I just picked up my new Toyota Sequoia the other day and I can say it was the best experience I ve had at a auto sales place, ed was a great help on deciding everything for my new vehicle, he was very honest and made the experience pretty fast. I can t wait to take my new sequoia on sum fun trips. Thank you ed and the National Motors Association for making my car buying experience good!

Thank you Ed and National motors for making my experience of purchasing a used suv easy and hassle free. Ed did not pressure me at all the whole time. My white 2005 GX470 is exactly what I was looking for! Ed went the extra mile to get me what I wanted at a great price. He answered all my questions and didn't try and push any other vehicle on me. I highly recommend National Motors if you want a quality used Lexus/Toyota SUV with great customer service!

Was a very easy car buying experience. Paperwork took 30 min, was in and out. Had the suv a few weeks now and its great. Everything they had for sale was very nice and clean. Super happy with my 4wd sequoia

Working with Ed and team was great. Had clear answers to all my questions. No BS and he made things as streamlined as they can be. Vehicle was in excellent shape and the mods we're done well. Have already taken it on a 1,000 mile adventure with the family and have had zero issues. Would buy another truck from Ed without question.

I've put this review off for wayyy too long. First of all, a huge thank you to Ed for being as patient as he was while we waited for the finance company to reply, to be fair we picked a busy weekend to do this. National Motors has a great selection of Lexus and Toyota models to choose from with clean histories, all looking great and ready for a road trip. On top of the great selection, the owner is incredibly helpful, patient, and fair. It was honestly difficult to choose the right SUV to buy from them because there were more than a handful to choose from, but eventually I narrowed it down. I bought an '08 GX470 about a month ago now and I constantly think about my next adventure in it, amazing piece of machine. Did I mention it was an amazing experience doing business with Ed at National Motors? Please do yourself a favor, whether you're local or driving 100 miles (like me) to get there, and give this place your business. Worth it!

CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND!I just want to say if I could give Ed/National Motors 10 stars I would! The entire process of buying our dream GX was great! Ed has a very nice selection of vehicles to choose from he was super patient and let us drive as many vehicles as we wanted (we drove 3) and he even let us look at/drive a vehicle that wasn t quite ready to be listed/officially on his lot. (He says he sells a lot of vehicles this way- so if you don t see exactly what you re looking for online he may actually have what you are looking for not listed yet). We found the perfect vehicle and he knew exactly what down payment/credit was required to secure financing he is partnered with a credit union and our approval process was very simple. Before we drove off the lot, he offered to shave our fenders for us to eliminate wheels scraping when taking the GX offroad. We mentioned we were taking the GX on a long road trip and he gave us coolant and wanted us to make sure everything was running flawlessly. We exceeded the 1,000 warranty but had an issue with the thermostat and overheated (this was after driving 12 hours in temperatures over 100 degrees). We didn t expect anything but just asked for some advice he said we were his customers and to bring the car back right away. He gave us a loaner car, and not only replaced the thermostat/radiator/radiator cap FREE of charge he returned the GX to us detailed and fuel topped off. Wow! If you are wanting to buy your dream vehicle don t hesitate to go see Ed at National Motors! We promise you will not be disappointed!

I was looking for a clean rust free GX470 when I came across the car I purchased from National Motors. I contacted Ed and he gave me a call to talk about the car and the process. I was very nervous purchasing a car out of state without seeing it or test driving it. Ed made me feel much better after talking to him. The next day Ed set up for me to talk to the shop tech Vinnie about the car and we did a video chat where he showed me everything I needed to see. I was extremely happy with the whole process. From the communication to the shipping of the vehicle they helped me arrange to to the vehicle itself. I could not say nicer things about them.

When we decided to shop for a specific car (we needed a vehicle that could be flat towed behind our Motor-coach) we went to Auto Trader to search for an H3 Hummer. There were several to chose from and yet, what National Motors had advertised was a 2007 H3 with very low miles, and so, my wife and I went out to see it. Besides the car looking like what the pictures represented, Ed,(the owner)) was very low keyed about everything. Not once did he make us feel like the Typical Car Salesmen do, he made us feel very comfortable, with no pressure. Because we had a car that we wanted trade in, he was up front with us and said that you should try to sell it on the market yourself,(which we eventually did) in that way you can get the best price for it. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and after Ed shopping for the best rate for us, he had to use a credit union that he did not normally do business with, just so that we could get the best rate and streamline the entire process.After we came to pick up the H3, Ed was so kind to include a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty just for peace of mind he said. Now, here is where I would recommend National Motors to ANYONE looking to buy a use car because, once the transaction was completed and we rolled off his lot, Ed, stepped up big time. We had an mechanical issue a few days after taking possession of the H3 and Ed, took it upon himself to drive to us (we live an hour away), bring us a car to drive until ours could be fixed, and waited for the tow truck to pick up our car. The service that Ed provided to us, even after the sale, was something that is so rare in today s sales world, especially car sales.We are so thankful that we were able to buy a used car from a reputable dealership like National Motors, and to have met Ed, who is one of the most professional sales/owner we have ever met. 5 Stars all the way! Ed was professional, transparent and diligent in all my interactions with him from start to finish. I bought my GX site unseen from out of state and could not have felt more comfortable with the buying process. Ed went above and beyond by coming in at 9pm to meet the delivery driver picking up my GX. Vinnie his mechanic is also an all-star and helped me out in my decision to buy. Two Rock Stars and I love my GX! My decision to purchase from Ed and National Motors was easy after my horrible interactions with his competitors at Miramar Motors. Ed is the polar opposite of his rude and shady competition at Miramar Motors. Thank you Ed and Vinnie!

I purchased a Mini from Ed and Sherri a few months ago. They were so kind, knowledgeable and fair. They even went through the trouble to have the car shipped to my residence. My Mini arrived clean and in excellent shape. I wouldn't expect anything less from them. If you're looking for a used car in spotless condition search no further. Overall, I had a great experience.

I just bought an anazing GX470 from this place. This has been the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Ed helped me to find the perfect vehicle for my family. No pressure at all. His service is above and beyond expectations and the cars on his lot are better priced than competitors.

Did not overcharge or attach hidden fees. Sold us a used car for a fair price. As a woman I ve experienced high pressure sales in the past, but Ed was polite and fair and pleasant to deal with.

Pleasant working with them, very reasonable and friendly. Went in thinking of all the bad used car lot stories I've heard, but national motors didn't even compare to the bad ones.Waited to post this review to make sure all went smooth after purchase and it did, my truck has been great.

First time buying a vehicle out of state and Ed was fantastic to work with. He is very organized and thorough with paperwork, and communicated very well. We are very happy with our vehicle. I highly recommend working with Ed on a vehicle purchase.

I ve been in the car business for years. My 20 year old daughter wanted an older 4 runner so we found one here and got a good deal.Check engine light came on next day and that is when the customer service aspect of Ed s dealership kicked in. He took the vehicle back and took care of the issue and even did more than that I.e. changed the spark plugs etc. Fantastic service top notch people.

Ed and his national motors team is very professional and trustworthy ! I bought a 4 runner from them not too far back and noticed it was leaking coolant, I called them up and took care of it no questions asked ! Made the car buying process easy and trustworthy!

I was in the market for a 4th generation 4Runner, with the 4.7 V8, and 4WD, so i checked the autotrader online, and found a 2007 limited that had everything I wanted. Now I had never purchased a car or truck from a used car lot, but Ed, Sheri, and Vinnie, were fantastic to deal with.It was a rainy day in early March, and National Motors was crazy busy when I arrived, so Ed tossed me the keys, and said take it for a nice long test drive, and that I did. Once Ed was free, we discussed my tacoma trade in, and then ran the numbers. Ed and his wife Sheri, made the process so easy and stress free, all while giving me a great deal. I couldn t be happier.About 6 weeks into owning it, the passenger door lock stopped working automatically, so I contacted Ed, and he said come on down, and we ll replace it. Vinnie swapped it out in 15 minutes, and it s working perfectly again.Visit the great folks at National Motors, they really are honest, hard working people, that will do their best to earn your business.

I highly recommend working with Ed to buy your next vehicle. I probably asked him 100+ questions, which he always had a solid answer and was very patient. Overall, very straight forward experience and I did not feel any unwanted pressure throughout the purchase.

Bought 07 4runner from them. Checked out the carfax and everything to make sure it was a good car. It was an amazing car. Thought these guys would be shady like miramar motorsports however it was a night and day difference. Nat motors is a great little dealership and I love that they constantly bring in great toyotas. The car buying experience was great, great customer service and follow ups. The vehicles here are decently priced. There were only very few vehicles that I could see being a bit over priced. After buying the vehicle my ac went out within a couple hours. I comtacted them a couple days later and they told me to bring the vehicle in and that they would take a look. They told me after they looked at it to come back in a little bit, when I got back there it was fixed all new! They are honest trusting people, and I am thankful they took responsibility for that issue. That vehicle has been amazing since!

My name is Rhamil R, a recent owner of a pre-owned 2004 Lexus GX470 (purchased March, 2019). I purchased the vehicle with the planned use for family adventures (occasional off road / overlanding through dirt trails & snow in our beautiful SoCAL environment).I have to admit, the overall experience I ve had with the entire staff of National Motors far outweighs my interaction with several dealerships over the years Lexus, Acura, Toyota, Honda, including CarMax.I ll limit my review to 2 categories below:STRIVE TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS: No hassle / no pressure throughout the vehicle selection & purchasing process. Ed (the owner), welcomes 3rd party vehicle inspection to assure the condition of his vehicle lineup. After the sale of the vehicle, Ed was very approachable and willing to help provided sound advice and even offered his mechanic to evaluate/diagnose my vehicle. Ed was very transparent and went beyond to ensure my satisfaction was earned. I ve traveled to his shop several times to diagnose my vehicle issue. He and his team were active with getting it resolved. I m VERY PLEASED with the outcome. Not only that, I was surprised on 3-4 occasions when I observed the amount of effort Ed put into earning his customer s trust.TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: I ve been working on cars/trucks for over 20 years now and know enough about car maintenance and 4WD systems (especially Toyotas). With over 1 hour of technical dialogue with Ed s mechanic (Vinnie), I was convinced in his subject matter expertise in Toyota/Lexus truck platforms. From engines, transmissions, suspensions, 4WD systems and beyond, Vinnie was willing to share his knowledge and offered technical advice to ensure I was equipped with the right level of information about my off-road worthy vehicle (GX470). Vinnie went on and showed EXACTLY what he did to my vehicle pointing out ALL the time-consuming activities involved with performing high mileage maintenance before the vehicle is ready for sale timing belt and water pump replacement, coolant flush, oil change using Synthetic motor oil, exterior detailing, etc. My technical interaction with Vinnie gave me a sense of relief since I was buying a 15-year old truck with over 100K miles. Vinnie is a trustworthy mechanic. His love for the job is evident in his customer engagement, sound technical advice and quality of work exerted in every vehicle in National Motors lineup.I do not hesitate to recommend National Motors to anyone whose looking for: Family adventure vehicle (especially off roading capabilities) A local dealer who GENUINELY cares Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Toyota/Lexus platformsKeep up the great service Ed, Vinnie and team!!!May God continue to bless your business.Thank you!

I ve been wanting to leave a review for awhile. I ve purchased a Miata a few years back and my car is still running good! The customer service exceeded my expectations from all the staff.
