enrique got a replacement battery, installed it, and found it under warranty so I wasn't charged. Super helpful, honest, and accommodating was my experience at Mira Mesa O'Reilly. I also had a great experience last year getting new windshield wiper replacements bought and installed. I will definitely come here first. I appreciate professionalism, knowledge, and service at this location!!

I went in last week to get some new windshield wipers since mine kept coming off. Brad and Cameron were so helpful and kind!! I had a bad experience somewhere else when I replaced my windshield wipers last year, but these guys really know how to take care of their customers and explain what's going on. This is the only place I'm going to for anything from now on!

Had my license plate stolen today. Went into the store and Jonathon not only found, after several attempts, the right screws to attach the plates, but also put them both on for me. It was a $3.00 purchase. Great service! Thank you!

I have a 2019 model (double-checked this in the manual and from the dealer). I bought an air filter for my 2019 model. The rep verified it should fit my car according to their lookup database. It didn't fit my car. I brought it back and the rep checked for filters for earlier models. The older model's filter fit perfect, and they let me return the first one I bought.

I love this place. The entire crew Miss Amanda, JC, Gerome, Tito, Miss Judith, Miguel and everyone else is Amazing they are always ready to help and they do everything they can in order to satisfy the customers needs. Even when the lines are super long they all help each other to get everyone serviced in a timely manner. They are all very profesional and knowledgeable. Weather im hurting for time with a job or hurting for cash they do everything they can do to help. I appreciate everything this oriellys has done for me, my customers and my Business. I don t know where i would be without you guys thank you
