Short story: I would avoid this dealership and go somewhere else. You will be pissing away money here. They're dishonest and will get you to pay for services you don't truly need. Then they will drop communication with you once you've been taken advantage of.Long story of my experience:We originally came into the dealership to do an oil change. We asked if the dealership could check the brakes because we had them serviced at an independent mechanic (front brakes around September 2023 and rear brakes around November 2023); and they've been pretty squeaky. Although this is normal, we wanted a second opinion.We received a call from a service rep (I will refer to him as Guy). He explained the mechanic did a simple 'pad slap' and they should have also resurfaced the rotors; Now our pads are wearing down unevenly. His language was quite serious, leading us to believe our car needed this service immediately or further damage would be caused to our car. Although we asked how long our pads could expect to last since they are almost brand new, Guy could not give an estimate and refrained from providing any other guidance other than the best path forward is to have the rotors resurfaced and get new pads. During this conversation, Guy stated Nissan could keep our old pads as evidence of poor workmanship to try and get a refund at our previous mechanic for 'doing a poor job' ... to which agreed would be a great idea.Upon arriving at the dealership, Guy explained the Nissan mechanics threw away the previous brake pads. I asked how this could be possible when we clearly discussed keeping them; he did not know. So now we have no evidence as to the status as our pads. HERE IS THE HUGE SURPRISE: Guy's suggestion was that Nissan could provide some other old random brake pads as evidence (implying that we should provide false evidence and lie to the previous mechanic). So not only did this dealership take advantage of us, they rid the proof, wanted us to lie and rip off another mechanicFrom here, I expressed my complaint to Guy. After seeking advice from friends and professionals the night after our conversation, I learned that our pads should have been in near mint condition as we drove less than 5k miles since getting them serviced in 2023. There's no reason a professional dealership shouldn't have explained that our pads had a long useful life left. Pads should last anywhere from 70k miles to a very conservative 20k (for a poor, brake-heavy driver) I believed we were taken advantage of to pay $1,400 for a service we did not need whatsoever. Lastly, I asked to speak with a manager, he was 'busy in a meeting'. Then I called him twice and sent 2 emails to file a formal complaint. The manager never responded.Life Lessons Learned:1) Brake pads can last anywhere from 30k to 70k miles depending on the driver. Don't let any mechanic scam you into getting new pads when yours should have a long useful life.2) Don't let the dealership may you believe you always need a rotor resurfacing. It's recommended every time by the dealership, but it's more subjective than originally let on.3) This dealership, maybe Nissan in general, can be dishonest. Do your research beforehand and find a good mechanic ahead of time.

Dont trust these guys!!I was charged over $300 that could have been potentially done for free. My left tire was making squeaking noise and i took my car here. The mechanic told me it was probably the tire was loose on the wheel and should be a simple fix. I dropped off the car and later got a call that they cannot find the wheel lock key and they need to break the existing(original) one and need to install a cheap low tier wheel lock. I picked up my car after they fixed it. Later that day i found the wheel lock key literally on the back seat! Did they even try to look for it. Because with the most basic inspection you would have been able to see it. I called the next day (Andy - avoid this guy especially) and he told me he will talk to his manager and call me back. After that point they are just ignoring my calls. Bunch of snakes!

I usually don't have my car maintenance at the dealers, but when I brought my Nissan Kick I took my car there. I had such amazing customer service from TK my advisor. I will not take it anywhere else. In fact I will not deal with any other rep. He is awesome, never try to sell me services I don't need. . In fact he recommended their detail services and save me a lot of money. He answers all my questions, and alway returns my calls. I have never taken my car anywhere and got the attention and customer service I received from him. He had been servicing my cars since 2018. He make me feel important.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Oil change

I appreciate the consideration you had toward us.I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and if possible to schedule an appt for a recall my Nissan Sentra had for the next available calendar holiday. You asked your mechanics and arranged to have it all done today before closing time.Done within two hours! And all before it started sprinkling!Your team is amazing.Thank you kindly.

I've been taking my car here for 6 years now and that speaks volume. I highly recommend requesting TK because he's the best service advisor. He took good care of my 100,000 mile Sentra. He recommends and explains thoroughly what services need to be done to extend the life and performance of my car. He's friendly, trustworthy and accommodating. I'm moving to a different state but he still suggested to contact him for advise for a second opinion. In my previous service, my car needed some parts to be replaced and has to be left for a day. There was no rental available so he arranged for an outside company to provide me a car at no cost. On top of that, he gave me discounts. I wish I can find someone like TK where I move.

Bought my car here and the service is great. Brought my car in last week and had to pick it up before the mechanics could get to it. Was bummed that I had to bring it back another day, but it was my fault, not theirs. Hung hooked it up and took care of me on the next visit. Got my car taken care of nice and early and got to talk some football. Thank you hung, you rock. Hope you get home for the game tonight. Thank you

Mossy is amazing! My Nissan Juke is about 10 years old. My airbag system began acting up. Turns out all the years of snow melting in my car from shoes rusted the airbag sensor. Good thing I moved away from that mess.T.K. took incredible care of me and my car. Easily the best experience I ve ever had working with a dealership for car issues. There was no pressure to up-sell services, and he helped me come up with a plan to keep my car up to date with servicing to make sure I can keep it running beautifully another 10 years at least. All while sticking to my budget.Thank you T.K.! And thank you Mossy!

Bought a 2020 Frontier from CarMax that was still covered under Nissan's warranty that needed some work done. Brian in the service department has been an absolute joy to have helping me. Super friendly staff and a great loaner vehicle program. 10/10 would go through them any time my Nissan needs service.

I come back here because I used to like the service, however today, the original quoted price for service last week didn't include alignment. Because it wasn't mentioned originally, it was a nongratta surprise sprang on me today. Also, a gentleman was offered a car wash, but not us? What's up with that!
