Really a very pleasant experience. From our salesperson Conner to the sales manager Colin the initial sale was very smooth and much easier than what I normally experience when purchasing a vehicle. Colin reminded me of the sales manager at Lexus that we used to deal with, not your normal experience. Anita in finance was very pleasant, and even though she kept trying to sell me lots of warranties(that would have put us in the poor house) she was helpful too.Even our dealings with Natasha the general sales manager was very nice. All of the staff made us feel welcome, and after visiting 4 other Ford dealerships and walking out with a bad taste in my mouth, I know this is the dealership we will go to from now on and refer our friends and family too

I had a general maintenance check and tire rotation at 10k on an EV I bought from Mossy. Tim was my service advisor and he was outstanding! I had a question about the warranty I purchased and while this maintenance was not covered he communicated what the warranty does cover in a text and offered options. He was super helpful. Awesome job Mossy! Tim s the best.

I recently experienced the mobile service from Mossy Ford. It was both easy to schedule and very convenient. Braden and Alan had great attitudes and quickly serviced my vehicle. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Ford Mossy. I took my car in for them to check out a noise in the front and also for a recall. They did the inspection and said me that it would need a engine replacement, which would cost me $10,000.00. Not having that amount of money, I took my car and paid $229.95 for the engine inspection service at Ford Mossy. Since I couldn't afford the engine replacement, I took the car to another mechanic who found that the noise coming from the front was due to a problem with the flex plate, costing only $185 (cost of the flex plate, without the service). In conclusion, I paid for an incorrect diagnosis that could have cost me over $10,000.00

My friends and I were driving into San Diego from Phoenix and my car broke down through the windy hills. We got the car there on a Monday morning the day we were leaving. Everyone was very nice. I left it there and took a Rent-A-Car home. They got it fixed within the week so I got a one-way ticket and drove it back home with no issues.

Ask for Connor and/or Kyle. I purchased a used car from this team. They were super helpful and patient. I never felt pressured to buy. I didn't even purchase a Ford from them. The dealership owner Cole was also friendly and kind.I had terrible experience with a lemon of a Ford Focus that would be too expensive to fix. No fault of theirs. The service team was honest and great to deal with and aligned me with a great sales team. I purchased the car from them because of how great Connor was. Thanks guys!

I Called this morning to ask if they work on Ford Think. They told me they work on all Ford vehicles. I said I needed a tow, they gave me road the side assistance number. I called, and paid for a tow, then called Mossy back to let them know it was on its way. They transferred me to a service writer who told they do not work on vehicles over 20 years old. Since my Ford Think is 22 years old they refused to accept it for service, even though all I needed was a simple switch installed.This is the second time Ive had issues with this service center. They worked on my 2019 Escape to repair a faulty torque converter. My car has smelled like burning oil ever since the repair. I took it back and they did nothing to resolve the issue. Super disappointed in this place for service.

Worked with Robert to get 4 new tires on my truck. He was outstanding. He listened what I wanted and also gave recommendations to select new tires. He followed up with questions I had. I normally get my truck serviced here. I only had one minor issue in the past but it was immediately addressed. I would recommend servicing your Ford here.

Mossy Ford was extremely easy to work with. They were able to assist me despite not being local to the area. Adam kept in contact over the phone and text which was super helpful. They were also very straightforward about everything and everyone just cut to the chase. Despite being very straightforward with everything, everyone was so nice ! Got me into a my dream car without a hassle. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a Ford vehicle.

Mossy Ford had exceptional customer service from when I first contacted them, to making my purchase. I did not feel the pressure to buy something I was not ready for.I came across this dealership because they had a great deal on a Used 2022 Subaru Forester that I have searched for these last few months. They put the car aside for me without a need of a deposit and kept it for an impressive amount of days before I could make the 3-hour drive down to look at it. The price was worth the drive, everyone I spoke to had exceptional customer service, and I felt transparency with Ismaeel in sales. Anita was thorough with all the paperwork, which had some pain points given the length of my last name.

I came in to look at some trucks. Was approached very kindly by Jaiden. We spoke a bit. He went and got some keys. And had me move my car to the appraisal area. We went for a drove up the free a bit. I was very happy with how the truck drove and said I wanted to make a deal. We got back. He got me a delicious coffee and I had a seat. Didn t take long for him to come back with my trade offer. And they made it work for exactly what I was After. I m very happy with the experience I had and the customer service I was given. I definitely recommend them. And the truck I got is beautiful and the price was amazing. I m so happy they made the deal work. Thanks again. I ll definitely be back in the future when I m ready for a trade.

Tim was very helpful and responsive with my question about a tire blowout we had while traveling over the Thanksgiving weekend. I chatted with someone on Thanksgiving evening and was told someone would reach out to me the following day. Tim checked my warranty for coverage and answered all my questions. Excellent service and I was very appreciative of the quick response when I needed answers . Would highly recommend Mossy Ford. Thank you, Tim!

Highly recommend coming here. Isaac, Angela, and Aisha ensured I had a smooth car buying experience. Car buying can be so nerve wracking for me, but not this time! Angela reached out to me through Truecar and set me up with Isaac as our salesman. Isaac kept my dad and I good company and had so much patience with my many needs. He definitely made a long day at the dealership fly by! Aisha in finance was so kind and to the point, waste no time but comforting energy.

Horrible customer service! Look I know it's tuff to be in customer service but wow, the customer service Andrew provided was horrible! being a women and having a man communicate like this to a women should be looked at! What he did and how he communicated was very unprofessional to the point where I told him off because no women should take this type of tone from any person especially in a supposedly professional big company. Even though I know each ford is owner individually. If I was the owner I would highly look into who you have hired in your business and if you have people running your business please contact your hiring manager/HR because they need to re evaluate Andrews customer service behavior.

It was the worst experience ever. They sold me a car way more than its actual worth and they traded my car for a very low price, I m still sad about it. I lost so much money by buying a car from them. From salesman to Managers all are fraud. I am just talking about Mossy Ford located in (4570 Mission Bay Dr., San Diego, CA 92109) if I could go back and cancel the contract I d definitely do that. They trick people badly. They print papers to show you they are giving you discounts but in reality they are just applying the rebate money for which I was actually qualified. Until the last moment they didn t tell me they are own selling me the car which included my trade in money.Please be careful and avoid going there. Hope my review helps.

I pre-ordered a car which I had to wait almost 2 years for. Probably not the fault of the dealership although they did cancel my original order and place another order a year later. Anyway this review doesn't fault them for that. When my car finally arrived I let the salesman I was heading over to pick it up and that since I had a disabled child with me (who was coming down with something) I needed to make the pick up as brief as possible. Since I was paying for the car in full upon pick up he said that it wouldn't take more than an hour( which I still thought was oddly long time). When I arrived I was predictably pressed by a series of high pressure sales tactics to add on thousands of dollars of things I was uninterested in. After it was clear I wasn't going to tack anything on they made me wait in a mostly empty dealership for 2 and a half hours! My daughter was begging me to leave. They kept telling me the finance manager was "working on my deal" what deal? I've paid for a preordered car! In the end after all that wait the actual paperwork took 5 mins! I'm so grossed out by the entire dealership model. I hope I never step foot in one again

Great experience! Friendly staff, great selection of cars, and transparent pricing. I Sadel was fantastic and helped me find a deal that worked great for me. He made sure I was able to drive out with a mustang. I would recommend anyone to check out this dealer.

Fantastic experience picking up our new Bronco. It was a long wait for it to get built but everyone at Mossy was helpful and extremely courteous through the whole process. Details were clear and staff was very helpful in getting me going and even staying after closing! Definitely nice to have a great dealer in an era where there are so many bad ones. Will be going to Mossy again!

Purchased a 2023 Mach-E. Had mixed experiences with different departments. Internet sales was great, worked with Chris who was super responsive and helpful in every step of the way. Ensured I got the best deal and supportive while I was out of town and my wife was dealing with obtaining the car.Chris in finance was great however once he left and we had to work with Khalil things really fell apart. We had cancelled additional add ons that were sold to my wife, and it took months, many, many emails phone calls and still was not solved until we had someone else help us. I do not know what happened, why it was so difficult to get a response from the cancellation clerk, but I patiently waited weeks upon weeks to get in touch with Khalil who never responded to email, never answer the phone, and never called me back. It too calling the internet sales team (Thanks Mike) to try and get ahold of Khalil. Even still, 6 months later it was not resolved.That is until I worked with Aisha Ruiz. Within two weeks of asking her for help, everything was solved. She was responsive, answered her phone, called me back with updates as promised. Really made my experience much better. If not for her I would no longer do business or recommend Mossy Ford, but thankfully she was a great person to deal with and solved my problem beautifully!

This is actually a zero star, but it won t give me that option. Very disappointed bought a new $75,000 Ford F150 cash from this dealership. 5000 miles into it. The back window wouldn t roll up. Call the service center they told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they could even diagnose it And I might add a not very helpful attitude. Told me that that s the way it was and all dealerships were backed up 3 to 4 weeks before they could even touch anything. I called Kearny Mesa FORD talk to a very helpful Erica in the service department. She told me to bring it right in that day. There were 30 cars in the service center. They were swamped, but yet they had it fixed the next day again, super disappointed and will never buy another vehicle for Mossy Ford. Oh, and by the way, I buy a brand new truck every year for my company.
