Dealing with an accident and getting you car repaired normally sucks, using miller collision made everything easy and painless. Car drop off was simple, we went over damage and they immediately took me over to enterprise to get a rental. They kept me updated through the process with accurate estimated times of repair. They did an excellent job on the repair and went above and beyond cleaned some other minor issues not covered in the damage. They took our rental car and returned it to enterprise for us. Overall customer service was excellent, everyone was friendly and I will be using them again if I ever have to.

I took our 2014 4Runner to several shops for repair to the right front corner & headlight. Miller had the best price, turn around time, and had good reviews so we gave them our business. The work was done on time and the quality of work was excellent. And they went above and beyond and touched up a couple of little wear spots and scratches, and vacuumed the interior (we have a German Shepherd - lots of dog hair and debris). I would recommend Miller Collision to anyone.

I am totally impressed with Miller. Folks here are not only polite they re honest to a fault even suggesting ways to save me money. In addition, the quality of their work is superior. Proud to give them 5 stars!!

Really wonderful, honest people! Did a fabulous job on my Lexus Rx400 which was hit while parked, had the corner smashed in. I was so bummed, but the folks at Miller took great care of my baby & it looks brand new. They even detailed my car which was a great touch! They were patient and kind with my questions and even took the time to chat with my dad who is states away. They are easy to reach and finished exactly when they said they would! I appreciate them greatly, and hope I don't have to come back, but will be recommending them to everyone I know!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Thanks to John and the team at Miller Collision today! I drove by and stopped in to see if any availablity to look at my daughter's bumper (clips were broke and bumper hanging) and they got me right in and fixed it in 20 minutes! No only were they fast and accommodating they made my day in how they handled everything. IF I ever need bumper work or anything - I'm calling them first! Thank you!!!

Dropped by casually for estimate on minor dent and scrape. I left 10 minutes later with scrape gone and advice for low cost minor dent removal. I wasn t charged a dime and know now where I will go with a bigger issue! Thank you!!

Entire front end and hood was damaged on my white Alpha Romeo. Miller Collision was on the list of progressive partners and was a contender between 3 local SD shops. I chose Miller due to some of the positive reviews here and am happy to now be leaving one myself! They were super quick and the work was perfect. The folks at the shop are pros and their attention to detail is quite obvious. Got in a fender bender and needed a bumper replacement. Miller s team was extremely professional and easy to work with (especially going through the Progressive insurance estimation process). They communicated every step of the repair, completed the work quickly, and included a free shuttle service to nearby rental car. Repair is good as new and the included interior and exterior detailing service is icing on the cake. Highly recommended, will be back for any future collision needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff here are so nice and respectful. Especially Jason! I got into a rear-end accident and they did an amazing job at putting my car back together. They also do an absolutely amazing job with detailing cars! Wish they were an actual car detailing place. They made my car look newer than it did than when I first bought it.The only thing they kindove lagged on was that therewas a part on my car when I left that wasnt completely sealed in all the way and it looked like there was still some glue that needed to be cleaned off, but I took it back and they fixed it on the spot! This is a great place to go and I would refer anyone here. Overall, a nice and easy experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Miller s collision is literally the best! They go above and beyond to take care of you and at the best prices they replace the whole front part of my traverse and painted and buffed due to an accident and they where super thorough with checking everything under the hood and fixing whatever was not working or broken due to the accident and even cleaned my car in the inside entirely and I didn t even ask for that and they just did above and beyond and super great customer service highly recommended! Had to get a mirror replaced. They had it done in one day, and went above and beyond with their service. My car needed a wash and detailing, which I was planning to do myself. When I picked up my car, they had done it for me. It was spotless on the inside and out. I highly recommend this place.

I own a Mercedes and was in an accident, Miller Collision worked with me and the insurance company to get things done. They did a perfect job, would recommend them to anyone.Second visit, 10 months later, someone decided to bump me in a parking lot while I was in the store, so needed a new bumper. Once again, our family's cosmetic surgeon at Miller was visited and as always, stellar results. Did I mention they have a pass through gate to Enterprise car rental? Extremely convenient.

Had a minor accident with my 2015 Toyota Camry. Contacted my insurance and was recommended to Miller. Despite not paying anything out of my pocket, Miller was extremely quick with their repairs and services. My car was even thoroughly cleaned and spotless when I came to pick it up. The repair jobs were fantastic as there is no panel gap when they installed new bumpers and front facade. Definitely recommended if you need a body job.

Let me start by saying that Miller Collision saved my car from being considered a Total Loss by my insurance company and from sitting in the junk yard right now.After I got rear ended, the trunk, bumper and lights of my BMW 330i were heavily damaged. We took the car to Caliber Collision, who first said that they could repair the car with no problem, then changed their mind on how to do the repairs (lunatics), which would have added $2,000 to the repair bill and would have landed my car in Total Loss. Their entire repair plan was more than bizarre, so B&B Autohaus, our repair shop we trust 100%, suggested to contact Miller Collision.And boy, am I glad we did! My first contact was with Jaron, who confirmed that Calliber s repar plan was rather unusual. He was quick thinking and double checked with BMW that Calliber s crazy repair plan was not necessary. So my husband and I drove my car, disassembled as it was, to Miller Collision. Jaron ensured us that my car would get repaired, and that it would look as good as it did before the accident, if not better. Now that is what I needed to hear after the previous nightmare.Things were still very messy because the previous shop s supplemental repair bill had landed my BMW in the Total Loss department, and convincing the insurance company that my car could indeed get repaired under the 85% car value was no easy feat, but Jaron was so patient, knowledgeable and experienced, he got it done. Jaron also made sure to keep me in the loop with what my insurance company needed from Miller and what the status of the repairs were.Jaron had to purchase a used trunk, which they made look like new. All the work on the rear was expertly done, the paint job is flawless. He also scheduled a window gasket replacement for me and got a dent doctor to take out a little dent that had been bugging me for years.The entire staff at Miller is so professional, and you instantly know that they care. We picked up our car from Jason, the owner. It was a pleasure to talk to him and to go over the details of the repairs. Miller s technicians made everything work flawlessly, and they did a fantastic job on the paint. When we picked up my BMW, the car was so meticulously polished, it really looked like new. I cannot express in words how thankful I am for all their hard work and dedication. Thank you so much, Miller Collision!Service: Body & Trim

I recently had my BMW 328i checked into Millers for insurance covered body work on my front and rear passenger door. Everyone who loves their car fears body work because there's always the chance that it will never look the same, despite all best efforts. Though I can't even tell you how beautiful my car looked when I got it back, two days ahead of schedule, to boot! The paint job was impeccable. I couldn't even tell the difference from the factory finish and the work they did. While my car was there I also had them do some elective work to my front bumper, which turned out perfect, as well. They gave me a fair price for it and it was worth every penny.If you want a collision shop who will take care of you and obviously holds pride in their work, take your car to Miller's. I'm truly impressed.

Miller Collision Services is top notch. They performed a perfect repair on our 2020 Subaru Outback. The work was done in 3 days just like promised. The staff is professional, friendly and are great communicators. COVID practices are in place along with impeccable housekeeping. Super nice and knowledgeable guys. I didn t feel pressured or mansplained. They did a great job on my front end. Can t even tell anything happened. Reasonable prices and the best part is the quote is completely itemized so you know exactly what you re paying for. Even shows the small parts.

Took my Lexus here for repairs after being rear-ended. Everyone I interacted with was professional, nice, and thorough, and the rear quarter of my car came out looking good as new. Would definitely recommend.
