Avoid this place at all cost I bought four new tires yesterday and I m supposed to be happy and I feel like stupid about it. These fools try to rip me off and I caught onto it before I even left I caught him and I asked him to to give me what I paid for originally Which was for 12 ply tires for a set price that did magically change like 4 times at the end. These dudes only sold me one tire three different ones and I m supposed to be cool about it and then they wanted me to pay more afterwards to fix it I m just gonna buy my tires online And go to a real professional to mount them. These guys are clowns bro they ended up fixing it and I got a good set of tires but I don t feel good about it. I feel like these fools just like exposed themselves and I was just trying to get some new tires. I hope this helps. and they did fix the problem and apologize for trying to trick me stay up San Diego stay wise

Pedro is the best! He helped me get a lift and tires and there was some other work required and he got all of it done in the same day for me! Not only did he get everything needed fast he has kept me in the loop the entire process and I love getting to see all the steps! I couldn t be more appreciative and thankful for all the work and effort he put into getting my truck done for me! Definitely recommend and definitely will use Noah s again if I need any work in the future!

Noah and his crew are awesome! I have less than steller credit and I got approved with zero down for a full set of tires. They have a huge showroom of wheels! Coming back for wheels on my Pony! They were friendly and very fast! I will use them again!

Don't go this place if you don't want to be scammed. I bought 4 tires and the recommended doing alignment too even my aligment was ok I let them do that. A few days later, I noticed my steering wheel not straight while driving so a I took my car this place again and asked them if they fix my steering wheel. They said the alignment is ok. I trusted them and drive my car a few more days and my tires are bad since the alignment not ok. They are still refusing the help me in this situation. The stuff is also bery rude and not helpful at all. Please don't go this place.

Dont go here!!!!!! the phrase "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here. They are cheap and if you come back for anything they act like they dont want to help. I came back for them to check on a brand new tire that I recently got not even 5 months and was slowly losing air. The guy there does not communicate we with you, they did quick dunk and said I dont see anything. I ask what can it be if its losing air within 3-4 weeks he reply I dont know. He wasnt careful and broke my rim cap as well and said to me that it was already broken. if it was already broken then the cap wouldve been lost before i came in. Then he dont eve suggest where to find a replacement or anything. After he just ignores me so I can leave. They have lost a customer.

I came in for brakes..they changed my brakes and rotars and put cheap parts i was back again in less than a month my brakes were squicking again ..only to find out they put cheap pads and now i had to spend my money all over again to change my brakes..and they need the brake pads are cheap..next time i will bring my own parts cause to any mechanic shop and i would not recommend this place again to anyone. They did me dirty and their attitude sucks when they know they messed up

Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful Boycott this business to show them who really runs their business .. Stick to discount tires, Evan's tires or even pep boys Fools here are just starving for a extra buck instead of company reputation

Tried calling this tire shop for a pricing on some tires the man on the phone was yelling the phone time and kept yelling me to give more info on the tires when I was even done telling him. He told me the price and hung up quick. Wouldn t recommend

Extremely rude! You can ask questions and they will treat you awful for asking questions to compare prices. Even to the point that the guy on the phone said you ask a million questions I ve told you a million times X,Y,Z. When I asked two times lol wow . Terrible customer service. Someone is under paid and angry at his job.

I am a single mom with two small children and I woke up to a flat tire. I went to Noah s hoping that they would be honest but they ARE NOT!!! They told me that I needed to buy a new tire for 150.00 which was not the case!! I woke up to my tire flat again! I took it elsewhere in which they told me that it s my rim not the tire!! When I called them the man who said his name was Prefundo was rude and very aggressive, so aggressive that he made me cry!! I asked who the owner was in which he said the name but I didn t understand him so he yelled at me that he didn t go to school and didn t know how to spell!! I am now very afraid to call back or much less go in there ever again! PLEASE APPROACH THIS ESTABLISHMENT WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!! They are aggressive and will take advantage of you!!!

I purchased 4 new tires from these guys and had them installed on my suv approximately 6 weeks ago. I've been buying tires from these guys for years with no problems until now. This morning I was driving on the freeway & my suv started shaking harder & harder. I pull over to the side of the freeway. Before I came to a complete stop my front wheel comes off the vehicle. I get my wheel & jack up my suv to reinstall it. I decided to take 1 lug nut off the 3 other wheels to hold my front wheel on. All of the lug nuts on each wheel were finger tight. The other front wheel was ready to come off as well. From this day on no matter where I have new tires installed I'm not leaving the tire shop w/ochecking to make sure the lug nuts are tight. These guys obviously didn't tighten the lug nuts properly or this would have never happened.

Don t call these guys with any questions about pricing because they will berate you and raise their voice without provocation. The most rude individual I ve ever spoke with in my life, just because i asked them to repeat the price number. This is the first time I ve ever left a review on a company, positive or negative. But i really want to save someone else the headache of dealing with these condescending people.

If you wanna have your tire explode on the freeway and totalled ur car, please come to them. They inflated my tire up to 61 psi when the recommended psi listed on tire is 35 psi. They are so irresponsible, no respect working on our cars and rims. If you want your rims to get all scratched up by them, please bring it to them. I took mine in without a single scratch. Now, after it went by them all 4 rims are scratched up. It is sad that they are still open for business. I should have read the reviews first before going to them... unbelievable SMH.

There s the most badly customer service I ve ever seen in my life. They don t care about the customer need. Specially there are two ladies one old and one young lady. When I asked them if they could change my tire sensor. They said yes we can change it but we have to check the tire first and you ll pay 30 for check. I said okey then they check the air and she said you paying cash or card. I said for what I want to change the sensor I already know the air is good. Then she said this is America nothing is free. I just paid her $5 just for parking

Hi, guys, I do not usually like to give a review, but this time I cannot skip this one. These guys have the terrible service ever. I have never seen that type of customer service in San Diego. They are the worst !! I did alignment in my car and my car is pulling to the right after the alignment. I drove the car two days taking freeways to make sure it was not good. I took the car back to review the service and the guys said they were not able to do anything because I should replace parts in my car, but the day I did the service they did not say anything like that. The owner said that they cannot do anything for me. The guy didn't even want to double check, just to make sure they did a good job.I would say never take your car there. THEY ARE DEFINITELY THE WORST I've seen in San Diego.

Such poor management and business operations. They will try and make money off of you. They lied to the loan company and refuse to correct it or admit to it. They denied me speaking to the manager or owner. Blatantly hung up the phone on me and then refused to even answer my calls. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

I was charged $40 more then the place I usually go, for them to sell the the wrong size tire, completely unbalanced. After driving for a day and a half, I had to get a new alignment and a new tire due to the damage caused here. Go to another shop, there is a reason they work so fast.

This tire shop is burnt..ok so they sell rims and stuff but every time my dude get some..it s something ..oxidation on the rim u didn t see at the time of purchase then get tires from them they always end up having a slow leak but good meat in the tire I m glad it wasn t me they would not have to worry about seeing my face again unless they want to hear my mouth

Thank You to Noah and his employees. Noah got me the rims that I was looking for and I could not find anywhere. I got new rims, tires, wheel locks, and wheel alignment all in one place. Friendly and true service! I recommend this shop to everyone.

Please save your money and time!!! Horrible customer service!!!If I can give them 0 stars I would.I went to this place to get all my four tires changed. I had my kids in the car with me. We spoken over the phone on the price and everything. as soon as they changing my tires, I went to pay. The guy added $100 more on my price we agreed on. The guy was very rude and mean didn t wanna answer any question told him we agree on the phone that my tire were gonna be $500 for all four. Then he said is because you are using a debit card that why I added $100 more. That s a total of $600.I said let me take my car and find ATM to get cash, he said to me no you can walk 2 blocks to get to the ATM. So I had no choice but to walk to the ATM to get cash. Horrible experience never going there again.
