Nicest team you will ever meet. The job did take longer than anticipated but this is due to Covid related logistics issues on parts and other external factors from their outsourced help. My truck bed was a mess and they did an awesome job in paint and restoration on a new used truck bed I found from an older model truck. Prices also very reasonable. If you aren t in a rush to get your car back immediately, hands down give these guys a call.

I just used Mission Bay Collision on my Prius, it was damaged while parked. Greg Matthews manager and crew were very professional. They stand behind their work with attention to detail and quality. The MBC team did a great job on body & paint matching perfectly. But even more important they made sure my car was finished properly. If you want your car finished professionally. Stay away.Kept my car for over 8 months without working on it and would not allow me to take it elsewhere. Used the excuse of "we can't find parts" over and over again even after repeated attempts from myself to show them exactly where to buy them. One part in particular (front bumper cover) for over a month they told me "can't find one" so I then had to get it for them (was able to purchase brand new and had it there within 3 days). Work that was done to the car is also terrible. We're talking broken lug studs, zip ties, missing screws/bolts, misaligned parts and miss-matched paint. If you have any pride or value your vehicle in the slightest do not go here.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Called Greg to schedule repairs for my car after being hit.Graig said to email him the estimate from the insurance company and we would take it from there.Emailed estimate addressed to Greg immediately. No response.2 days later emailed again this time addressed to "anyone" at MBC.No response.They didn't work on my car. And that's probably a good thing. Lots of reviews of them taking time into their own hands.

These guys were fast friendly and honest price. I called several other body shops to get a quote and they were all $500 or more than what I was quoted from mission bay collision. They did a great job and I would recommend to anyone needing any body work doneService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Their 5 day turn around is false advertisement. My wife car was there for a month while their "mobile mechanic" periodically performed maintenance throughout the week repairing a radiator leak. Their communication is terrible and would not call us to let us know of any updates on the car. After getting the car back, the radiator fluid was still leaking. We returned the car back to the shop (who had it for 6 calendar days and had NOT ONCE called us with updates) the mobile mechanic and members of the shop claimed there was no reason for the leak. After contacting Geico (another terrible experience) they allowed us to take the car to a mechanic of our choice because Mission Bay's mobile mechanic "doesn't have all of the equipment required to properly perform all cooling system tests". The new shop (TuneCraft, who I cannot recommend enough!) found that the radiator had been cracked during the installation of parts from the original repairs made by either Mission Bay's mobile mechanic or by Mission Bay themselves. I DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle here. The people are rude, do not communicate, and do not put in actual effort to fix mechanical repairs. The car should not have been released to me until all of the proper tests were completed to verify that the system that was repaired was completely functional. Instead, the guy at the shop recommended that "I take it to a dealer or actual mechanic to get tests done." This place might provide standard body repairs, but mechanical repairs should not be addressed through this shop.Service: Body & Trim

AVOID. The repair took 4 days too long, front desk girl was very rude/incompetent and tried to overcharge me, and they tried to give my car back with no rear reflector.My experience wouldn't have been so bad if their new front desk girl had an ounce of competence and knew how to communicate with customers; she never corresponded with me about a timeline for the repair (providing a time estimate is standard practice at any automotive repair shop), and after 3 days of crickets, I called twice to ask if it was ready and she was too lazy to ask anybody so just said she'd "call me back". No call back. I had to email the shop to circumvent the front desk because the manager who reads the emails has better people skills and actually gave me the information I needed. Once I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that they forgot to put the rear reflector on my car. I go inside and the front desk girl tried to overcharge me by almost $200 for the repair. The owner (who is actually quite nice) apologized for the mistake but as soon as he was out of earshot the front desk worker was super aggressive and rude. Never going here again. Tempted to write to Better Business Bureau about this experience. Hopefully Leila can adjust her attitude and work ethic so their business doesn't suffer anymore.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with mission bay collision was a roller coaster the job definitely took way longer than anticipated. Which was cool but for 2 months to finally get my truck back and get what I got was just sad. The paint was the only good thing they did for my truck. They left my truck bed the same probably even worse Supposably it wasn t even in the insurance claim... they definitely over charged for the repair for not replacing my tail gate. now I have to call my insurance company again.. my truck bed is not fully flushed to my truck so it pops out and the paint is all chipped and scratched. And the top plastic cover flaps around easily. Honestly I wouldn t come here again. Would give one star but the paint was only good part.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

I don't usually leave reviews but this place is great so it needs one. It's a tiny little body shop but the people are wonderful. Briana is the woman at the front desk and she called multiple times to update me on the status of my car. I had only seen her once to drop off my car but when I went to pick it up, she remembered exactly who I was and I was impressed. I'm not sure how many people go through there a day, but recognizing someone you've only seen once before and knowing their name is great customer service. Roxanne was the woman who gave me my estimate. I'm not sure of her position but she was incredible. She was able to save me $300 for "appearance allowances" but I couldn't even see what she was talking about when I looked at the repairs. Roxanne came out and introduced herself to me with a big smile as I was getting into my car to go to work and instantly made my day better. My car looks great and drives beautifully and I cannot stress enough how much I love this place. Plus the repairs are guaranteed for the life of the car! Ok, rant over :-)

I went to get a scuffed bumper fixed, they gave me an accurate estimate and got the car fixed in 2 days. They even drove me back home because I didn't have a ride! I appreciated the friendliness of the crew, they showed me the vintage cars they were fixing up too.
