Came in gentlemen at front desk was very cordial and straight forward with reasonable prices. Explained what was wrong and what had to be fixed. Not only did they fix a noise coming from my vehicle they helped me save money replacing a small component.

Strongly recommend H&A for car service.cheaper price for major 90K mile service.good technique; fixed my braking vibration issue after balancing out braking pad. The issue hasn't been resolved for the Iast 3 years at other places. They also fixed my indicator light problem even I forgot to mention it to them.They are very honest.Extremely happy about my experience yesterday at H&A Honda. I am glad that I made a second call to compare price.

TAKES ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN. I came here to get a noise coming from the front of my car fixed. They charge me $800 to "fix" & it NEVER got fixed. The noise got worse. Two weeks later I went to tell them that the problem got worse, and they proceeded to tell me there was a "part 2" to getting it done. (THIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED BEFORE) & they said my car would need to be there for a week & it would cost me thousands. He also stated that I would need to get my oil changed again. (It was done a week ago). Fast forward, I went to the dealership to get a second opinion & they told me it was my rotors. So I paid $800 to this place for what exactly? To only take my money & then try to get more money out of me. I didn't even want to write a review but I'm looking out for the woman who try to find a decent car shop to go to. Don't waste your time or money coming here.

STAY AWAY! I took my car in for an appointment to have my rotors changed and tires rotated. They charged me $600 for this service. Fine. The guy at the front was so rude, I should ve just left starting there. Two weeks later, my breaks are squealing bad. And now not even two months later, I m having to pay somebody else $600 more dollars because my brakes were repurposed, not replaced. So do not bring your car here. Save your money and find more customer service friendly and honest people because this company is NOT it!

No better place than H&A. I ve been going to them since 1999 and they are the absolute best. Wouldn t take my car to anyone else. Honest, quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Car repairs are so stressful and they really go above and beyond.

Fantastic. Clean, friendly, straightforward and fantastic price. I came here for a front end alignment, and these fellows not only cost 40 bucks less than two other shops I called, AND they did it in an hour! THEY USE SPACE LASERS ! Okay, now I went first thing in the morning, so keep that in mind on the timing.

I normally take my car to H&A 1 for servicing. But somehow they were very busy that day and kinda blew me off when I tried to drop off my car first thing in the morning for AC/electrical problem. He didn't assure me that they can get to it. So I decided to try H&A 2. They diagnosed the problem to be a bad AC compressor and got it fixed/replaced in 3 hours. Nice. Definitely will consider taking my car over there more often.

My family is very happy with their work and charges also. We get oil changes on all cars, AC issues and brakes issues etc done from them. My son took the van on last Sat for oil change and he took it immediately and we were on our way to Seaport Village. It was very quick. I recommend this shop for any car repairs.

The owner Ken has been great over the years. Quick quality repair fixed correctly the first time.Fair prices and alway helpful. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else for repairs & service!

Ken and crew are amazing! My cars are over 10 years old and each time I need service, they do a superb job. This is a family owned business and is run efficiently, no frills and costs are very reasonable. It's the best car mechanic shop in San Diego. I highly recommend!!

Vincent is the best! Knowledgeable, professional, service is fast and accurate. He is always watching out for me and keeping me aware of potential problems etc. Great Prices and Best Service. Excellent! My supervisor recommended this place. I didn't feel like I was being plotted on for being a woman. There were great prices, great service, excellent. I recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic. Older or newer vehicle.

This was my favorite shop for a long time until recently. I called to have some work done before leaving town for a week and I was told that a week was too long and that I would only have 48 hours to pick up my car if it was repaired there. When I mentioned that this didn't used to be an issue and that I was a regular, the gentleman on the phone told me, "Rules change, man.".I respect that, but there are at least 5 other repair shops on that same road who don't randomly change their rules. Best of luck H&A.

They have a customer for life. I came in with a problem with my car, turns out that it was a different issue than had been diagnosed elsewhere. They took care of me and my car in one of the most stressful periods of my life, went above and beyond, and are the only reason I will be able to get my kids to school come Monday morning. From the wonderful woman running the show in front, to the hard working mechanics in back, I highly recommend this auto repair center to anyone and everyone.

Lee is a great mechanic but the person at the front office- I guess the owners son..should get some training in customer service. They took my car in for a few hours to get work which would have been covered by my warranty company but called me and said they don t want to do the paperwork. Were you guys sleeping when you took the car from me ?

I called on Friday to see if I needed an appointment for Saturday and the man that picked up the phone said to just be in early. I was there 30 minutes before they opened. When I arrived there was construction trash in front of the office door. At 9am, opening time, the owner showed up and said they are closed. I don't get it because they had mechanics there. Nothing posted on the door and nothing on their google info. Wasted my time and didn't even apologize. I will never go back.

I brought my car in and they looked at it and gave me a quote and told me I would need to wait a week for a part to be order and they would call me when it's in. Okay sure no problem.I don't hear back for a week and I call them back. They say the part is there and to bring the car in. I bring it in and they say the price is actually double what they quoted me without even looking at it again.I will not be going back and recommend you stay away

Went for a 60k service here. The car engine was misfiring terribly once i picked it up. Never happened before. At least the shop owner took the car in, debugged it for 2 days, no cost to me. The problem went away on its own. But still very rarely i see the problem. Never going back here.

Been coming here for years after a recommendation and I also recommend this place to everyone I know. They don t try to up-sell me on anything ever and there prices are the best around. They are simple unbeatable and I really respect them.

They could have charged me to replace my starter, but ended up, after checking, just needing to replace a wire, which saved me over $200. Truly honest business!

Took my daughters car to have the radiator replaced and they did an excellent job and at such a lower price then I expected! Fast and efficient and get customer service!! I highly recommend this place! Thanks H&A Automotive!!
