I wanted to leave a 5 star review. I had popped my tire right out front of mossy ford and was able to pull my bronco into the employee parking lot before I ran out of air. It was closing time and one of the mechanics was kind enough to get the spare tire on for me and the team helped me order a tire and a tool before heading home for the day. A few days later, I came in to get the new tire put on and figured while I was in, I should get the factory recall software update done as well. When the team grabbed me and handed back my keys, everything appeared to be in order. On my ride home I realized my blinkers, wipers, and buttons on my steering wheel didn t work. I immediately made a reservation to come back the next morning to get it resolved. Saturday morning I was told they wouldn t check the car out until Monday when the electrical team was in, and was given a rental car. Wednesday they finally checked the car out and realized that the software was fine and that it was an unplugged cable that caused the issues. Obviously this is frustrating because I believe that could ve been resolved on Saturday, and the fact that I wasted to believe it would be investigated on Monday and had to wait till Wednesday for it to be looked at. Following this, I went to pay for the tool I had ordered and was now told it was $90 instead of the $25 I had been told when I asked for it to be ordered. Overall, I started out grateful for the quick service at mossy ford, but grew increasingly frustrated at the poor communication throughout this process.

They were able to get me in and do a quick oil change and boy did I need it. These guys are pretty easy to work with and conveniently located. They have been around for years. I was glad to get it done and I knew they would do a good job, I can always go back if things don t work out they are more than accommodating

Amazing costumer service. Came to my house and were extremely friendly. I needed my brand new 2023 truck back within 45 mins after a service. They came to pick it up, took it to the dealer, serviced it, and did it all within the time frame like they promised. Couldn t be happier

1st time there for a routine oil change. When I pulled up, parked and went left where the sign said SERVICE. No one was really helpful even though they saw me standing there. Finally an employee came by to help. The 3 employees that saw me standing there were didn t show any care. The helpful employee advise I was in the wrong place. Apparently the Service Desk for oil change is in the same building as PARTS. Tim was my advisor. He was honest about the pricing told me approximately ETA. Everything went pretty smooth from there thanks to Tim. That s why I gave it 5 stars.

I'll pass, just need radio reprogrammed and I'm told by the senior tech, that it's no doable, every other dealership said yes just not in the time frame I have available. Great can do attitude. I Should have bought a Chevrolet!!!!

I never have to think about my Toyota tacoma,they do an incredible job keeping my car running perfectly, and keep me safe on the road.Got to say my experience is much better than the Toyota dealership,who would of thought?Also, Vince Vasquez in service should be givin a bonus for his excellence in outstanding service...If you want an I credible experience, see VINCE!!!!!Thank you guys,can't say enough about you.

Fred (Assistant Service Manager) and Mike (Service Manager) made magic happen. They were able help reduce my service cosy over 50%, which amounted to nearly over $2,000.Also, Mike s background working at other local facilities like Firestone and being a regional manager guided me through the process of replacing my clutch and flywheel assembly. It also made sense to go with Ford instead of a 3rd party simply due to comfort o knowing the parts would be from an OEM (original equipment manufacturer).ALWAYS ask for these two, as their customer service is unparalleled. Keep crushing Mossy Ford.

Simple oil change turned into 1600 dollars repair and they hold my car 3 days. Most importantly they were super relax about it. No invoice or list of repairs has been given in paperwork, no updates on Carfax as well. Avoid at any cost!!!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil changeServices: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Company Truck purchased from them. Charged me for a 4 pack of tire gauge sensors (for all 4 tires) and replaced just one of them for over $300.. Less than 6 month later the other 3 go bad. It is recommended to replace all of them at once and they charged me for the parts but never installed them. Never will a purchase another car or trust their service again
