Very bad parking. More expensive. They do not recycle used oil. I've never seen an auto parts store that did not recycle oil. Go elsewhere.

WARNING CROOKS VERY DISHONEST! When you asked them a question they recommend parts you don't need or parts that are not broke that are broke. I did a experiment when a three month old battery they said was no good. I bought a brand new battery from Walmart I took it to them and asked them to test it they said it won't hold a charge it's bad I would need a new battery I broke out my battery tester right in front of them showing they were lieing. So they've been ripping people off with batteries I know of for years. If you can't trust the company you're buying from don't go to it strongly recommend going somewhere you can trust.

Every time I go to this NAPA for something the employees are super knowledgeable and friendly. I think I ve dealt with three different employees at various times over the last few months and all have been helpful.

I get there in the morning and bought a sea foam high mileage. I asked the employee for advice how to use it, I just wanted to make sure not to make a mistake, his answer was I don t know, I have not used it myself . I paid for the item, and said to him have a great day! He didn t respond or said anything. I felt right away he didn t care at all !

Great customer service, very fast transfer of items from one store to the other. Only wish they had a customer bathroom. But hey every place can't have one for sure so didn't want to take away a star on building choice

Walked in got helped immediately. The guys were nice and friendly I wish in and out withing 3 minutes. They had the exact item I was looking for. This was easy. That's how shopping for your vehicle maintenance should be.

When I called I asked if they had a gas tank and they were able to hold it for me at the counter until I got there. One of the items on the shelves was marked wrong when I brought to the counter. They gave me a free hat cuz I spent more than 25 bucks. Not the least expensive.

I ran in to get a back windshield wiper for the back window of my BMW as I believe someone removed it/ stole it. I had initially tried pep boys to no avail. Eileen in the NAPA store help me and came out to my car to make sure it fit properly. She found my part immediately and was extremely helpful and very nice. I will buy required parts at this company from now on!

EILEEN !!!! AWESOME !!!!My Old Boat broke down - holiday weekend went to several stores and nobody could figure out. Its a big block boat motor but built by Chrysler or Chevrolet in the 1960's so it was understandable. I Finally tried NAPA and the person there to help me was Eileen. She spent a very long time looking up and cross-referencing and we looked at many photos to match up. SHE DID IT! What a PRO, great customer service. She is very knowledgeable -probably better than anyone else I have ever dealt with.Thanks Eileen! I will be back

My complaint is with management. This place is severely short handed. I called to order a part and was on hold for 25 minutes. Then I got no sympathy from the person on the phone. Just attitude.I need a part for my truck today. They have the part , rebuilt, lifetime warranty, $55 core charge on top of the already premium price of $79A tool I bought from there just broke, supposedly has a lifetime warranty. When my hand stops bleeding I m going to go exchange it, I hope, for another inferior quality tool like this one I paid way too much for.If it wasn t for having to exchange this tool I wouldn t bother stopping by at all.I just called Orielly s on Garnet Ave, didn t have to wait on hold at all, the part is $10 cheaper, same warranty, and ordering the part took a total of 3 minutes. They ll have it in one hour.I ll never use Napa again.Except to go exchange this tool before they go out of business. Because that is going to happen with their attitude and leaving customers on hold for 25 minutes. Goddamnit. I coulda rebuilt my brakes in that time.

Clean and well lit. Common maintenance items and fluids line the shelves, which are neatly arranged. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you find the parts or accessories you need. This is the ONLY place I could find a double key ring with a quick connect between them...I don't like too many keys hanging off my ignition. ...the older gentleman working there went upstairs to find me one!

Placed an online order as they appeared to have desired parts in stock at double the cost. Reality was that they didn't, and supposedly arriving the next day. After a week of the "next days", I cancelled and O'Reilly got them to me within 24 hours, which ended up being a Sunday no less.

Very nice lady at the front desk she even called the other Napa store to make sure that I had the right account numbers so it gave me a better price for my battery very helpful

Theres a lady there that helped me she knew everything I did about the car I was getting parts for big help, love all napa part stores. I go here for convenience, but I've been going for years cause they always have what I need.

All of the employees were on their phones and completely ignored me standing there trying to buy tape. Stood there dumbfounded for ten minutes and left. I can't even say it was the worst customer service I've ever seen because there was zero service at all. They couldn't even acknowledge that I was a breathing human person standing in front of them.

I called inquiring about a fuel injector for a dodge ram hemi- I figured that the employee would ask me any questions he needed to know (i.e. year, engine size...etc). He began with asking me the year and continued on to look up the price. He stopped and ask, "are you sure you're not talking about a dodge caravan?". Umm? I'm sure I was clear that it was a dodge RAM HEMI. I clarified-and he snapped back with "well, what size is the engine". I answered and he replied with "well, if were talking about the right part, the fuel engine is $65 (or something like that).This call was so insulting-I had all the information he needed to look up the part I needed and he comes at me with some grand caravan bull and continued to make me feel like I was confused about what I was calling for. Yes, I am a woman calling for a auto part price! Surprised? I expected a professional on the other end of the line and what I got was misogynist. I will never bring my business here!

As a retired 30+ year Napa employee, this is the store I shop. Lots of inventory, hard to find parts are available in a couple of hours. Clean, neat, store with friendly staff!
