Dodge Viper Owner- Novo Repair showed up at my home at the scheduled time to run a full diagnostic...i was impressed with the software information shown and the experience of the Certified Mechanic- Novo Repair replaced my O2 sensors and Catalytic Converter. The repair was excellent! Will never go to my over-priced dealer again...Using the App, i was able to schedule my appointment on the weekend and Conveniently Pay On the App with ease and security. Now that Novo Repair has earned my trust I am planning several more projects for my Viper-Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are amazing, I had to do a lot of different services (oil change, breaks and air filters) they finished everything on time with very affordable price without the need of going anywhere. If I could give more than five stars I would. On 5/16 I was driving from Oregon to Arizona as I was moving. I had just got my brakes done a month ago and paid around $800 at Les Schwab thinking they did everything. On my way to Arizona my brakes went out and I could not stop my car whatsoever. I had to pull into a parking lot and continuously use the e brake to slow down. My gf and dog were in the car so it could have ended really badly. It was a Sunday so over 98% of shops were closed and it was starting to get dark out. I looked on google and found this place.I called them up and explained what was going on but was not sure what the problem was since I m not a car guy. They still sent out someone to come take a look at it. The mechanic who came out was named Layth and he was super friendly. He came out and looked at the car and turns out the previous car place did not bleed my brakes or add any brake fluid although they charged me for it! I could not believe it.Layth gave me a quote and started working on my car. He was super friendly and made us feel safe as well all the time. I even offered to give him a tip because he did so well and he did not take it. I could not believe it this guy was genuinely concerned for our safety and just wanted us to get to our destination safe. If management reads this they need to give him praise! He even came on his day off. This guy did amazing and I have nothing but positive things to say!Service: Brakes

This is the rest of my comment. I accidentally was bumped out from before.Miguel, my mechanic was knowledgeable, very courteous, and explained everything as he did my repair. I appreciate his integrity and goodwill. I'am very pleased with the repair and would highly recommend Novo.Thank you doing an excellent job repairing my 91 Nissan 240SX and the outstanding dedication to customer service and care.

Had an issue with the generator of our RV, had brought it in to get repaired at Js Adventures but after much wasted time they only managed to get the parts in. Used Novo and they sent someone over within the 2 hours and it was fixed in the day. Awesome service, very friendly. Mechanic Miguel was stellar.
